(Pink SheetsYPR), in association with Desarrollo De Panama, S.A. announced today the 3 stage Las Huacas De Boquete Project; an Environmentally and Ecologically pristine development that Covers an area of 2,357 acres of which 1,730 acres will be developed, and 628 acres that have been set aside to make up the Micro Forests properties -- "A family's way to gain carbon (CO2) neutrality status." The development adjoins the city of Boquete.

PYPR Already has the following MAJOR Revenues coming in:
1. From the PR from September 13th: The Company posted its financial results today for the year-to-date ending June 30, 2006, which showed a 440% gain in revenue of $11,493,118 compared to $2,614,191 in revenues for the same period ending June 30, 2005. The financial results also showed a net income of $320,419 for the six months ending June 30, 2006, which is an increase of 231% over the same period ending June 30, 2005.
Management plans to continue to grow revenue and profits through joint ventures, acquisition and/or investment in Pan-American companies and infrastructure projects in Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Venezuela and the Caribbean. The Company has a main office in the U.S. and representative offices in Costa Rica and Panama.
PayPro, Inc. will begin offering online to non US citizens only restricted shares in blocks of 10,000 for $100 or .01 through the Fundacion PayPro Foundation. They will issue A PDR (see below).

The group will provide more than 51 types of insurance to the project. This joint venture represents a major opportunity for PayPro to solidify its long-term financial growth and adds another major revenue stream."

Stage Two will be the creation of a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) offering 700 (Seven Hundred) Participating Fiduciary Units (Variable Income) at US $100,000 each, Equal to 10,000 m(2)(Ten Thousand Square Meters) per Unit. Revenues to us for this residential phase alone should approximate $70 million USD. The development of a world class hotel, golf course and condominium mountain resort.
Stage Three will be the sale of the individual units (districts) that make up Las Huacas De Boquete, Chiriqui, Republic of Panama, the jewel of Panama's Golden Triangle.

So to sum it up we had
$11,493,118.00 as of the end of the June Filing Period and the stock was trading around .0003-.0005 at that time
then you add in $150,000,000.00 over 50 years which is around $3,000,000.00 a year in revenues to the bottom line but $150,000,000.00 in foward revenues which should make our stock skyrocket fundamentally!
Then you add in the $35,000,000.00-$70,000,000.00 per year revenues from the Trinitum joint venture And your talking a minimum of $79,000,000.00 - $114,000,000 Revenues based on the June filing and Trintum Revenues! if you add in the entire $150,000,000.00 over 50 years and look foward we have $228,000,000.00 - $263,000,000.00 million in revenues based on the June Filing and recent prs Oh yeah did I mention We aren't done yet
Todays big pr adds $70,000,000.00 to the above mentioned numbers and keep in mind we are going to have Commercial projects with even bigger revenues announced!
So now we have $298,000,000 - $333,000,000.00 in Revenues
If this doesn't excite you I don't know what will as an investor.
This by far is the biggest no brainer buy in Pennystock history!

This subpenny stock .....is wonderful..to say the least.. Behaves like a BIG borad blue chip stock.. I love it... let it consolidate in 0.004 range for a while...it will give it a good momuentum.

today it was consolidating after its large move. I believe it'll form a new base a little bit above its 10 day ma. I want to let everyone know that this is a long term stock and patience is the key here. I am looking forward to hearing financial report,an update on their projects and their partners. GLTA

Broke a big resistance point today. This is a reminder that financials will be comming out some time around Wednesday. I am looking for at least a penny, many are predicting .02+ next week.

Yes. No reverse splits. No filings suggesting them and the company has stated that they are looking at buying back not reversing. I simply don't understand how people bring up the dreaded reverse split without doing the DD and providing the reasoning for assumptions.
I don't know why you bring this up but IF it's an attempt to get cheaper shares? Too late. The word is out that this is a viable company which will be issuing financials this week.
If you have a good faith basis as why there would be an action by this company then you should post them along with the links to back it up. If not then don't post negatives that have no basis in fact.

Wally i'm with you on that. Whenever we have a subpenny stock moving someone always is bringing up reverse splits. If you did your homework you'd know the answer, driver. This is going to be one of the best "pennys'" I have ever seen. Its hard to find a penny stock as good as this one, this is what i call the best. I am can't wait to see earning !

PayPro, Inc Net Profit up 2582% over 2nd Quarter 2006
DALLAS, Nov 15, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PayPro Incorporated Posts Third Quarter Net profit of $3,642,556 up 2582% over 2nd Quarter 2006.
The Company posted its financial results today for the year-to-date ending September 30, 2006. The total revenues for the nine months were $22,656,344. The results showed a 213% gain in quarterly revenue over the 2nd Quarter of 2006, with 3rd Quarter revenues of $11,163,226 compared with $5,250,460 in revenues for the 2nd Quarter of 2006. The Net profit for the nine months totaled $3,962,975. The results showed a 2582% gain in net profit over the 2nd Quarter of 2006, with 3rd Quarter Net profit of $3,642,556 compared with 2nd Quarter Net profit of $141,064.
