Looking for this to have a nice bounce soon, when they launch their E store, this could be nice.Stock has come down quite a bit and has been slowly moving back from lows,a small sell off today, but this could be a stock to watch everyone. They make jeans with song lyrics and titles on them and thier website shows what they look like. The jeans are custom-crafted and made of super premium denim featuring beautiful calligraphy, hand-painted designs, fabric patch work, stitching, and high-end hardware like crystals and pewter.Thses will be high dollar jeans which is hot right now,,,so keep an eye on them,,could be nice soon.

This is ripe for the taking, has had a little move off it's recent
lows, and a slight pullback yesterday and looks to be finding nice
support in this area. The Company makes high dollar jeans that have
song titles and lyrics on them in a high quality manufacturing
capacity.Check out their site, explains it a little better than i
do,LOL..This could be a nice mover soon.Look at what TRLG has done
and you'll see the potential this company has, they are in the
same,high end jean wear,business.

No offence but those are so ugly. I can not see anyone ever wearing or evening paying for those.

I do not know. Blue and I discussed this stock
a week or two back, here at Allstocks.

I picked up on this one because it is showing
up on boards and being pumped. If I recall
correctly, financials are not all that good.

A bit of an idea, lyrics across your butt. Not
so sure this will catch on. This company is
planning "E Stores" and planning showcase stores,
I think at least one in Florida and another
in California. This is interesting.

A lot of teens do buy through the internet.
Some potential here and teens do have a lot
of money to spend, mommy's and daddy's money.

Short term, might be a small run up based on
being pumped. Long term, this will depend on
how well this company markets its products.

I am a bit skeptical per share prices will
go up much more. Appears this one will prove
to be capped about .40 per share.

Some informal financial reports are here,

Well one thing is for sure...when their E-store opens on their website, revenues are sure to follow.
I see this as much more than a pump-play. This co. is much more substantive than that.

I love the concept of not just song lyrics on the pant-legs, but a style according to artist as well.

Yeah, maybe. I am neutral on this stock, for now.

I do have LYJN on my live feed to watch. Not
enough volume for any major moves. Little bit
of interest over the past week, but not quite
enough to form a run.

Worth watching but I have true doubts this one
will prove a major winner. I might be wrong.

"West Hollywood, California"

Ha! These jeans will not be popular with
teenage girls. These jeans will be popular
with gay men over in West L.A.

Elton John lyrics across their cute butts!

This is an interesting company. I am not sure
what to make of this one. Like I wrote, I have
this one on my live feed and am watching. There
is potential but they have a long ways to go.

Seems a legitimate effort. Nothing hints of
a scam or dishonesty.

Still neutral here; wait and watch.

I will add a bit of a caution. This company
is mildly pumping. Nothing which worries me.
I understand a need to draw attention. So far,
no outlandish claims about share price or big
revenues, no wild eye claims.

My hunch is they are working at bringing in
capital to fund operations, through stock
sells. This is expected and the norm.

Effect might be keeping share price flat or
even a bit of dilution drop in price.

Time will tell!

I will go back to discover if there is information
available on authorized shares and outstanding.
I think read this somewhere.

"SleepingGiant has been compensated in cash for
coverage of Lyric Jeans Inc."

This is not a good signal. This is a paid pump
site which is almost always trouble. How much
of a negative this is, depends on how many sites
LYJN is paying to pump. A few, not such a problem.
A lot, this is not good at all.

This is an early signal of a building pump & dump.

Well,Personally i've seen very few companies that don't have to pay a fee for promotional services.Thats all part of marketing, just like paying to have your commercial on TV,it costs money.I've made out pretty good on stocks that have had campaigns on them.Sure, not all,but in the end it's all about making the right trade.I played BSLM whic went from .40 or so to like .98 and made nice,,sure it's back down again, but hey,I'm not putting these in my 401k,LOL.

Paid promotions are ok if those promotions are
not out of hand or ludicrous in nature.

My message is if only one, two, a few pay site
promotions are being made, this may not be so
bad. All depends on the credibility of the spin.

If a lot of pay sites are involved, this is a
warning sign of a pump & dump. Should pay sites
be producing profiles which are ludicrous, making
wild claims of high revenues and big share prices,
I would not touch the stock.

Should pump & dump sites pick up on this, those
not paid to promote, this is a death warrant
for the company and signals a scam in effect,
but not by the company, usually.

I plan to look around to determine how much
pumping is going on and if this pumping is
reasonable for a company like Lyrics.

So far, prices are remaining relatively flat
suggesting a cap on share prices and caution
amongst experienced traders.

I don't know Purl Gurl, your statements here don't exactly look unbiased. What's the MOTIVE ???

I got in about a month ago for a fairly sizeable amount (for me) and am hanging in there to see what they got.

I like the idea and know how the effect of Rock Bands is on the young. The fans of each group will put this on their "must have" list.

There also seems to be a fairly decent "stars" list associated with this at all levels, and if they are truely able to get free promo in TV and Movies the potential for success looks pretty good.

Time will tell and I like the fact that there is a near unveiling of the new line for the Fall. I hope I am not wrong and get a good return on my investment -- I appreciate some objective examineation, but what's with all the water ???

I'm sure they're E-Store will be opening soon, too - too rake in all that cash: "Priced between $85-$200 at retail"
I wouldn't pay that for a t-shirt, but plenty of people that would.
Should give a nice boost for this stock in the mid-term.

According to their 15c2-11 Information Statement 02/01/2006 Feb 9 2006 ET:

On December 8, 2005, the Company, by shareholder consent, agreed to amend its Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized common capital stock to One Billion (1,000,000,000) shares with no par value. The Company has no Preferred or other form of stock authorized.

That was before the 1:300 reverse split:
shs decreased by 1 for 300 split
Ex-Date:
Record Date:
Pay Date: 2006-02-15

Based on that information the the authorized common capital stock would be 3,333,333 shares unless I missed something.

You are absolutely right about the celebrity explosion. These pants make it into one big picture and they are gone. This stock won't see .35 ever again. Their is so much potential as peeps are buying fall clothing for back to school. Regardless, the time to get in is now.

Also check out this stock, up 700% no joke in 10 days. Unique Pizza and Subs Corporation (UPZS) Man do they have a good thing going.

We have received many emails from concerned members who are under water with their Lyric Jeans investment. Well, we have some good news.

By looking at the chart, you can see that the stock has found a nice support level around the .36 level. The stock has spent 28 days above this area and it looks like investors are pretty comfortable with this price, so the outlook is better for the coming weeks.

We also have some very encouraging news about Lyric that we will tell you about in a few weeks from now.

Yesterday after the close, Lyric put out a press release announcing they have opened their Corporate Office and VIP showroom in West Hollywood, CA.

We can’t reiterate this enough to our investors…this company is brand new and is already making a lot of people in the industry talk. You guys are some of the first people to hear about it. Now put yourself in the shoes of the investors who first heard about True Religion (TRLG) when they first opened up their first showroom.

That company started out in the same city as Lyric and on the same exchange and around the same price level and all they have done is produce better fitting blue jeans. They had some big celebrities to wear their jeans and the rest is history.

The reason we are so excited about Lyric, is because this is a very similar situation, but Lyric has something much more appealing. They are not only producing premium denim wear just like True Religion, but they have the celebrity quotient already tied in, because they have rock stars wanting to wear their jeans.

Can you imagine when Cold Play releases their next single and Gwyneth Paltrow is walking down the red carpet wearing Lyric Jeans with her husband’s lyrics on them…this is a scenario that could play out and these red carpet photos could be on every tabloid magazine around.

So for those of you who are losing on this trade, you need to understand that you own a company in its infant stages that could literally change how the denim industry looks at denim. It is a ground breaking idea and we feel very confident that the stock will trade at much higher levels in the next few months.

Man...i DID NOT KNOW THAT...lol.
Talk about 'target marketing'!
Thanks to MySpace et al in general, the word about these very visual jeans will spread QUICKLY, imo.
Oh yeah....not to mention the mass MEDIA ATTENTION that will ensue.
Not to be too 'cliche', but these jeans will catch like wildfire, quite honestly.
