Hey Bull...I never sold...I saw the end of day run up on Tuesday and decided to hold on. Thanks goodness I did. I wonder if March is our PR month for an exchance listing.

Damn, I really muffed up this one getting off the train - I had around 3000 shares * 3.8ish. Obviously the recent price action is in anticipation of the upcoming earnings statement. I think $5.25 is about where this thing SHOULD be, even should have been EOY 06.
I didn't trade my plan. Now the question for me is, is this one worth chasing? - thinking......

Maxim Group Starts China 3C Group (CHCG) at Buy 02-22-2007 08:28:11 AM
Maxim Group initiates coverage on China 3C Group (OTCBB: CHCG) with a Buy rating and $10 price target. Analyst Albert Lee said, "We believe that China 3C shares provide a ground floor opportunity to invest in a rapidly growing, under-perceived China-based retailer of 3C-related products (communication, computer, and consumer electronics). Founded originally as a distributor, the company has quickly and successfully transformed itself into an operator of over 800 independent retail stores across Eastern China, the country's fastest growing region that represents over 11% of the entire population and roughly 25% of total GDP.

$10 price target!? That is WAAYY more than what my short term exit point was. It would be nice if the chart traded like an "open book rollercoaster" on it's way to $10. Definitely possible if you look at the history.

If you asked this question EOD this past Tuesday, I would have guessed pull back. If it pulls back tomorrow I may consider a small position, even in the face of potentially spectacular earnings news on Monday. Lately, there have been many positive earnings reports by some other companies and then their share price goes down the next day, I think mainly because of weak forward guidance.
China 3c Group's general game plan until the year 2010 has already been made known and reiterated by the company several times in the past. Unless the company provides (with the earnings) additional new information concerning the execution of the game plan, then it is my guess the pps will pull back soon after earnings. I think investors want more than "on track" and/or better than what is "expected".
Just my 2cents here and possibly how I might play this in the next couple days. Good luck y'all.

bull, I think my theory is being overshadowed by this:
"China's stock market plummeted Tuesday from record highs as investors took profits when concerns arose that the Chinese government may try to temper its ballooning economy by raising interest rates again or reducing more of the money available for lending."

Hope somebody is making sum$ here yesterday and today. It's like a delayed reaction to the earnings. I haven't checked, but maybe China markets have somehow shrugged off last Monday.
The chart is looking pretty good actually. I'll be looking for an in.

Man, this thing is like clockwork, I expect this run to go above $6, pullback to a higher low, and bounce again, great stock for flippers and investors alike. This is a great stable stock to have when trading pennies...
