We've all seen our share of CEO's making bad decisions this year who have hurt our investments. Who has been the worst so far ? Let's learn from these clowns so that we don't invest in similar companies and lose money. Focus on decisions made that hurt the shareholders. Here's my #1:
John Fleming: GZFX. Signs a huge deal with Circuit City, but dillutes the stock and raises the A/S to 25 billion. Stock now langushing at .005's after 2 runs above .02.

Dumps 12 Billion shares on the market prior to roll out.
Raises A/S to 30 Billion from 20 Billion.
Then gives 15% share dividend to shareholders adding another 3+ Billion to the O/S.
Dividend turns out to be restricted stock.
Then disappears. I think he is still trying to dump the remaining 6.5 Billion shares but now there aren't enough buyers.

Fonix CEO: Thomas Murdock has done nothing for shareholders for years and doesn't care. Why shareholders voted him in again is nuts.

The entire crew of NDOL / NWOG who are so incompetent they cannot successfully pull off a simple pump and dump, even after a half dozen attempts with hired help and the help of the I-Hub mindless minions.

Some would say Brian Bonar the CEO of Warning Management Services (wnmi.pk) but with the latest moves that he has made i think he might be able to make something out of this stock before the year is out especially if he gets All Staffing Inc.
