Splinternet Communications Launches Voice over IP Service for GoogleTalkTM Users
Hartford -
HARTFORD -- Splinternet Communications, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Splinternet Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: SLNH), announced that it has launched a service which enables users of the GoogleTalkTM instant messaging service to communicate with anyone, anywhere via the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). By inviting Splinternet to be their “buddy,” GoogleTalkTM users can initiate a voice conversation to any telephone worldwide.

The product is currently in beta testing, and commercial launch is expected later this month. Initial promotions will give all new users a small credit, enabling them to use the service for a short period of time at no charge. After the initial credit is used up, users will be asked to provide any major credit card, and will pre-pay for the service on a per-minute basis, without a recurring monthly fee. Their accounts will be debited as minutes are used. Fees will be competitive with existing VoIP services.

James Ackerly, Splinternet Holdings’ CEO, commented, “We are thrilled to provide Google’s customers with the opportunity to expand their GoogleTalkTM client software functions. Now they will be able to hold voice conversations with users on cell phones and land line phones around the world, in addition to PCs. We believe that ultimately all voice calls will be internet-enabled, and Splinternet’s new gTalk-to-PSTN service is just one avenue to capture that revenue growth. Our GoogleTalkTM service is just one of the many opportunities that Splinternet is currently pursuing, and we believe our flexible architecture and scalable products will allow us to target many similar growth opportunities.”

Splinternet, Google, GoogleTalk and gTalk trademarks are held by their respective owners and there is no currently executed agreement to cross-market the above-mentioned products and services when they are released from beta.

ASI Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: ASIQ) - Monday's shares stayed even at $0.19 per share with a total of 2,100 shares traded. The company announced that it has completed preliminary testing of the new Safecell shielding system which confirmed that it can make any cell phone comply with the stringent international aviation certification standards. Ron Chapman, ASiQ's President, stated that "we are extremely excited about the preliminary result, as it confirms this is the only way to ensure that cell phones left on in-flight will be safe. The Safecell shielding system prevents the cell phone from transmitting on the frequencies that are dangerous to aircraft and interfere with the ground networks. "Considering that a Safecell shield could cost as little as one dollar, we see no reason why it could not become a mandatory item on all aircraft. This would address some of the concerns in regard to homeland security and the issue of passengers leaving their cell phones on during critical stages of flight. Passengers will still be able to access the normal functions, and with the addition of the Safecell communicator, will be able to send an SMS and ultimately make a Voice over Internet (VoIP) phone call." What makes Safecell unique is that it turns a normal cell phone into a WiFi communicator to facilitate access to low cost data and voice services without the high cost of roaming. Safecell is attached to the cell phone via a standard Bluetooth or cable connection, and disables the cell phone transmitter in-flight. Safecell shields cell phones operating on all network types (GSM, CDMA, UMTS and EDGE). In flight, Safecell communicates via the existing certified aviation communications systems and reduces data delivery cost, as it does not rely on the cellular roaming network. Safecell can be interfaced to any onboard wired or wireless network and can access any WiFi hotspot on the ground. The Safecell prototype was recently demonstrated to over 30 major airlines at the World Airline Entertainment Association Exhibition and Conference in Miami. ASI is in negotiation with several airlines to become the launch partner. ASI expects to have the final testing and initial aviation approvals completed by December and are looking to install the first system for flight test in January 2007.

ASiQ provides the most affordable in-flight connectivity solution for passengers and crew and is recognized for its innovative and cost effective solutions for airlines. ASiQ has contracts with Saudi Airlines and AirOne. ASI currently has operations in Australia, Malaysia, USA and has plans to open operations in Europe and Middle East.

Green Mountain Capital Inc. (OTCBB: GMOC) - Monday's shares decreased 8.82% to $0.31 per share with a total of 256,000 shares traded. The company reported that its subsidiary, Internet Telecommunications Plc ("IT"), announced that British Telecom ("BT") has this week commenced the installation of high capacity E1 interconnect circuits between its newly located Nokia DX220 switch in London by fiber to the BT National Network. The first circuits are scheduled for completion this week. The initial capacity will allow an average traffic volume of 240 million minutes a year and be capable of handling a large number of simultaneous calls. Charlie Yiasemis, President & CEO of Green Mountain Capital, commented, "This is the final piece of the jigsaw to be able to handle live traffic later this month. The remaining E1 interconnect circuits should be installed by year-end to increase traffic capacity to 444 million minutes a year, which would provide for a significant increase in our current capacity, with a resulting increase in our margins and revenue generation." IT has further agreed with BT to allocate over time additional capacity to expand its connectivity to BT's UK national network with hundreds of additional E1 interconnect circuits to meet the forecasted increase in IT traffic capacity.

Green Mountain Capital merged with Internet Telecommunications Plc of the UK ("IT") in May 2006 to become a leading global provider of telecom services. In its first full year of business, IT achieved $19.8m in revenues and $0.5m EBITDA in 2005 though its successful and seasoned management team. Green Mountain Capital is now established as a fast growing wholesale carrier-operator supplying service providers and businesses with low cost telecommunications lines as well as competitive and high quality airtime services including voice, data, value-added services such as SMS, and carrier services such as Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP).
