Float: 12,000,000

Speedteq-Ti Enters the Petroleum Industry
Friday June 9, 9:30 am ET

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 9, 2006--Speedteq-Ti, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SDTQ - News), is very pleased to announce that they have acquired all of the outstanding shares of "Neville Trevor and Associates" in a Share Exchange Agreement. As per the Agreement, the Company has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of "Neville Trevor and Associates" in exchange for 25 million shares of the Company's restricted common stock.

"Neville Trevor and Associates" has developed a plan to recover oil in the Caspian Sea Region by method of absorption. Over the past five years they have worked within Azerbaijan with both government and oil authorities, testing and optimizing their plan.

In addition to the acquisition, the Board has appointed Neville Trevor as Chairman and CEO, and Terry Yakimovich as President. Both Trevor and Yakimovich researched and developed the oil absorption process. Mr. Trevor is currently setting up operations in Baku, Azerbaijan.

To better reflect the Company's new business model, the Board has agreed to change its name to Cengroup Petroleum Corporation. Earlier this year the Company had ended its agreement with Bradley Miller and Speedteq-Ti of Arizona to seek a more profitable business model for shareholders.

Also, to improve liquidity within the Company's stock, the Board has approved a two-for-one forward stock split. Both the stock split and symbol change are expected to occur within the next two weeks.

For further investment information please call Rick Neild at 1-800-488-4544.

NEWS OUT!

Cengroup Petroleum Corporation Chooses EnviroMop as its Supplier of Sorbent

Cengroup Petroleum Corporation (Pink Sheets:CPCO), has chosen EnviroMop(TM) LLC, a manufacturer of hydrophobic cellulose-based sorbent material, to provide the sorbent which will be used to clean up and recover the approximately 250 million barrels of spilled oil lying on the water and land in Azerbaijan, with nearly 1 million new barrels of oil leaking to the surface each year.

The EnviroMop product, Maximum Oil Pickup(TM) (MOP) is a revolutionary patented hydrocarbon sorbent material. "We are looking at this as a large scale cleanup and recovery operation," said Neville Trevor, Chairman of Cengroup. "As a sorbent, MOP has a very high pickup and recovery ratio, is light weight, and environmentally friendly. It fits perfectly into our operational needs and goals."

David Levine, President of EnviroMop stated, "We are excited that our product has been chosen to clean up oil spills in an area of the world that desperately needs environmental attention."

According to the Energy Information Administration (EIA), which is a statistical agency of the U.S. Department of Energy, the landlocked Caspian Sea is the largest inland body of water on earth surrounded by Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Turkmenistan. Sturgeon from the Caspian Sea accounts for approximately 90% of the world's caviar industry.

The effects of oil and gas exploration and production in the Caspian region have been felt most strongly in Azerbaijan, where a century's worth of oil production has resulted in acute soil degradation and contamination problems. Oil production has left behind vast areas of wasteland, with standing oil ponds and severely contaminated soil, a shore along Baku Bay that is black with oil residue, and high levels of pollution in the Caspian Sea.

Rusty derricks, poisoned soil and water, pools of oil scum, and uncontrolled well fires were byproducts of no environmental oversight of the oil exploitation in the Caspian region. Involvement of Western energy companies using more modern technology actually should result in an improvement in the way oil and gas is extracted in the Caspian basin. In addition, pressure from shareholders will make publicly-traded energy companies carry out their operations in the Caspian region in an environmentally-responsible fashion.

EnviroMop was chosen for the project because it:

-- Works on water and land; in all types of weather conditions. The oil will not leach out and it halts further contamination of land or water.

-- Is 100% biodegradable, non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-irritating -- it is safe to plants and animals.

-- Cleanly recovers up to 95% of the absorbed oil simply by squeezing. The remaining material can be burned to recover 100% of the available energy, while leaving as low as 0.1% ash.

-- Absorbs up to 30 times its own weight in oil offering superior absorbent performance.

-- Is lightweight; easy to handle.

-- Is cost effective in comparison to other sorbents.

EnviroMop(TM), LLC was formed in 2004 to promote the revolutionary patented product Maximum Oil Pick-up(TM) (MOP) which can clean up hazardous oil, and other hydrocarbon material, spills easily and safely while both allowing for the recovery of the spilled material and returning a clean environment. Located in New Jersey, USA, EnviroMop(TM) is capable of serving the worldwide needs for this unique product. For the manufacturer's safety data sheet (MSDS), an informational brochure, and more, please visit www.EnviroMop.com.

Cengroup Petroleum Corporation was developed to take advantage of an opportunity to recover surface oil in the Caspian Sea Region. Over the past five years the Company has singularly positioned itself in this lucrative region by developing relationships within the Azerbaijan government. It has been estimated that there are approximately 250 million barrels of surface oil lying on water and land in the Caspian Sea Region, with nearly 1 million new barrels oil leaking to the surface each year. Cengroup, working with the government of Azerbaijan, will clean up, recover, and reclaim the oil to productive use while environmentally restoring the land, sea, and shore.

Some good DD here..

Sent By: pcloadletter on the Ihub.. Date: 7/20/2006 10:26:52 AM

Charles Diamond mentioned by Rick to SPJ in the phone conversation. Rick described the process of recovering oil to him using MOP and booms.

Charles Diamond’s company (notice they are a rep for MOP and make booms)

Charles Diamond DD:

FUNDAMENTAL SOLUTONS INC.
ROUTE 302, BOX 18
BATH, NH, 03740

E-mail: fsi*together.net
Tel: +1-603-747-2200 Fax: +1-603-747-2203
Contact: Charles Diamond

Products: Absorbents, Booms, Other Products.

This is what will be used to get the MOP into the water:

Here it is....the MOP Cannon http://togo.to/mopcannon.com/index.htm

The booms will be used to retrieve the absorbent.

Caspian Sea data:

http://www.itopf.org/country_profiles/profiles/caspiansea.pdf

Excerpts:
In terms of clean-up resources, none of the Caspian Sea countries currently possesses adequate
supplies of specialized oil spill response equipment and materials.

Work to develop contingency plans at all levels, including a Caspian-wide regional contingency plan is currently being led by the IMO and the Caspian Environment Program (CEP), in close co-operation with national authorities, IPIECA and other oil industry parties.

—Baku is very polluted, but cleaning it up will take a lot of money. Azerbaijan won’t push western oil companies to do the cleanup, especially because in many cases they weren’t the ones responsible for the pollution.

A pipeline, one of the world's longest, to carry Caspian basin oil to Western markets from Baku in Azerbaijan through Georgia will officially open today with a ceremony at Ceyhan, its Turkish Mediterranean terminal. The project, backed by the United States and built by an international consortium led by the British oil company BP, is expected to provide up to 7 percent of the global oil supply. Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan, Mikheil Saakashvili of Georgia and Ahmet Necdet Sezer of Turkey will attend the ceremony. SEBNEM ARSU (NYT)

SPJs info:

Here is what I learned from Rick today:

The last PR was written by EnviroMop.

The guys that run CPCO are engineers and accountants.

Within the next 30 days they will start to assemble a plant in Bath New Hampshire. It will take 6-8 weeks to accomplish. Then they will disassemble it, ship it to Baku Azerbaijan and have it reassembled. Charles Diamond is overseeing this operation.

They will start out with one plant and would like to have another one running by Winter. Each plant is expected to produce 800 barrels per day of recovered oil. They plan to continue to expand by building more plants next year. This first one just sets the stage.

CPCO has been granted the exclusive licensing rights to use EnviroMops product in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. These are the two countries with the majority of the estimated 250 million barrels of surface oil lying on water and land in the Caspian Sea Region. CPCO will begin operations in Azerbaijan then move into Kazakhstan. In the future they could set up operations anywhere in the world.

http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/travel/dg/maps/63/750x750_kazakhstan_m.gif

http://www.maptown.com/geos/azerbaijan.html

EnviroMop will build 6' long booms tied together, that will be placed in ponds by workers in small boats. Then the workers will use what is called a cannon to shoot small cardboard pieces into the center area of the booms. The cardboard has been treated with a chemical compound that is patented by EnviroMop. Then the workers will pull in the booms gather the cardboard pieces that will be raked onto a conveyor belt and dropped into bins to be hauled away. There are different ways to separate the oil from the water and EnviroMop is working on a vacuum type. So as they begin operations they will be working on ways to make the process even easier. The used cardboard pieces will be delivered to a local concrete plant. They might be used to heat the plant or a process in the plant. This may generate revenue as well.

The process has been tested and proven to work.

This unique process is the first of its kind. The process is very simple, not rocket science. There are no competitors. Nothing of this magnitude has been done before. The larger oil companies are more concerned and concentrated on finding new oil.

Another plus, is that it will only take $1,000,000 to start this operation including working capital. Rick sees no need for CPCO to issue any additional shares for funding.

There will be other revenue sources as well that will be put out in a press release. Expect to see this and a few more PR's in the weeks to come.
