The timing on the $5.00 call is mighty suspicious to me....
But a crew could jump this thing and who knows... Might be a 12-20% gain in there on a fast trade.

Looks like the report was 5-18-6 and their press release response on the ruling 6-30-6 so the pump report was prior to the crash is what I'm seeing.

peas, yep...maybe. Livin, should be atleast 30 days before a delisting warning...I hope..
Also, i am growing more and more calaus by timing of pumps....And with good reason, as you know..
Nasdaq is not a sanctuary from shinanigans, far from it, actually..
I will be in !! if !! level two's and last sale in combo with RSI give me a path for a fast trade..A fella can always come back in if a positive PR comes out..

Agreed! But looking at the chart over the last 3 months, the big drop came in mid June along with everything else around that time. The stock is at .43 today but could bounce back up to $1.00 quickly so watch it.
