From the same people that brought me CHCG I got in around .59, this thing has a low float, just released a strong PR this morning, Tomorrow, they are having a conference call to talk about Q3 results...Chinese aviation service company has a huge list of partners in a growing market, should be just as big as CHCG soon enough!!!

Here's what's going on; yesterday, it broke a major resistance point * .85; and now I believe that point is support; next resistance points to break are: 1.11; and after that 3.50....
I believe both will be breached with relative ease; here's the thing, this company specializes in air travel supply and is partnered with every major and even minor airline in China; China's economic growth is leading to them taking more vacations with all this money they're earning, as the Chinese travel industry grows so will this company...
It is ran by the same people who run China 3C (CHCG); and that is about to be a Nasdaq company; UTVG has similar plans,
I've been so sick of all the scams on the OTC lately from CSHD to god know what; and it's refreshing to make legitimate strong investments at the precipice of a company's rise i.e. CHCG and UTVG, I urge you all to do the same; however, no buy recommendations here because I'm not a registered broker; but if I was I would advise you to invest in both companies heavily
