Quote: On August 24, 2006, the Company agreed to reduce the exercise price of its outstanding warrants to purchase shares of its common stock issued September 15, 2005 (the “Existing Warrants”) from the original exercise price of $2.53 per share to $0.95 for a period beginning at 8:30 a.m. EST on August 25, 2006, and continuing until 5:00 p.m. EST on August 28, 2006 (the “Repricing Term”), provided that a minimum of 85% of the holders of the Existing Warrants exercise the Existing Warrants as repriced. Upon expiration of the Repricing Term, the exercise price of the Existing Warrants will immediately be restored to $2.53 per share. The Company anticipates the receipt of approximately $5,000,000 from the exercise of the Existing Warrants.
No wonder it crashed early morning. A lot of them probably sold.
This part is interesting.
Quote: As a condition to participating in the repricing, each holder exercising repriced warrants agrees that the repricing of the Existing Warrants and $1.27 Warrants and the issuance of the Replacement Warrants will not trigger the antidilution provisions of the Existing Warrants or of the Company’s amortizing convertible debentures.
I'll have to do some digging into the old stuff.
And they will probably still sell some more on Mon, since the Repricing Term will be active for Mon as well. Although I believe most of them have sold today, judging by the volume. Next week, overall should look pretty decent.
Edit: Since they said they are getting $5M out of that, I guess the warrants are exercisable for around 5M shares at .95. That's not a whole lot as such. All of that could have been absorbed just today

ZZEPMAN, I'm not sure I understand. Would you help me with this, please? Does that mean that after 5:00 p.m. EST on August 28, 2006, after the expiration of the Repricing Term, the price of the STOCK will be restored to $2.53 per share? Too good to be true. Please, explain... Thank you so much for the digging
Although I lost big time over the last two days, I was able to take control of what I had left at the end. All and all it was a great learning experience regardless of the fact that this is my first trade and that I sold for a loss in order to safe the leftoevers
Thank you all for your help. Can't wait till Monday...

I wouldn't expect a great run up. The money has been made ppl sold into the news we bought into it. Our own fault, buy on rumor sell on news. I don't think its going to just skyrocket back up, more like a flat line unless funds start buying in. If your holding a bag I wouldn't even watch monday cuz I think the morning will be painfull.
Looking at the charts we either stay in the 1-1.36 range (which I doubt w/all the dilution you guys are talking about) Or we drop down to .50-1 range. Put some buy orders in at .5 and they might hit monday morning. .50 is the 20ma and the last line of support so I don't see it falling below that but dilution can be tough to figure out where the support is. Good luck to all and I hope we can all make our money back. I got to get my $400 back from them (My precious!)

So, are the big players here still holding on ACTC or are out of the game? Gimme a hint, please. I need to make ma money back... Gotta live this life while I'm still young... It won't matter if I'm rich when I'm 90 years old (all due respect). Make me rich now:) What other good stocks are out there?

neona,
again...nobody can "advise" you...first? what if somebody you decide to trust says "hold" and it tanks into the ground? Secdond, what if somebody says "sell," then it rockets?
Understood?
That being said... I mentioned the $1.39 point, last night eh?
If you're new, and still held past that ?
really don't know what to say...
Nimber One Rule is Protect Capital...
let me repeat
Protect Capital
I finally bailed, as posted...will discuss my rationale as I discover how to articulate...
oh, neona? re "make that money back"
lol--you'll *never* make that money back. For one thing? This ain't "money"--it's capital. That "money" you lost? it's gone... You simply *must* learn the difference. What you can do is use whatever capital is left (if indeed you're using capital) to make more money...
But judging by your posts? I'd say, "STOP!"
Read, study, learn. Papertrade...at least 8 months...
From what I've read? You have no business trading pennies...perhaps no business trading stocks...
Not trying to be cruel...or "put-down".... simply reacting to what I see posted...

TEX, You seem upset with me. Why? You are not giving me advise but you're telling me to "stop"? How am I ever gonna learn If I don't ask questions or get my feet in the water...I'm not asking for advice rather for your opinion since you know the ins & outs of trading. Reading and study is half the game, the other half is the real experience.
Not cool to tell somebody to give up or leave. Not cool to talk down on someone because he/she doesn't have experience in a certain field.
I've always demonstrated a great respect to anyone who's been in the game long enough.
And really, today I made 2 good moves (considering the surcomstences) trusting my own instinct and watching closely the market instead of taking anyones 'advice'.
Besides I was joking in my last few posts.
Have a blessed weekend

Neona,
not upset...at all. You *should* question. Your questioning is welcomed.
On the other hand? Now you're talking "get your feet wet".
Previous posts indicated "ruin" if you don't get back to a certain pps... make sense?
hey? if you're up for the ride? Mo' power to you!
Ask away...
LOL...must point out:
