All,

I have been trying to find the next beverage stock that can make good grounds. came across this stock, AMNF.pk. dont know much about it except that it is a canadian beverage company, with some goood US distribution deals and excellent growth potential. Can anyone with background on selecting good summer plays comment on this pick?

Thanks!

"...the next beverage stock...."

Armanino Foods does not sell beverages.
Clearly you have not performed research.

Why?

How is it you expect to profit while
you do not know a company's product?

I asked someone to comment, not to spoon feed me as to weather I should buy or not buy the stock. I know how to make those decisions.. lol.. and I mentioned beverage because it was mentioned in ******************. anyways, thanks for the DD. I had seen those things you had mentioned. Increased volume is good for this stock. The thing that caught my attention was probably, they are about to announce their financials very soon. so since the previous financials was extremely good, probably, some are expecting better financials and run. this caught my attention only because of the spike. but the spike can be explained in the chart. since it is gaining support/bounce from the 50 day moving average probably.
there are people who look just for those crossings and when they see those, surge in volume comes. it might not surprise you if I mention plays like MGEN 2nd days play, or flwe run after it reached 0.25 range purely for the same reason.

Anyways, more comments welcomed. FWIW, I still have no position in this stock, but shall take position once RSI drops to manageable levels.

I am not giving my "professional opinion" on this stock. most of the time i pick stocks based on charts, not on momentum or pr, because i dont know when to sell if its not written in charts. infact, I am looking at someone providing insight, as I am not good at picking low volume stock whose charts show really sparse trades and dont reveal much info. the only thing this chart reveals is bullish trend. hope someone, who knows how to play low volume stock provides little insight!

Here at Allstocks we have high expectations
of all participants.

If you are to fit in, you must raise your personal
bar and provide well founded, objective opinion.
A single mistake like not knowing what product
a company sells reduces your credibility to zero.

Bottom line, your research is unacceptable.

This company has a moderate degree of potential.

Financials are acceptable. AMNF is providing
financial reports through pink sheets which
suggests AMNF is playing this straight. Readers
can only accept this data on face value.

A lack of recent SEC filings is neutral. Today
this is common to save accounting costs. Many
companies are moving to pink sheets, as is
expected and the norm.

This prior AMNF reverse / forward split is
a strong negative. This tactic is used to
knock share holders out. In a sense, this
a legal defrauding of share holders. This
casts management in poor light.

No pump and dump scam sites are involved. This
is a good positive; true value is displayed.
This is discovered not by what is found but
rather by what is not found.

This recent one day spike of ten cents per share
is a strong red flag. This is suggestive of a
Lost Leader fraud being attempted. This is affirmed
by low volume but a significant spike in prices.
There is no news nor other information which
provides a basis for this spike.

Further adding to evidence of a Loss Leader scam
is today's volume is more than four times the
average daily, yet low enough to suggest this
Loss Leader scam failed, as did two others
being presented here at Allstocks, this week.

Action tomorrow will disclose if this is a
Loss Leader or insider anticipation of release
of good news. I am betting Loss Leader.

Anticipation of a quarter report. No, this is
not due for a period of time; thirty days. A
spike, up or down, due to a pending quarter
report will appear one to two weeks before
the anticipated release date.

Low volume is a strong negative. Readers can
buy this stock but will have great difficulty
selling this stock at a chosen time. Low volume
also indicates a lack of interest amongst traders.
Average volume is only six-thousand shares per day.

What else does your research disclose?

Again, if you are to fit in here at Allstocks
you must work on providing quality information
and quality opinion.

Anything less will prompt firm but fair critique.

Incidently, did you drive over to Albertson's
to check on displays, to check on stocking
to ascertain some notion if AMNF products
are popular with customers?

Eye level products are the best sellers. Those
which display less stock quantity than other
similar products, are more popular.

What did you learn at Albertson's ?

thx for insight.. i shall look at buys/sells of today to check about any irregular selling/buying patterns. regarding trying to fit in with allstock crowd, i would not want to do that, and do not consider myself an amazing trader, or an excellent stock analyst. my analysis rudimentary at best and I would not want people to buy/sell based on my posts. I post based on what i see and it really doesnt matter as I know lot of people here are smart enough to read through the pumps if anybody does pump. having said that, I shall look for tomorrow to see if momentum continues. based on chart, tomorrow it should atleast touch 0.8, befor eit runs anywhere, else it would just cover gap at 0.85 and then might just have another small run, before rsi reaching dangerous levels.

"...getting snarky...."

Fun word. Becoming crotchety.

Root word is crotch.

I suspect this snarky thing is a masculine trait.

Tex, pool cam on or pool cam off?

I will turn on our patio lights and
pool light if you want the cam on.

Hot, humid night. About ninety degrees and
about one-hundred percent humidity. Sprinkles
on and off, making steam. Welcome to Oklahoma.

Time for skinny dipping before bed.

Splish! Splash!

hehe purl.. i understand what you are saying.. just that I felt confident based on what i read about the company. charts since begining of this year, and mid last year, dont show pattern of dilution, which was again good. saw the forward split and adjusted divident news, this was good since the stock actually pays decent divident, any divident is good [Smile] .. and the industry in general is good and their previous quarter was excellent. so most of my criteria of long term hold of stock were satisfied. it might at best double in coming 6 months IMO, but who knows. anyways, i know you genuinely try tohelp ost of the times, so dont think i am taking your posts negatively! my only concern is with low volume. lets see...
