That takes all the fun out of this.

I agree but a problem comes about.
Based on daily average volume, more than the authorized amount has switched hands over the past three months worth of market business days. This presents a serious problem.
I looked through the Florida State Department filings and did not find a printing press.
I will be looking at this reverse split to determine where this information originates. Pink sheets displays this info which suggests notification / filing by LYJN company. Maybe this was accomplished without official filing. Might be their T/A is the info source.
Always questionable when trading exceeds the authorized float in a short period of time.
Their VP, the man who so graciously defaulted on so many student loans and ripped us off being tax payers, appears to hold sixty-million shares in LYJN, or a lesser amount if the R/S is legit.
I am sure a good chunk of the outstanding is still in company hands.
Isn't there a paid pump on this, close to four-hundred-thousand shares?
No revenues, LYJN must be selling shares or using shares as payment for costs.
All of this reduces available outstanding for traders. This heightens concern about the entire authorized turnover so quickly, especially knowing the float will be less than the authorized.

However, as a mod here, I overlook much worse, daily... I wonder: why don't peeps report that?
I can also say, quite bluntly, I have gone from being almost overrun by scamsters to having back the board I grew to love after stumbling across Allstocks...
If you guys want me to patrol every single post, on every single thread, you got two issues: 1) you will like it MUCH less than the way it has been recently, or is now 2) who's gonna make up my time trading?
I suggest you "get over" he can/I can't, she said/they said, and get on with HONEST POSTS...

thanks Tex..that was the only assurance I needed.. all i hope is no double standards.. yes..there are pumpsters/bashers all around internet.. and its good that some of you are taking an effort pointing it out.. however, my opinion on one particular stock is different from others, and thats OK since no one said all opinions should be same. however, when it gets to personal attacks.. its rather irritating.. appreciate your post!!!

My opinion is you display a strong psychological personality quirk and strong personal disposition, both of which motivate and drive you to formulating a personal perspective an appropriate response to given social circumstance is to engage in seeking sympathy from those around you through a methodology of expressing adolescence typical grievance.
