I agree there is a lot of hype! But, It seems for good reason! Very impressive Exec's,Product,
Patented Technology,Medicare approval, etc.... Curious?.....Why Junk?

They already have pre-orders and contracts with markweting Co. with pre-existing Dr. database.
doesn't cost Dr. anything. Even gives the Dr.
a income stream! Why would it not take off?

They just annonced a partial closing on another round of financing i believe on the/around the 6/15/06

Telzuit Medical Technologies, Inc. announced the partial closing of a private placement financing with institutional and other accredited investors of approximately $2.5 million, held in escrow. The partial closing is part of a $5 million round of financing for the company, of which $4 million is currently secured.

The dilution may be already figured into the current pps as well, as a result of this dropping from above 1.00 to .50 earlier this year.

The company has a great product from what my wife tells me, but a great product doesn't always mean that the company stock will be successful.

This might have another pop in it, so I wouldn't rule this one out, just be careful.

I wouldn't invest in it, but I would swing trade it.

.35-.40 looks like an ideal entry point.

YW. I did. My wife found it for me actually.

She works in a hospital and sees the potential for the product. The wireless halter monitor would be great she believes and hopes to someday be able to use it. Less set-up time as well, which is a benefit to the patient.

She mentioned it's a pain having to hook up all the wiring on the older styled ones.

Yea, I Agree! Plus all the other aplications this tech. can be used.I was told about this stock from a Dr. client of mine. Said to watch it. Said it should do some great things in the last 1/4. Unfortunatly I'm already in. :-(
