Dynasil on 08/21/06 announced an acquisition agreement to buy Evaporated Metal Films for $1.1 million in CASH, subject to "obtaining required debt and equity financing from outside sources on acceptable terms" (quote from the 8-K).
ANY IDEA WHETHER THERE IS A STOCK OFFERING IN THE WORKS? (Company would not comment when I asked the question...)
