I like to go where the money goes. CEO and Director have been buying this up in the $1.30 range for the past week. Big purchases too. You can check it out by looking at the form 4's that are filed. Near its 52 week low...this is my next winner!

Everything looks good on this one, except they have a lot of debt. But at this price, and all the insider buying I think this will go up.

Charts pretty nice here to stocktr. [Smile]

Stochastic is down but the MACD histogram is level and MACD 2 lines are even slightly up, so that Stochastic being down and the price being up should be a good sign of strentgh.

MACD buried nice and low too below that center zero line (where breakouts happen -like at the end of Aug!), CMONEY Flow is right at the neutral line (nice place to be).

After a huge fall in price it's a good idea to wait till the indicators "read" the Price again, THIS HAS HAPPENED starting Nov. 27th...

Looks like you did it again stocktr ~
Chart looks set to roll!

Hope your DD pans out ~

Hoping so...the pennies are killing me these days, I've gotten some winners in nasdaq lately. I'm addicted to the pennies but I have to get away from them for a while. I started trading again in the summer after a 2 1/2 year break and am doing okay. Have about a 50% on my total portfolio, but was way up before CSHD [Frown]

Anyways, I don't really see why the CEO and director would continue buying if they didnt know something was up. Company did pull a profit lately, but unfortunately debt is killing the company. Still think its good for $2.00

November 14th they released financials and the price was at a high that day of 1.89. Dropped to a low of 1.10 (42% loss) or so over the next 7 trading days. Has started turning up recently, and that, along with the insider buys and the fact that this is NASDAQ and not a pinky has me interested.

So Repo what are your thoughts?

Profitable in the 3rd quarter, is CEO and director buying in knowing 4th quarter will be profitable too? Seems they have a debt problem, but otherwise company looks solid, and is nasdaq.

Nov 14 (Reuters) - Traffic safety systems provider Nestor Inc. (NEST.O: Quote, Profile , Research) on Tuesday posted a third-quarter profit, compared with a loss last year.

Nestor earned $2.6 million for the quarter, compared with a net loss of $2.2 million a year ago. (Reporting by Niveditha Ravi in Bangalore)

Outstanding Shares: 20,386,816 as of 2006-11-07

From my calculation I se about 175,000 shares bought since the beginngin of November, which is just under 1% of O/S and assuming the 9 mil float number, 2% of float

Well I'm guessing they didn't buy around $250,000 worth unless they thought it was going up, which I think woudl suggest that the S-3 shares have either already been sold or are not going to be sold in the near future.

And Repo, I agree that IEAM was almost a no-brainer, whereas I expect this to be a slower climb, but do expect anupward trend, based on what I've found.

Of course this is all in my opinion, obviously.

Thanks for finding that info. that's what I was looking for earlier. Where did you find that, if you don't mind me asking? Just from PRs or a specific place?

Chart does look excellent... positive divergence on the RSI indicating selling pressure in wanning. Stock has been channeling building pressure. Also the MACD is in a up swing form the bottom and the MACD histogram has already crossed up through 0 this is a classic bottom bounce imo... will buy if I sell my latest winner in time. Excellent pick!

Nothing too exciting like IEAM's first two days, but a nice solid 5% since st22 brought it up.

What do they say about slow and steady? [Smile]
