Jim Web Just Wons in Virgina. A Democrat. The last state they were waiting on to see if the Senate was balanced or Democrats win control.

Well, Democrats now have control of the House and the Senate.

So look for Alternative Energy and Stem cells to lift off over these next few weeks/months/years.

They already did today!
