Just an fyi... the company had a revenue of $5,000 last year during their first year of real estate...
this year alone they are looking at millions of dollars of revenue and more and more real estate aquisition... holding this one is golden... as the figures come out the price will go up... May 15 will be the next bump up when they release the specs on cobs homes take over... $5 million in increased revenue there alone...
It's gold... $5,000 to millions= no brainer

I can't figure this one out for right now. I really thought it would break out last week - then the week before. I'm out of it for now playing other stuff that's moving within a day or two.
It'll stay on my watch list for now, just incase it decides to start moving again.

I've learned my leason over time to not give up on stocks that are technically golden... sometimes it takes time...
The real buyers are waiting for the number game... the last bit of numbers the company put out they said in 2005 they made $5,000... go through the prs and you can get a pretty good idea of the next set of revenues...
It'll take the longs far... just takes a little longer than some... My guess is that we see a dollar within the next month and a half...
I wouldn't want to be on the sidelines on this one...

PR from April 21, 2006 <snip> The final terms of the acquisition will remain confidential at this time due to the terms of the NDA (non-disclosure agreement). The anticipated closing date for the companies is expected to be no later than May 15, 2006. <snip>

That acquisition is huge for cbay revenue... HUGE... and low revenue last year imho is what has been driving the price down from the last 10q released a couple of weeks ago...
The end of May... this is going to be huge...
Anybody watch NDOL this morning?... holy sh**...

Check SEC site section on SHORT regulations, worth to learn a bit of it. Basically the registrant notifies the Company's stock market (OTCBB is now NASDAQ) representative, and that one, for each broker (or MM if you prefer) provides the exact short amount they have to cover. This is strictly mandatory. For instance, if VERT or ARCA or any other (usually small players only, the big ones can't afford related risks) does not cover by the end of the SEC agreed regulation period, first the broker/MM LOOSE their license (they loose their all business since w/o license they cannot trade anything any more on ANY market) and second they have to buy the shares anyway, with an additional fee for each supplemental day they do not comply with the regulation form... and the fee is quite huge. Yesterday evening, if you look at the fantom trades (after 4PM) you see a >150k transaction over the SP at close. This is basically a MM that was forced to cover at a higher price than what he expected (he sold too much at a too low price during day) the normal rule for a honest & serious MM is to cover each end of day after close, can be a benefit for him (cover under close SP -> he made a good job) or can be a loss (cover over close SP -> his boss will kill him...) :-) But most of MMs do not play any more with naked-shorts, since January and the SEC regulation...
-> HOLD + BUY + ACCUMULATE the more you can, be patient, and become rich. IMO.

Weird stuff. I had a buy order in above the ask and it took two days to go through, then is listed as a sell (in red on etrade). What does it all mean?

In a calm market controlled by MMs, and a pushing down politic, it works that way. They just wait for someone like you or me to put a buy order, let's say right now *0.161. They also wait for someone else to put a sell order, of at least the same quantity, let's say right now *0.155. Actually they sell to you *0.161 the shares that the other guy sells *0.155. And they get the difference (0.006/share). If they wanna make the market "feel down" they first make appear your transaction, then the other one, and put the indicator so that it will show 0.161 and your order in RED then 0.155 and the order of the other guy in RED again: on OTCBB they are authorized to do so, but not on NASDAQ or AMEX for instance. That way people that did not see real time but look a bit afterwards really "think" that everybody is selling, but of course not ! On the other hand if they wanna make a "bullish feeling" they just inverse the indicators: first you will see the 0.155 in GREEN then your 0.161 in GREEN as well. If they don't have a seller that have the counterpart of the shares you wanna buy, they can also sell you shares that they "don't have (yet)", in that they speculate either that the price will go down, either the other way, they will manage the day session to make the SP go the way they need, and cover after close (ghost sales). Yesterday you see 2 very big ghost sales, total 600000 shares *0.166. Means they lost money. Today they would like to buy shares cheaper, but unfortunately for them, there a nearly no sellers any more. So they could sell more naked-shares, by that way taking even more risk, but what will happen I think, if no more sellers, is that they will change their strategy and provide us with a bullish pattern. That way the "consolidators" (MMs that have real shares) will sell it with good profit, enough to compensate losses of their partners... I know, MMs make a strange world all together.

In the old CBAY thread I tried to tell everyone that volume was not going to be the issue with this one... divs and rev will drive price... on days that we have seen tons of buyers on the boards and 1 mill in volume... no increase... very interesting...
It'll go... May 31 come back and tell me what you think...

a couple or 2 couple of days now... reversal is here and now... NITE on the ask *0.16... beach accumulated already >200k shares at the bottom. Who says there is no volume ? about 500k now. Once NITE starts to sit at a level, be sure it will move up afterwards. They are in now.

Just searched... could be Toll Brothers finally. Did not ear about an acquisition. See partnership and capital injection, notably to coo-finance Cobbs acquisition. Anyway the rumour sounds to be founded on smthg... will sure be confirmed next week in the PR. Good for everybody that one.
