I agree this one is a very nice runner and is making good money for people.
Lot of potential, certainly. Business plan seems good, tangible motions towards production, all seems legit.
However, current financial status of this company does not support current prices. There is also a lot of pumping going on.
Not complaining but I will urge you to exercise some caution. Prices might be at a point of collapse. I do not know prices will collapse but there are warning signs. Be careful.

Yeah, yeah, I agree. Looks to be a legit company.
Wish we had not missed out on this one. What caused me to ignore this thread is the topic title, "45 billion.." I figured, "Another scam."
When I saw "Tex" in there, thought I better take a look to see what one of my chicks is up to.
Incidently, I like just plain "Tex" for you.
Lot of pumping taking place, though. Current financial condition and lack of revenue simply cannot support current market capitalization; pump and speculation.
Today's chart spike is a real warning. This recent steep upward run, another warning. Charts, my opinion, suggest a hard fall in the making, like in one to three days.
Still, appears to be company on the rise. They have invested a lot into water rights and their production facilities. Crux will be how they do on the retail end.
Too late to jump in now but after prices fall, might be a good time. A hard fall will drive prices below trader perception, then a bounce, finally the true trader perception price.
Could be a long term in the making. However, those burnt on this pump spike, will be not buying again and if charts reflect a hard crash, future buyers will be wary, as well.

Only "warning light" going off for me (other than "given" SOP) is the reference to ultra-pure Ogalalla resource. True, that aquifer is very deep--hence the concern about recharge rate vs irrigation demand in that country. In fact, it is so deep, references are commonly made to "fossil water." As a result, some of the best water/aquifer research in the world takes place in and around, due to the implications for a significant US crop producing area; plus/minus ---> also very political. Rarely mentioned? Also throughout that country are improperly capped, old oil wells. Years ago, was common practice to "plug" primary--and even secondary--with yucca plants etc and smoothe over some cement. Quite the violation, but common nonetheless. Accordingly, my first concern will be to locate their actual wells...
will also verify their facilities are "as advertised"...

I am waiting on Tex. He is out back kicking tires.
Hope he remembers to look at the dipstick to discover if the oil is burnt.
Reminds me of a girlfriend I truly love. She is great, a good person. She buys herself a new Volvo and is showing it off to me. Very nice car, a good investment.
She allows me to drive just for fun. We are headed out to shoe shop, an all day event.
I wheel into a petro station to fill her tank. Pull up to a "no lead" pump, get out, go through the routine, shove the spout in the hole, an activity at which I am good. She is watching. Suddenly, she opens her door and yells,
"Taha! No! I can only use unleaded in my car!"
I shut off the pump, buck fifty or so worth of gas, get back in the driver's seat.
"Ok, we will go somewhere else which sells unleaded gas. Sorry about that."
It COSTS to do an online search with the Texas Sec of State.
Shoulda known--the Secretary is Roger Williams, bigshot car dealer from Ft. Worth, if the same guy. If so, I'm surprised it doesn't cost the public for them to answer the phone...
Funny thing? You *can* get a "verbal check" of records from a human in the Public Information for free. How backwards is that?
Fees? Hmmphh...they just bought themselves a problem.

just got off the phone with CoC guy; pretty interesting...
basically, not in production, yet, but *have* unloaded 4-5 18-wheelers' worth of equipment. One guy living there (his name is on Web site, as I recall) and have hired 3-4 to start, expecting 50 full-timers once in full production. Big deal: finalized access terms with railroad last week, utilizing nice spur that was intrumental when the plant was a sugar operation (sugar beets).

Sounds good, so far, Tex. What you discovered is in keeping with news from the company.
I can well picture the factory layout having worked so many factory jobs when younger.
Railroad spur is bonus should this company move to a high production level. Clearly they have a factory with loading ramps for big rigs, or is strongly suggested.
For readers, some opinions, but with a note of caution because I am predicting; risky.
Prices are crashing in keeping with expected behavior. Pumping took prices much too high. There _should_ be a continued dramatic fall in prices for a period of time, a few days, maybe even a week or a bit more.
Eventually, prices _should_ slide down below the then current investor perception. Following this, prices should slowly edge upward then stablize. At the bottom of the slide is a good time to buy if you are interested.
There are high risks, however. Not uncommon for a down slide to create a false bottom, a bit of an upward run, then another hard fall.
Much of this is controlled by some primes.
Pumping will tend to keep prices up but overall trend will be downward as seasoned traders pull out profits. Pumpers are ignorant amateurs who have no influenze over seasoned traders.
Fundamentals are clearly a poor factor. This company is not generating revenues. However, should revenue generation begin fairly soon, this will offset a downward slide.
Company news of coming online at their factory will be a boost for fundamentals.
Bottom line is currently a transition from "speculation perception" to "fundamentals perception" is taking place.
Fundamentals will become the more important prime as time passes. Now is the time to start looking hard at financial potential as a guideline on trading.

Looking at those charts, and again risky predictions on my part, I would expect prices to initially pull back to 1.50 to 1.75 per then finally settle around 1.25 to 1.50 per.
Readers are cautioned I could be dead wrong. These are projections ranging from a few weeks to months from now. Such long projections are very risky and often not right; much can happen during those time periods.

I am watching price manipulation take place.
Current spread is 2.50 / 2.58 per.
Tiny buys going through, 100 shares at higher prices, then a slight run up, followed by large block sells 5000 shares or so.
UBSS and NITE are right in there on the action.
This is "loss leader" manipulation. Game here is small amounts of shares are bought at higher prices to effect a run up, then dumping of large quantity of shares for a net profit.
This is not a scam, not for this stock. What is happening is very typical and expected.
If readers are interested in reading about one of the best orchestrated "loss leader" scams of recent time, GHLT thread. This scam is being pulled off really well. People are being suckered out of millions of dollars. Surprising this scam has lasted this long.
Again, I am not suggesting RSPG is a scam. It is not. Do not try to twist my words.
Some are legitimate buys. Some are "loss leader" buys to support share price. A loss leader buy is when a trader or a market maker buys to support prices while dumping a larger quantity of shares on the market.
Might be loss leader buying at 2.58 for 100 and selling at 2.54 for a total of 25,000 shares duing the day. Loss leader buying presents a perception "people are buying" which keeps prices on the high side.
I need to add, Tex, often Market Markets will front run buy orders. An example is a customer enters a buy order for 5,000 shares at 2.58 per. The Market Maker wants to keep prices up while he dumps. To help keep prices up, the Market Maker will fill that customer buy order 100 shares at a time for several hours to create an illusion many people are buying. Ain't so! This is simple a Market Maker working the markets.
Usually this only works best at the height of a pump; keeps prices up a little longer.
I spotted this because prices crashed most severely earlier today, then these 100 share buys began appearing pushing prices up again.
These higher prices cannot be sustained for much longer, a day, maybe three days.
However, I have been fooled by events like this. Prices might stablize at current or even move up a few pennies.
Odds are, prices will begin to fall because of the trader downward pressure.

If I am right, prices should fall towards end of day trading, last half hour or so of market today. This will yield a lower opening price in the morning, either for Market Makers to load up, or for traders to continue profit taking downward pressure.
Prices are falling in the last twenty minutes of market. This suggests Market Makers have dropped out of the game, for today, and traders are now in control evidenced by profit taking downward turning.
Actually, Market Makers are executing lower sell orders now. Traders are in control, but ultimate control is in the hands of Market Makers. Do not want to mislead readers.
