Started a position in this today. This is an oil sector bottom play with some fo the most excellent fundamental numbers I've seen for it's price.

AOOR o/s is 163.7 million, trading at .41 ps
EBOF o/s is 192 million, trading at $3 ps

AOOR owns 119 million shares of EBOF
119m x $3 per share = $357 million

if AOORs market cap is 164m o/s X .41= $67m
and they hav ean ebof $357 m market cap, then we have a massively undervalued play here fundamentally, and that $357m MC is not even counting AOORs own biodeisel biz.

So if we take $357 MC only / by 164 m o/s, AOOR should be trading at $2.19 per share

with the whole oil n gas sector soon to take off from august demand and hurricane season approaching and due to AOOR on a bottom, this is looking like an incredible long swing play for an easy double, at least

EBOF in first run was great swing- and even day- trader...

AOOR was mirroring, at lower prices...haven't followed lately

This news makes it a little scary, maybe this is why it's down. Need to know your opinion about the following "Weatherbill." What gives you the confidence that AOOR will survive?

During the period ending March 31, 2006, the Company recorded a net loss of $12,922,563. Since the Company completed its initial acquisition of BC&D on October 28, 2004, the Company has accumulated losses aggregating $47.9 million. The Company's continued existence is dependent upon its ability to take advantage of acquisition opportunities, raise capital through private securities offerings, secure collateralized debt financing and use these sources of capital to grow and enhance its oil and gas production, gas pipeline transmission operations and its biodiesel and LNG sales and production. The following addresses the Company's efforts regarding its recent acquisitions and financings.

If you look at the gross profit you can see a substantial amount of increase. This looks like an overall good company to perform in the soon near future. Also the TA on the charts look pretty good and they look to be in good shape.

visionist, reply to your post.....

look at the chart.....those numbers didn't effect the PPS, as AOOR soared to over $1 in may, thanx to their EBOF holdings.......its a TA bottom play, so not much risk at these levels.....if it breaks this support, then it will bounc eoff the .32 support, but I think it goes up from here......JMO....do yuor own DD
