what the crap... I've been watching this for a month now... you should go to the original thread... I've talked about this one a ton... it's been my penny play... holding over 44k shares as of this moment at an average around .20 now...

do some dd and tell me what you think... we'll make this the new 'cbay is the way' thread...

Just an fyi... the company had a revenue of $5,000 last year during their first year of real estate...

this year alone they are looking at millions of dollars of revenue and more and more real estate aquisition... holding this one is golden... as the figures come out the price will go up... May 15 will be the next bump up when they release the specs on cobs homes take over... $5 million in increased revenue there alone...

It's gold... $5,000 to millions= no brainer

I can't figure this one out for right now. I really thought it would break out last week - then the week before. I'm out of it for now playing other stuff that's moving within a day or two.

It'll stay on my watch list for now, just incase it decides to start moving again.

I've learned my leason over time to not give up on stocks that are technically golden... sometimes it takes time...

The real buyers are waiting for the number game... the last bit of numbers the company put out they said in 2005 they made $5,000... go through the prs and you can get a pretty good idea of the next set of revenues...

It'll take the longs far... just takes a little longer than some... My guess is that we see a dollar within the next month and a half...

I wouldn't want to be on the sidelines on this one...

why is cbay going down so much I thought is was going up up and away?

Posted by indef on :

should be up after PR on May 15th

Posted by Brad C on :

Where do you find the PR news?

Posted by indef on :

PR from April 21, 2006
<snip>
The final terms of the acquisition will remain confidential at this time due to the terms of the NDA (non-disclosure agreement). The anticipated closing date for the companies is expected to be no later than May 15, 2006.
<snip>

Posted by adlai on :

That acquisition is huge for cbay revenue... HUGE... and low revenue last year imho is what has been driving the price down from the last 10q released a couple of weeks ago...

The end of May... this is going to be huge...

Anybody watch NDOL this morning?... holy sh**...

SHO List shows 1.45M shares uncovered !
http www stockhouse com/news/news.asp?tick=CHRT&newsid=3549254

SEC informs that the SHO regul. arrgmt. form has been submitted last week, so they have 11 open days left to cover in...... imo this is BINGO !

+news on 15th: regarding capital see SanDiego news... much interesting as well. 40 people working there by the end of next week.

Want happens if they dont cover all the shares?

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

Check SEC site section on SHORT regulations, worth to learn a bit of it. Basically the registrant notifies the Company's stock market (OTCBB is now NASDAQ) representative, and that one, for each broker (or MM if you prefer) provides the exact short amount they have to cover. This is strictly mandatory. For instance, if VERT or ARCA or any other (usually small players only, the big ones can't afford related risks) does not cover by the end of the SEC agreed regulation period, first the broker/MM LOOSE their license (they loose their all business since w/o license they cannot trade anything any more on ANY market) and second they have to buy the shares anyway, with an additional fee for each supplemental day they do not comply with the regulation form... and the fee is quite huge.
Yesterday evening, if you look at the fantom trades (after 4PM) you see a >150k transaction over the SP at close. This is basically a MM that was forced to cover at a higher price than what he expected (he sold too much at a too low price during day)
the normal rule for a honest & serious MM is to cover each end of day after close, can be a benefit for him (cover under close SP -> he made a good job) or can be a loss (cover over close SP -> his boss will kill him...) :-)
But most of MMs do not play any more with naked-shorts, since January and the SEC regulation...

-> HOLD + BUY + ACCUMULATE the more you can, be patient, and become rich. IMO.

Weird stuff. I had a buy order in above the ask and it took two days to go through, then is listed as a sell (in red on etrade). What does it all mean?

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

In a calm market controlled by MMs, and a pushing down politic, it works that way.
They just wait for someone like you or me to put a buy order, let's say right now *0.161. They also wait for someone else to put a sell order, of at least the same quantity, let's say right now *0.155. Actually they sell to you *0.161 the shares that the other guy sells *0.155. And they get the difference (0.006/share). If they wanna make the market "feel down" they first make appear your transaction, then the other one, and put the indicator so that it will show 0.161 and your order in RED then 0.155 and the order of the other guy in RED again: on OTCBB they are authorized to do so, but not on NASDAQ or AMEX for instance. That way people that did not see real time but look a bit afterwards really "think" that everybody is selling, but of course not !
On the other hand if they wanna make a "bullish feeling" they just inverse the indicators: first you will see the 0.155 in GREEN then your 0.161 in GREEN as well. If they don't have a seller that have the counterpart of the shares you wanna buy, they can also sell you shares that they "don't have (yet)", in that they speculate either that the price will go down, either the other way, they will manage the day session to make the SP go the way they need, and cover after close (ghost sales). Yesterday you see 2 very big ghost sales, total 600000 shares *0.166. Means they lost money. Today they would like to buy shares cheaper, but unfortunately for them, there a nearly no sellers any more. So they could sell more naked-shares, by that way taking even more risk, but what will happen I think, if no more sellers, is that they will change their strategy and provide us with a bullish pattern. That way the "consolidators" (MMs that have real shares) will sell it with good profit, enough to compensate losses of their partners... I know, MMs make a strange world all together.

there's NO VOLUME on this thing today...
dmx... where'd you get the 'confirmed news' by next week?

Posted by gatorboy2424 on :

volume will come

Posted by adlai on :

"just confirmed news next week!!!!"

What? Did you call?

In the old CBAY thread I tried to tell everyone that volume was not going to be the issue with this one... divs and rev will drive price... on days that we have seen tons of buyers on the boards and 1 mill in volume... no increase... very interesting...

It'll go... May 31 come back and tell me what you think...

yea i talked to tim an IR guy, NEXT week sometime he said the close of the aqusition of cobbs

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

a couple or 2 couple of days now...
reversal is here and now...
NITE on the ask *0.16... beach accumulated already >200k shares at the bottom. Who says there is no volume ? about 500k now. Once NITE starts to sit at a level, be sure it will move up afterwards. They are in now.

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

what I told ya ? indicators 5000 *0.165 now...

Posted by Mu Meson on :

CBAY will triple tomorrow and again next week.

Rumor of a buyout by Toll Bros.

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

I know them by heart. double 10000 *0.17 means double double 5000, means ticker up by 0.02. NITE now *0.165, you'll see the rest.

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

Just searched... could be Toll Brothers finally. Did not ear about an acquisition. See partnership and capital injection, notably to coo-finance Cobbs acquisition. Anyway the rumour sounds to be founded on smthg... will sure be confirmed next week in the PR. Good for everybody that one.

Posted by Mr. Berbician Seventy Seven on :

And so tick = +0.02, they are so previsible... lol. Anyway, excellent chart, excellent setup. For All who are in, be sure the next 4-5 sessions will be FIREWORKS !!!
Enjoy your evening.

Toll Bros. rumor comes directly from another fine website that i am not allowed to mention here. Starts with "I".

Posted by redmax on :

I have been in this one for a while now. I think we could see a very nice uptrend begin tommorow and then really explode after the PR next week. This could be a multibagger. Lets get back up to $1 [Smile]

Adlai, I finally got out of NDOL today and bought 35k of CBAY at .16. Nice little uptick at the end of the day and I assume you are still holding strong. I need to catch up on some stocks to watch, most of my time has been focused on NDOL. Let me know if you have some other good picks and please tell me what you expect from this in the coming days.

Posted by redmax on :

Anyone know the total outstanding shares and float for this one?

Also, when was the last time they issued more shares and how many?

Posted by Mu Meson on :

I called last week.

OS was still 16M shares.

No change.

Prob. insider dumping, lucky us.

Well, who knows ? With Toll Bross, everything is possible, finally. Anyway, even a merger would make this thing come back to > 0.87. So,... let's wait for the probable PR Monday, and the certain other one Tuesday.

15th PR or 16th PR brings official confirmation of cobbs acquisition. Fine. What is much more interesting imo is the way they will explain how they finance it. And here come Toll Bross........
Bingo.

Read this
www nasdaqtrader com/aspx/regsho.aspx

SHO list of Threshold Security List.
Look at my previous posts, please: I already explained a bit. Anyway, since now we are in an uptrend, the fact that CBAY is on that list is advantage to us, because naked-MMs will have to cover higher...

To be quite honest, I wasn't expecting near as good a day like yesterday and today until the first of next week with the COBS home news...

Today proved that there are investors looking into the long run that CBAY has in store...

Glad I didn't take my loses and waited for the turn around... Buyout news would send this past .50 easy in the next few days... I could see it though any time and really that's what I was expecting when the price continued to drop on good news...

Good day boys... and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one posting on CBAY anymore lmao...

Have a good weekend...

Hey guys, need someone's honest opinion.....do you think this is worth getting in now at this point (would I be chasing this up?), or do you think it would be going back down again?

Also, are many of you in this for the long, or is this just a flipping stock?

I have been reading some comments on this one from some on the other boards and it seemed like something to look into.

Any remarks & comments on those knowledgeable on this would be greatly appreciated.

With upcoming news and such, I believe it's not too late to jump in. Once it does come out, so long as it's what is expected, some people have been estimating .80's to be the next stall.

Double... I've tried to say it from the beginning...

However... I think soon enough though great news on CBAY is on its way...

Wit... the only rumor I will claim being 100% true is that early this week there will be a pr released on the COBS home aquisition... they said the details would be released no later than May 15th... everything else is very strong speculation... and the information on the shorts list is 100% true as well...

It's Gold...

CBAY is paying dividends.

Other than PTSC, CBAY is the only OTC stock paying cash dividends.

No one knows why it went down so much.

That's why it soared to 2.00...

Long term ( as in 6 months or more )... I'm going to be riding free shaers... That's my long term goal... however... any stock that issues a divi is always a solid long term play in my opinion...

Short term... my goal from the start was a 500% gain...

That's what I'm planning on doing with CBAY...

So what exactly is the expected big news for this up coming week? I've been doing some DD, but haven't seen any news on that one.

Posted by adlai on :

Here is your breakdown this week on CBAY Wit...

1) Shorts are covering
2) COBS news + the additional 5 million in revenue COBS is going to bring to CBAY
3) Rumor news of merger or buyout...

All three + low float

GOLD!

In the interest of full disclosure Wit, this stock has also been pumped by some big momentum players. I bought in when I found out that they were playing it, especially since they can often manipulate the price north when they want. HOWEVER, I had been investgating this company for a while, and doing my own DD on the claims that people like Adlai were making, and I found a good company with good potential. The momentum players may bring the attention to it, but if the company is strong it will maintain high levels. Just know that the massive volume and low float are going to cause some serious volitility Monday.

also, CEO is up for a prestigious award.....this tells me indy folks have investigated the company and like what they saw, for CEO to be up for the award.....solid company IMO.

Adlai, no....I know that you have been bullish on this baby for a while, I've been reading your opinions for a while and was probably gonna jump in anyway. I'm just saying that its being pumped pretty hard by shakerzzz and the other momo players from other boards. You know thats going to push this up abnormally, and could make it dip when they dump. But you longs should be ok, cause the company is solid and should survive the volitility. But really, what the hell do I know??

Go CBAY!!!!!!

Keep in mind that on these message boards there is absolutely no middle ground. Only pumping and bashing.

If you 'advise' in a positive manner about a stock, no matter why or what or the reason...you are a pumper.

The same goes for 'advising' in any non-positive manner or DD about a stock....you are a basher.

It doesn't matter if the stock is a 'good' or 'bad' investmant. Those sentiments are in the mind of the trader.

I do always invite negative comments, because I like when people defend the stock. I think that if longs can come up with reasons why the bashers are wrong then we all learn a little more about the company.

Mu Meson, I have to strongly disagree that every other penny on here is a scam.....NOT RSHN.

RSHN has a few genuine products selling on shelves as we speak and coming out with many others very soon, not to mention some major contracts being signed with some major stores.

Ill have to beg to differ:

1) RSHN is a pinkie which means it is a scam.

2) The OS of RSHN is unknown since there is no transfer agent. The agent listed is not RSHNs agent bcs. i called them.

3) Both Corr and Lynch are mobbed up. Explain why Rush was once located in Palm Springs.

4) The products do not exist.

5) RSHN does not even make any beverages which is what crushed your dd. There is a second co. called "Rush Beverages", a shell, which Corr owns.

Im sorry about the above facts.

Posted by Teno on :

ha are you kidding? I've had Rush Cola.

Posted by adlai on :

HEY, this is the CBAY thread... however... I used to be in RSHN and my father did warn me that the stock symbol RSHN was run by mobsters/scammers... I sold out at .0085 with RSHN and took a sweet 1000% gain... I tried to tell people to get out at the top, it's been falling ever since... all to their own investments though... and there are good facts to RSHN that make it much more credible than other pinks...

CBAY is definitely not a scam... no stock that issues a divi is...

Now that we have established this... let us move on to another week of trading... and see if I can't ride some free shares!... [Smile]

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

GENERAL

The Company originally incorporated in the State of Nevada on December 9, 1998, under the name Var-Jazz Entertainment, Inc. Var-Jazz was organized to engage in the business of music production and sales. Var-Jazz did not succeed in the music business and the board of directors determined it was in the best interest of the Company to seek additional business opportunities. On March 8, 2001, Var-Jazz entered into an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization with Cal-Bay Controls, Inc. whereby Var-Jazz changed its name to Cal-Bay International, Inc., and acquired Cal-Bay Controls, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary in exchange for 17,112,000 shares of common stock.

Cal-Bay Controls, Inc. originally formed in 1976 as a sole proprietorship that was acquired by Robert J. Thompson in 1990. On February 22, 2001, Cal-Bay Controls incorporated in the State of Nevada and was subsequently acquired by Var-Jazz on March 8, 2001.

On March 7, 2002, Cal-Bay International's Form 10-SB registration statement went effective and in June of 2002, Cal-Bay International, Inc. moved from the Pink Sheets to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board where the Company currently trades under the symbol CBYI.

On January 5, 2005, Cal-Bay International,Inc. completed the acquisition of TLCO Software, Inc. TLCO Software is a Nevada corporation that designs proprietary software programs for commercial use in the internet web-hosting industry. One-hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding shares of TLCO Softwares common stock were acquired from the former owner, Mr. Roger Pawson of San Diego, California for consideration of Fifteen million (15,000,000) shares of Cal-Bay International (CBYI) common stock. TLCO Software, Inc. now operates as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cal-Bay International, Inc.

On January 6, 2005, Cal-Bay International, Inc. also completed the sale of its subsidiary companies, Cal-Bay Controls, Inc., Cal-Bay Analytical, Inc., and WetChem, Inc. to Atlantis Holding Corp. Both Cal-Bay Controls and Cal-Bay Analytical are Nevada corporations that operate as sales representative and distribution companies in the Western US for environmental, process-control, safety and laboratory instrumentation and related products and services.

Cal-Bay Controls, Cal-Bay Analytical and WetChem will operate in the future as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Atlantis Holding Corp. Atlantis Holding Corp is a Pink Sheet company, incorporated in the State of Nevada.

On January 7, 2005, Cal-Bay International, Inc. announced the resignations of Robert J. Thompson and Charles A. Prebay from its board of directors and as officers of the company and announced the appointment of Roger Pawson to its Board of Directors, where he will serve as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Pawson was also appointed to the positions of President and CEO, Secretary and Treasurer of Cal-Bay International, Inc.

OUR BUSINESS

Cal-Bay International has acquired three real estate properties and is in escrow for the acquisition of four other properties. The Company will continue to expand its current properties where feasible and will continue to acquire additional properties as well. In addition where necessary the Company will manage its properties.

The Company is dependent upon raising additional funds both for expansion plans and for its operations.

In addition the Company is negotiating for distribution of its TLCO software products. The Company is also looking to the feasibility of selling TLCO.

THREE MONTH PERIODS ENDED March 31, 2006 AND 2005

Cal Bay generated $5,172 in revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2006 compared to $0 in revenues for the same period in 2005. Operating expenses for the three months ended March 31, 2006 were $790,861 compared to $347,963 for the same period in 2005. Total net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2006 was $1,647,354 compared to $347,963. The significant increase in net loss was due to the Company's real estate acquisitions.

LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL RESOURCES

As of March 31, 2006, Cal-Bay had total assets of $11,975,743. Those assets are comprised primarily of the real estate the company acquired. $225,000 of the assets are comprised of the proprietary software TLCO and cash in hand of $31,499.

Current liabilities totaled $2,472,991 and include $1,602,000 in Trust deeds and $870,991 in loans.

The company believes that in order to maintain its current real estate holdings and to close escrow on the properties currently in escrow, the Company must raise additional capital. The Company has no current plan in place to raise additional capital. The Company may sell additional stock, arrange debt financing or seek other avenues of raising capital.

hey guys,

Chart looks good, report is good, so what does it mean when the demand is now so slow on this? Is it the MM's holding back the trades or is there really no volume because of dissipating demand already?

This is up on hype. Happens with many of the stocks with anticipation of a PR. Everyone was talking about the big news that was supposed to come out today and this drove the price up. People bought in thinking they didn't want to be left out and it appears nothings happening today. May be a good day to take profits.

(off topic)would start a topic on this, but wasnt buying myself yet, chaeck out AAGM, good news and closes up 25-30 for the last 5 days. Buying once i sell 2.5mill of ADOT.

BTW,...is there a post of where this information that everyone is expecting is from?

Where did this rumor originate?
The merger/buy out one?

Sounds great to everyone, but how do we know we are not just hearing rumors from a pumper.

Posted by adlai on :

The COBS home rumor is the truth... read the last COBS home pr... $5 mill in rev...

The buyout/merger news is rumur...

However... the price is being driven by the 1st quarter financials released this morning... for an investor, especially long term, the report this morning was ideal... if you have time go through and read every line... VERY AWESOME IMHO!

And there were like 4 websites suggesting to buy CBAY... that will always drive the price... but the fact that it has stayed at these levels is proof of more and more longs...

glteveryone... CBAY!

This is not running because of the Quarterly report released this morning. You may want to take another look.... $32,000 cash on hand, net loss of $1.7 million on less than $6,000 (yes, thousand) in revenues for the quarter ended. And they say they need more capital to maintain current assets and may sell additional stock.

Not bashing, just not sugar coating it like some.

Posted by adlai on :

needs to close at .28 or higher...

There aren't too many blue chip co. that have a negative net... for aquiring miilions of dollars of rev.... 1.7 is pretty good.. not sugar coating... just keeping it real:)...

I expect it to be $42.50 per share by tomorrow at 10:00 AM. How's that for sugar coating?????

Just kidding.

I enjoyed the uptrend for the past few days. I will be keeping my eye on it, but I like what I am seeing thus far. Hopefully we see a PR soon.

Posted by cougarfeather on :

I say $42.51 [Wink]

This will be nice again tomorrow. Strong close, I believe there was still an attempt today to hold it back, for example...the few lulls where no volume for 10-15 minutes, but then 250,000 in the next two. The bull might get out of the pen tomorrow.

Good close... it fell back... but the gain at eod was still sweet...

I love it... a stock falls a little at the end and everyone bails...

RSHN drops like a rock for weeks and people are still saying it's the best...

I'll never understand the logic...

Three huge green days... here's to four... I smell a cbay pr in the air tomorrow... [Smile] COBS aquisition maybe...

Adlai_

Posted by Wit on :

I know this is the CBAY board but you mentioned RSHN adlai and I must comment on that.

They do have die hard followers because they do see the potential in this Company.

for example, why would RSHN be introducing new products in their infancy?

Because they know that their established and original product line is going to be a success, based on RSHN's view of projected sales.

Hence, we can surmise then that RSHN has some nice contracts/buyers/deals in the making, or are made, for their original products, allowing them the ability to introduce new products at this time.

Make sense?

It just wouldn't make sense to introduce a new line of products if you couldn't sell the original line of goods.

So we have to assume then that there are large orders for the original line of goods.

In the meantime, go CBAY, go RSHN!

Posted by cougarfeather on :

go every stock for that matter.

well, except the ones i sold recently

everyone make money! [Smile]

Posted by adlai on :

Wit... imho RSHN is the most sugar coated stock on allstocks.com... I use to own RSHN like I said, however, when I see posters with names like Rush Man, and green rush, or rush whatever... I RUN! Nothing good can come from that... if ever there was a pumper, that's a good way to tell... I'm just saying, don't believe everything you hear, and watch your back... crap, I think RSHN has dropped 50+ percent since I sold... not good...

Wit, if you are in CBAY, you'll be making money... I haven't sold a single share yet...

Let's put RSHN behind us and discuss CBAY now... after reading the 1Q results did anyone change their sellout point?... the COBS home news is going to take us beyond what we have seen recently... up I hope [Smile] !

glta... and let me know what you think...

I am going to load up on the dips tomorrow. I don't have enough shares because I was a little cautious of CBAY, all the momentum pumpers had me scared. But I have more faith now.

Doni... 'You gotta have faith da faith da faith... ahhh!'

Not sure what song that is... but I know some of the words...

PR tomorrow... who thinks it's coming...

Adlai_

Posted by auburn on :

Lets not speculate when the PR is comming because that leads to dissapointments. Lets buy the stock because we think it is a good company and we expect goods prs becuase of it. So lets sit back accumulate shares watch it rise and then one day a PR and boom its gone and were on for the ride becuase we did our dd.

I don't know that it will be that quick! Im not sure we're done with the downside, I se it falling to .19 again before we see a rally.

Hope not Auburn, I like the slow increases. Plus, this stock is no longer being pumped by Shakerzzz (that I have noticed anyway) and yet it still maintains it heights. That's actually a great sign in my mind. If the pumpers dump and the price remains fairly consistent, then maybe we have a real winner on our hands.

Hoping for a strong close today.

No, a round trip (4 day trades allowed in 5 days) is when u buy stock ABCD in the morning, sell it the same day, and buy it again the same day. All three things the same day.

If you got it before and sold and rebought it today it does not count a day trade.

Hope this helps

This is the one non-Momentum play that I've seen on the boards this week. I enjoy a stock like this much more. If we can finish in the green today, I will officially love this stock. Maybe its the next RSHN....(Don't want to jinx it though)

I know adlai. I am getting so sick of crappy momentum stocks, this CBAY has been the one I have had any faith in at all. I like that the 52 week high is $1.37. Wouldn't mind seeing that again.

yea ive been able to load up the last 3 days in the morning and watch it make bank EOD...RSI is still relatively low at around 60...last time the RSI was rising this consistently the stock went to around .80...i doubt there is that much more room to run but I still see fair value somewhere from .40-.45...anyone disagree and have other opinions?

Are you serious that Shakerzz was in this? I hope not, cause the steady rise is what we want, not a momo play and crash before the close.

Jo

Its running baby!!!!!!!!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

Shakerzzz played this a while ago. Then he gave up on it. It rose every day since then, so he mentioned it again today. But he has been gone for over an hour and this thing still rises. This is not a momo play as far as I am concerned. 8 straight days in green and this could be the 9th.
Do your DD [Smile]

Posted by Johnwayne on :

Sniper-
Shakerzzz is the top pumper on I-HUB. He can move dang near any stock.
He 's full of pis and vinegar
but he has the stroke to back it up. Huge following.
I check to see if he is pumping any stock I am interested in because he really affects strategy.
Good luck to you sir.

Posted by Doniboy on :

To anyone who is interested in joining this ride please note that every day last week this stock dipped for most of the morning and then climbed just before lunch. If that happens again, and you time it correctly, you could increase your profits right off the bat. Of course on Mondays I have noticed that popular stocks often rise despite their previous patterns. Tough call, but I feel that this is a winner either way. Love to see the .40 barrier break down Monday!!!

Do your own DD before buying and good luck.

Go CBAY!!!!

Posted by adlai on :

Doni, glad to see CBAY growing on you as well... you like this better than the RSHN days?

Told you guys it was coming...

Doni... I'd flip this monday am... perfect time imho... I would but my wife will be with me in my room all day and if she saw me trading she'd be pissed...

And don't worry about unsettled funds... you've seen it's performance... It's GOLD, I've said it from the start...

RSHN was a great stock so I'll never bad mouth it, I also loved NDOL. Slow gainers, easy flips, confident investors, who could ask for more? I hope CBAY turns out that way, so far I've been loving it.

"I do, however, I just got subscribed today, so I don't really know what they mean! LOL! But here's what It says: (is there a way for me to copy the chart?)"

First give the chart the focus (click on it) then try holding down the "alt" key while hitting the print screen key (upper right by F12) and then you should be able to paste it (hold down "Ctrl" and hit "v" to paste) into any document!

I'm not sure what you mean by that statement. I would however, be concerned about TDAmeritrade having copyright protection on their Java Applets and general web site content. Not sure if they care if you copy or not. GL

Yeah, you are probably right. I don't really know how to read these yet. But here are the first 4
Bid
1 * 50 * .46
1 x 50 at .41
2 x 50 at .33
1 x 50 at .30
and on down

ASK
2 x 50 at .49
1 x 50 at .50
5 x 50 at .51
1 x 50 at .52

Hope I am relaying this correctly. Does anyone know of a site where I could learn how to read these and what they mean. I have an vague idea, but not enough for them to be useful.

you have L2's and u odnt know how to use them? or do u get them for free

Posted by Jo4321 on :

I just got them today for free and yes, I am learning how to use them.

Wow, CBAY just broke .50!

Jo

Posted by Matrix Trader on :

ASK
2 x 50 at .49
means that Market Maker is selling shares for .49,
then some other Market maker is selling at .50
They first number in there 2 X 50, I think dont mean anything.
So, once the first MM runs out of shares at .49 or moves higher on the ask the ask will move to .50 and second MM wld start selling shares.

BID is the price they are buying shares back from you and the same principles applies.

This is my understanding, and I am new, so feel free to corrent me if I am wrong.

Hope this helps

Posted by Jo4321 on :

Actually in my case the 2 means that there were 2 MM's at that price. I just didn't want to list each one separately.

I can't complain though because I did make some good cash anyway.

This is such a great stock, but it didn't really dip today. Lot's of momentum usually means that it will retrace. If it does I may jump back in. I just don't want to hold the bag for some big momentum player who is waiting for me to buy his shares.

Unless there is a big dip, I wouldn't be buying again Doni. Just be happy with whatever profit you did make.

Although, a PR would send this to the MOOON!

Posted by dbrownRC on :

it dipped early this morning pretty big and then rose steadily with minor dips along the way...i dont see too much of a pullback just because the support seems to be going higher as well with all of the minor pullbacks...it might see .60 again tomorrow morning on a little shake, but the l2s show that this thing will continue its journey up

You sellers - you're timing may have been off, but I think you had the right idea. This has run way too far in my opinion. This company is losing almost $2 million a quarter. Adding $6-7 million in revenue doesn't get it anywhere near profitability.

Better to have some profits in the bank and be kicking yourself, than to be kicking yourself holding on the way down.

Here's something I ran across that made me feel a little better. I'm posting it here for the other "early sellers": [Razz] Jo

“Sell earn and cry” investment strategy for desperate proletarians. May 9, 2006

Posted by Deminvest in Uncategorized, ****roll, investment, Social investing, dictionary for democratic investors, investment strategies. trackback

"Sell earn and cry" investment strategy is not something I invented. It is something I read about somewhere, which is unfortunately very good for desperate proletarian investors and true even for affluent big investors.

Now, to understand better, let's imagine one of us proletarians of the third millennium who invested $1000 and made the stock pick of his/her life: he or she sees the stock price skyrocket so fast that it doubles in 2 months. What luck! But…

That single lucky person should be a happy person… But there is a little tricky cloud in the blue sky of his happiness… It is: "what do I do now?" or better… To be Shakespearian "To sell or not to sell, this is the question".

1) Maybe he will hold on the stock, hoping it will continue to go up. So many people behaved so with Internet Stock a few years ago…

They did hold on so long… that the infamous bubble had time to burst and the stock which our unhappy friend bought fell so rapidly 90% that he lost 900 of his hardly earned bucks. This way we have and unhappy and poorer investor.

2) Maybe she will decide to sell the stock at the double of its price. He/she will cash in $2000, $1000 more than he had spent, but our friend had chosen Google at the day of its IPO. Google at its IPO cost 85$, our friend decided to sell as soon as it doubled, at $170. Good for her, she sold at double of the price! She got her $1000 back and also $1000 of gain… BUT… what happens next… Google goes up another 100% and then more and more. Now Google is up over 400%… over $400, so I bet our imaginary friend has cried a lot. She could have sold at more than four times the original value! She imagines that she has lost thousands of dollars by selling too early.

As usual both our proletarians are crying, with one interesting difference:

1) is crying because he lost money

2) Is crying even though she has doubled her money.

Investor 2) has done what I call "Sell, earn and cry"; she is crying but she is a bit richer… Much better than investor 1) crying and also poorer!

Now I will explain why 2) is right and actually the good way to invest. It is very simple: nobody can sell at the highest price. Choosing a stock that will go up is hard, but you "only" have to guess whether it will go up, down or will not move. On a stock that is going up it is almost impossible to guess the exact day in which it will stop going up… And even if you do guess the day, to sell at the maximum, you also have to guess the exact hour, minute and second of the highest price. Impossible!

A good deal on stock market is real only when it makes you earn money, and to earn money you must sell. So nearly everyone who does a good investment and makes it real by selling and getting the money back in his/her pocket, will afterwards cry, because the stock will go further up. If you don't sell the stock, you don't have the money and you cannot be sure to have done a good deal, because maybe tomorrow morning your stock will tumble.

The "sell earn and cry" rule is general, but there are a few exceptions:

1) Dividends. If the stock you bought goes up, but still continues to deliver a good dividend yield, you may want to keep it, because the real money into your pocket will come from dividends.

2) To "cry" a little bit less you may keep part of the stock you bought. To cry a little bit less I usually don't sell all the stock that went up, so I get my money back, but my tears are less bitter because as the stock continues going up, I loose most of the possible gain, but I still enjoy a little bit of satisfaction

man normally a stay in stocks tooo long.. just long enough until they come back down and get NO profit.

On this one I decide to try new strategy and get out in 2 beginning days.

And LOOK what happened.. sometimes I wonder, how bad can your luck be!!!!!!

Posted by cassity on :

I bought back in today at .50 and sold again at .65. I wish I would have just kept my original 85k shares and sold them all today. Can't complain though I did very well on this. When it dips I'll be right back in.

Posted by Tradintexas on :

Nice play today!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

Nice job Cassity, I had the buy order ready to go at .50 too, but hesitated. Now I kick myself, but hey such is life.

Posted by Matrix Trader on :

are you guys still in this??

Posted by deleet on :

i'm still in. This thing does the same thing everyday, starts out with a gap down, drops in a dip, then rises for the rest of the day. Its already broken even for today after a dip, guess its time to move up.

Posted by Tradintexas on :

are you guys trading this or holding this?

Posted by Doniboy on :

I might jump back in

Posted by Matrix Trader on :

Look at CBAY going green yet again. Man I love this stock!!!!!

Posted by deleet on :

yep, it had a slump yesterday but now its back on track and moving up like usual.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Another little dip. I could have flipped easily, but I am holding. Hopefully the morons don't dump this one due to the long weekend. I want to hold it.

Posted by Doniboy on :

CBAY MAKES ME HAPPY [Smile]

Posted by Doniboy on :

Will CBAY holders dump at EOD or will they hold for bigger profits? I know that I am holding.

Posted by deleet on :

thats a good question. I'm undecided. On one hand i have a profit, on another this thing can run so well.

I was too gun-shy, but wish I had.

Jo

Posted by Tradintexas on :

WOW!

Posted by deleet on :

i sold for 69 cents at the last second. Not that i have anything against CBAY, I'm buyin some more on tuesday after it gaps down and dips in the AM like its done before for the past week. (look at the chart)

I recommend everyone else doing the same.

Posted by Doniboy on :

I rode it from .27 to .42 and sold. I got back in at .52 (I just had to) and rode it to .695. I was going to sell at .71, but decided that I want to be a long here. This thing was in the .90's a short while ago.

Oh, I almost forgot. I rode it from .21 to .24 a while ago as well.

seems to be stuck at .61

Posted by deleet on :

alright, im in for today. Got it at 0.61. Now its just time to sit back and watch it go up for the EOD.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Good Luck Deleet. You're already green so far.

Posted by deleet on :

thanks! Yeah it doesn't look like its going under .60.

I'm kinda surprised more people aren't getting in on these EOD runs.

Posted by Doniboy on :

I have always been amazed at the lack of interest in CBAY. This has been green like 14 out of the last 15 days, and it has provided beautiful flip opportunities. Oh well, as long as it keeps making me money I will love it.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Canwe make it green today? We've got 48 minutes to go .10

Posted by Doniboy on :

Red Day [Frown]

Oh well it has to happen once in a while.

Posted by deleet on :

yep. seemed like it moved from 55 cents to 62 cents in the last 2 or 3 minutes.

Posted by Doniboy on :

hopefully it doesn't dip at the open tomorrow.

Posted by Doniboy on :

tried to flip here, hopefully it goes back down a bit. With my luck it will go to a dollar...lol

Posted by whisky6 on :

I'm holding. This stock will do well all summer.

Posted by Doniboy on :

This is weird, someone is purposely buying blocks of 2500 at the ask. 7 buys at the ask for 2500 shares in a row.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Looks like Shakerzz is playing this one.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Wow, a ton of sells coming through at .75 but the price remains up.

Posted by dixieboy147 on :

Damn I should have got in on this at open this morning. Think a dip is coming anytime soon?

Posted by dbrownRC on :

tomorrow morning

Posted by Doniboy on :

Posted by dbrownRC on :

i can tell you from what the l2s look like...it will probably go to .9...dont buy on that but there are 3 mms at .9...we'll see what happens

Posted by Doniboy on :

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Posted by Doniboy on :

Ok so instead of making about $1500 extra dollars on CBAY today, I held the bag on KESE and lost $200. Yeah, nice day for me.

Whine...Whine...Whine.

Posted by dbrownRC on :

don't sell less than the ask...these are just mirror trades to scare everyone...

Posted by deleet on :

holy crap. i come home and CBAY is at 89 cents!!!!!

dont feel bad Doniboy, it'll gap down tommorrow in the AM again lol. If you're tired of bagholding, check out TIV. Its had a green day everyday since May 17th and has plenty of room to run.

Posted by dbrownRC on :

whoever is selling at .85 is an idiot...there are 5 mms on the ask at .9...bout to go there

Posted by deleet on :

91 cents !

Posted by Doniboy on :

Thanks Deleet. I will check it out.
But don't be surprised if you read in the Providence Journal
"Former C-BAY Stock Holder Shoots self in head after stock rises for the third time after he sells"

lol. im almost kicking myself for not putting in more during this run, i only bought 2000 dollars worth.

Posted by deleet on :

i'm out at 93 cents for today. Made $1000 bucks in two days. Not too shabby for a CBAY run.

Posted by Doniboy on :

GAG...CHOKE...COUGH...OH THE HUMANITY.
WHY OH WHY DOES THOU FORSAKE ME CBAY????

nice eod...1.01 is next...8 mms on that

Posted by Doniboy on :

Cbay is a great stock. I have made plenty of cash off it, I just missed two runs, and sold early on one. I could have made so much more, but hey, I can't complain. I just wonder what the heck sent this so high today. There was no news.

Posted by SuperSniper00 on :

I can't believe I sold out at .345

[Mad] [Mad] [Mad] [Mad] [Mad] [Mad] [Mad] [Mad]

Posted by Jo4321 on :

We can cry together, SuperSniper. I sold at .37.

I don't even know why I keep looking in this thread and torturing myself!

Jo

Posted by Doniboy on :

lol..Thanks Sniper and Jo, you have made me feel better anyway....

Posted by Doniboy on :

But not that much better.

I'm putting a buy in for tomorrow for .62. Who thinks I'll get it?

Posted by deleet on :

.62? hmm i dunno if it'll dip that low, if you get it you're damn lucky. It'll definitely dip thought.

Don't worry too much about missed opportunities. Its always better to be in a position where you regret not making enough profit as opposed to regretting actually losing money.

I'll be away tommorrow so i wont get to play CBAY. Trying to decide if should put an order in anyways. Kinda hard to decide.

Posted by Doniboy on :

I gotta expect a pull back tomorrow, especially since this spiked so high for no reason. But if history is any indication, it may end up green anyway...

Go CBAY!!!!!

Posted by adlai on :

HOLY CRAP!

Adlai_

Posted by dbrownRC on :

dont panic and sell out this morning...mms want that...thats why you see such a big pullback...9 mms sitting at 1.01 this morning...4mms at 1.10...gl everyone

Posted by Doniboy on :

WOW, This will definitely dip heavy. But I agree with dbrownRC, it will climb back soon. Best thing would have been to sell at 3:59 yesterday and buy this morning at about 10:30 I bet. Oh well, live and learn.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

I think your buy will be filled Doni. I don't know that I would buy this anymore though...

Posted by Doniboy on :

I canceled it, for now...

Posted by Baxt06 on :

good luck Doni. I'm a little jealous I missed out on this, but it doesn't have the fundamentals to justify any price near where it's at IMO.

Posted by 66inxs on :

yesterday was so amazing cuz you could watch the mm's jump this up five cents on the ask over and over and today they wiped out .24 before the market even opened. there was no reason for the jump anyway. am still watching this to see what happens with it. glta !!!!!!!!!!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

I didn't buy in. Thats why I am positive that it will go back up. MAybe even finish green. If I had bought in it would be trading at about .35 now.

Posted by Baxt06 on :

LOL - that's what it's been like for me ever since I cashed in on NDOL...

Posted by cassity on :

Well I took a dive back in this morning at .73 12k shares. Lets go CBAY. Getty UPPPPPPPPP!

Posted by Doniboy on :

Wow this thing is weird today. Will it go back up? Will it dive lower. If I buy in at .61 will I make a nice chunk at EOD. I CAN'T MAKE UP MY MIND!!!!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

I'm in....now lets see it move!!!!!!

Posted by Doniboy on :

The bid and the ask are both .60, is that a good sign or a bad one?

Posted by cassity on :

I bought another 5k at .63 so I hope this begins to move up. Doniboy, I think its just me and you on this board today. I wouldn't doubt to see this finish red today, but should rebound tomorrow. They still haven't released the PR about the Cob homes buyout, so that could push this into the dollar range again. I hope for the best for both of us Doniboy.

Posted by SincereX13 on :

Man i got out of this way to early, can't believe what it did yesterday. I though after this mornings initial drop it would climb back to even like it usually does... and I'm hoping for you guys that it eventually heads back in that direction!

Posted by Doniboy on :

Thanks Sincere. Cassity and I did not suffer that drop today. We both got in afterwards. We're betting on a bounce.

Posted by Doniboy on :

but we're suffering this drop [Frown]

Posted by cassity on :

It's all good, be patient my friend, it'll come back.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Lots of buys pouring through.

Posted by cassity on :

This thing had a 50% day yesterday, so it was bound to have a drop. The good thing is it's only down 38% so imagine if it climbs like it did yesterday afternoon.

Posted by Doniboy on :

That would be sweet. Plus, there has not been a PR in a while. We could use one.

Posted by cassity on :

I just got off the phone with the company, I was just wondering if they were planning on releasing the details to the COB homes buyout. The lady took my name and number and a guy is suppose to call me back. I'm just curious, but I let you know what I find out.

Posted by dbrownRC on :

this thing is still in good shape...5 of those mm's are still sitting at 1.01...a week ago when this thing was around .35, there were 5 mm's sitting on .75 and we nailed that one...i dont think this baby's done...there have been some huge buys at .59...almost 100,000 so far...hopefuly it will build some nice support here as do it's thing...also, look at the 5 day chart on cbay...went from the .20s to .65 then dropped back down to around .38...looks familiar...don't underestimate the mm's...i watched them buy all the way yesterday just like everyone else...gl

Posted by cassity on :

MM's are probably getting some cheap shares right now, and hopefully this afternoon we run.

Posted by skipdeez on :

good time to get in here? I have been watching this since it was in the .20's...looks like a good chance for a bounce tomorrow...thoughts?

Posted by Doniboy on :

I think so Skipdeez I got in and I love CBAY, but do your own DD. I don't want anyone mad at me for any losses.

I just think that it's amazing how many people are buying at .59 and the price is still not going up right now. Is this a short situation?

Posted by cassity on :

A man named Tim returned my phone call just now. I asked him about the COB homes buyout and he said they are in the final stages of finishing it. His exact words were, "crossing the T's and dotting the I's". I asked him if we would get news of it anytime soon and he said as soon as they finish it will take a day or two to hit the press. I'll be holding for that news for sure. I hope we all benifit from this. I have to take the wife and kids to the park, so I'll be blind for away. GLTA

Posted by Doniboy on :

Good DD Cassity. Thanks for the update.
In the meantime we bounced a little [Big Grin]

Posted by Doniboy on :

Up down, Up down, Side to Side...

Posted by dbrownRC on :

this might be last shake...before a little run up...1 mm just moved from .6, where theyve been for over an hour, to .65 on the ask...there are 4 at .65 and its thin after that until 1.01...still 5 there

Posted by skipdeez on :

very tempted to get in here, just so gun shy lately, been getting killed!

Posted by Doniboy on :

I hear ya Skipdeez. I've been gunshy too, thats why I missed out on CBAY's run yesterday and sold early. Now I'm back waiting for round two.

Posted by Doniboy on :

OK, locked and loaded and ready to spring forth...

Posted by deleet on :

hey guys! turns out i got back early today. wow, cbay really dipped today lol. Down almost 36%, and its got 40 mins till the stock market closes. You know what that means. Time to load up on CBAY and watch it shoot up at the EOD! lol

Posted by cassity on :

Back from the park and not exactly what I hoped for but I think the news of the COBS buyout will do us well. I wish I had more money to buy more but I'll be satisfied if this goes back up.

Posted by Doniboy on :

Wait for it...Wait for it....

Posted by cassity on :

Most people don't want to buy a stock that is down 40%. If not today I hope tomorrow will be great.

Posted by cassity on :

Hey Doni how come you have more stars then me, I guess nobody loves me..........

Posted by Doniboy on :

I also have about 1600 more posts than you..lol

Posted by skipdeez on :

to get in or not to get in...uggh, i wish i wasnt such a pansy lately...

Posted by Doniboy on :

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Posted by cassity on :

In my opinion tomorrow will be good. Hopefully so news but even without. Going to work. GLTA

Posted by Jo4321 on :

Well, I decided to join you guys. In at .545

Hoping it wasn't a mistake.

Jo

Posted by Doniboy on :

OK, that was a lousy closing, but we had to get the losers out anyway. SO tomorrow we start our ascent into green again [Smile]

Posted by skipdeez on :

tried to get in at .53 at the bell, no luck, we will see what tomorrow brings...something is telling me it is going to go up, that is strictly my opinion, nothing to back it up...good luck all, I will be watching with you tomorrow...

Posted by Doniboy on :

OK I just found out that thelast little dump was because Shakerzz sold out at the end of the day. No biggie.

Posted by pennyaddict71 on :

we are holding the 10 day ma, this stock hasn't broken the 10 day since before .20, I think we will go up tomorrow

Posted by Doniboy on :

Up tomorrow....

Posted by deleet on :

i picked up some more at .615. Tommorrow should be good for another run.

Posted by Doniboy on :

I agree, especially if they have a pr. Like I said, the EOD dump was all from one guy, he admitted it. Nothing to worry about here.

Posted by PEP on :

They should be releasing news soon about the finalization of the COBS acquisition.

Posted by CobyCo1 on :

I could see this going back to .70-.75 without any PR. With COBS PR could it hit 1.00?

Posted by Doniboy on :

Pep and Coby, you guys have a combined total of 6 posts. Is CBAY your first investment? Or are you joining us from other boards?

Either way welcome to the show...

Posted by CobyCo1 on :

First post ever! Have been tradin CBAY since .175. Missed a few chances to flip for soild $. I really enjoy your posts and thanks for the welcome.

Posted by PEP on :

Been trading for a few months, just found this message board not too long ago. Bought CBAY at .26 and sold at .62 I couldnt see a reason why it was so low and I just bought it. I also had ONEI when it was at .03 and dummy me sold it at .08, it went up to over .40

Posted by Doniboy on :

I have done well on CBAY, but could have done much better myelf. Missed many flips, flipped in the wrong direction, and missed the big run yesterday. Oh well, I think tomorrow will be good.

Posted by PEP on :

I want to get back in but dont have the funds right now, not to mention with my luck it will drop once I get back in. I dont have the L2's and all those fancy gizmos the pro's use. Got most of my funds tied up in MGMX.

Posted by CobyCo1 on :

A weak comment about a stock and I get stars. How about some help, someone please de-rate me. Go CBAY !!

Posted by Doniboy on :

OK, lets see what she can do today. I think that we got rid of most of the weaks yesterday and we have found new support. I think that it should go green today.

Posted by Jo4321 on :

I sold it at .37 and it went up to over .90. Now I've bought in at .545.

This should be a true test of my "reverse Midas touch" theory.

I'm looking at early morning L2's and here's what I show.

BID
25 AGIS .52
25 FANC .52
25 FRAN .52
25 LTCO .51
25 JEFF .51
25 UBSS .51
25 HDSN .51

With no corporate developments to justify this dip shares have traded down to as low of $0.57, on volume of over 4 times the daily average. It maybe possible that the "cat got out of the bag" on some negative developments as shareholders continue to hit the bid in hopes of saving themselves more of a loss The Bellwether will continue to track the developments surrounding Cal-Bay International, Inc and many other exciting companies.

Cal-Bay Retains Prominent Los Angeles Law Firm to Help Combat Short Trading of the Company's Stock

CARLSBAD, Calif., Jun 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors of San Diego-based Cal-Bay International, Inc. (OTCBB:CBAY) today announced the Company retained prominent Los Angeles Law Firm Richardson & Patel to help combat the short trading of the company's stock.
Roger Pawson, President and CEO, commented, "Cal-Bay has retained Richardson & Patel to help combat the obvious short position in the company's tradable stock. Since the recent financing there has been a significant increase in the daily volume along with a dramatic downturn in the stock price. The Company has been trading an average of almost twice the amount of shares in the float on a weekly basis, which in my opinion uncovers a significant short position in the stock. Cal-Bay has been listed on the official NASDAQ short list and is in communication with regulatory authorities."

I think this news is good, maybe someone can interpret it.

Posted by Doniboy on :

It means that they are complainig to the SEC about shorters messing with their stock. They think that the price should be much higher than it is.

That's what I thought, trying to get more information. Thanks Doniboy

Posted by Doniboy on :

OK 6 buys at .60 come through in a row so they DROP THE ASK??????? Does that make sense to anyone????

Posted by cassity on :

I asked all the members on the other board about that PR. This is one explaination I received.

Cassity-It is fairly common practice for the "naked short selling" of pennies.

It is a huge problem for most investors to have to overcome. If a stock is shorted it is almost impossible for the investor to make a profit. In a nutshell short selling a stock is accomplished by basically selling stock that is not in hand.

If I was a MM (market maker) and you were a broker and you called me up for an order of 1000 shares of WXYZ stock, I would be obligated to sell your the shares whether or not I had them. If I declined to sell you the shares, you then could either tell your client, "I cannot get you the shares" or the more likely situation you would move on to the next MM. If I did indeed sell you the shares, which in this situation I did not have in my possession, that is what is called a short. I sold you a stock that is not in my possession. Now I have to cover, which means now I have to rely on someone selling 1000 shares of WXYZ stock in order to balance the market.

What this press release is saying is that more shares are being sold than what is in the float. Say there are 1000 shares in the float, that means only 1000 shares can be sold. Once the float is gone there is nothing more to sell. In this situation shares are still being sold, ignoring the fact that the float has been consumed.

Therefore red flags are flying everywhere calling for a review, bring on the lawyers. Every transaction is recorded, the MM who sold the stock has their name written down on that transaction. Therefore if this goes to court that MM will get a phone call. More and more small businesses are pointing this problem out, which is a good thing for us.

Here are a few more links with more details than what I can provide:

Hope this helps some. There are a lot of other good folks around here to that have a wealth more information/experience than I got. Just hang out and read as much as you can. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

I am definitely in this bad boy. I am hoping for an EOD .60 at least.

I had to go and start a new thread about DKGR, which is waiting on some big news. I got in at .11 and its already .13.

Posted by Doniboy on :

.58's not bad. The thing is that this stock survived the Momentum traders, as it has in the past. The MOMO traders come in and run it way up high and then crash it, usually this forces a stock to totally bottom out and be worthless for months (at least). With CBAY, the MOMO traders come and go and it still finds support to maintain its heights. If you take the spike up to .98 and the fall back to .53 out of the equation, then this stock is still trudging along up the hill with nice green days.

I love CBAY

Dang, I have to sub Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I doubt that the Kindergartners are gonna let me have a chance to check this one during the day. I'm gonna have to set a GTC sell and hope for the best.

BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS....my reverse midas touch was GONE today. I ended in the green on both my buys today (CBAY and XKEM). Over the past month or so I've been slowly climbing my way out of my massive losses. With a few more upticks on a couple of my positions, my entire portfolio will be back in the green.

Why is it ticking down on that news??

Jo

Posted by smoke420247 on :

Cuz it's not being spammed everywhere as a 10 bagger WEEEEEEEEEEEEE, going to da moon!

All the money is going to the scams and Pump and Dumps in the OTCBB. Good companies and stocks like this on the OTCBB never get any real play, for the fact their not pushed by promoters and what not.

Only 10,000,000 O/S, assets, GREAT NEWS and it goes nowhere. Disappointed, but being around OTCBB's for a while now, NOT SUPRISED IN THE LEAST.

I made big money on stock like this, excellent fundamentals and a tight ass O/S count. But it can be fustrating in the same and just have to hold on (something I don't like to do no matter the stock). CBAY doesn't pay promoters to go around and pump their stock and keep it at the top of message boards, unfortunately.

Posted by cassity on :

I will hold this until they release the information on the East Coast properties mentioned in the previous PR. If the MM's would let this go it would go up. I promise in the next two weeks it will be worth the wait. JMO

To whom it may concern: My name is ******------ and I'm a current shareholder in Cal Bay. I have a few quick questions I hope you can answer. Will you be updating your shareholders on the current east coast acquisitions you mentioned briefly in a recent press release, and if so when can we expect to be updated. Also, with a growing company like Cal Bay, are there any plans to move to a higher trading board. I understand that information is limited, but any details you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. Sincerely,

I decided to call the company today and spoke with Tim Garlin(IR), who by the way is a very nice guy. I asked him if we would receive any news about the east coast negotiations and he said over the next several weeks there will be a stream of press releases. For my own curiousity I asked him if there had been talk about moving to a higher exchange and he said the company would love to, but the share price would prohibit that at the moment. We talked for about 1/2 hr about several things and he would be more than happy to speak to anyone who wants to talk. Sounds like there is a lot going on with the company and even though the stock price sucks right now, it's only temporary. Tim also stated the company is very upset about share price lately, and that their lawyers where taking care of the situation, but he said they are at the mercy of the MM's for now. Just thought I would share if any cares.

Posted by smoke420247 on :

BLAH BLAH BLAH. What you shold be asking him is why the terms of the COBHOMES acquistition were never released. Like the most important term... HOW ARE THEY PAYING FOR IT!? And judging by the collapse of the PPS, its through selling shares. All these OTCBB CEO's scream MM manipulation.

BULL****.

Sorry but this is just another pump and dump. May be a legit company, but just another cash cow for a few people, while the majority get stuck with worthless shares. The way of the OTCBB except for a very few companies. Believe what you want. I'm still in this and not expecting ANYTHING but continued tankage.

smoke420247 call them up and talk to them then. I was trying to find out future business plans and he mentioned he just started there on May 1 and they were getting things orginized for many PR's. He said that the Florida aquisition alone will put about 6mil in cash in the company, but I'm not familar enough with real estate to go the rounds with him. Anyway, I'll keep future discussions to myself.

When you have news like they have been releasing and the stock TANKS, there's something wrong PERIOD. The company added 6 million in revs and the stock shaved off 50% YEA NOTHING WRONG. So I'll ask again how are they PAYING for the cobshoms deal? I've emailed Timmy twice and he never got back to me. HMMMM. No need to call, I told him I would start bashing this company if he didn't respond in my 3rd email cuz I felt something was suspect and he didn't email me back that time eithre HMMMM. I'm in this too, but I could give two ****s if I lose money here, I'll make it somewhere else.

But I will holler from my soap box that this company is just another cash cow for the CEO's because about 90% of the time on the OTCBB that's what these stocks are, like it or not.

So until this stock stops acting like it's a pump and dump, I'll stop calling it one.

Don't be mad, I've heard the same excuse from CEO after CEO and it always ends up being not, MM manipulation, just a pump and dump or the company dumping mad shares to pay for their operations.

smoke420247, have you noticed as soon as this is allowed to move up it does. Granted, there hasn't been a lot of buy pressure lately, but every time it begins to move the MM's bring it back down. I watch this very carefully daily and see the trend, but I think you should call them up, and talk to Tim and ask him why he hasn't returned your emails. I wish you well and may CBAY be profitable for all of us.

CBAY On OTCBB Naked Short Threshold List

On List Off List # Days

February 21, 2006 March 17, 2006 19

March 30, 2006 June 14, 2006 53

Cal-Bay International, Inc. has been on the OTCBB Naked Short Threshold list 2 times. Brokerage firms have been out of compliance with Regulation SHO twice. Regulation SHO took effect January 3, 2005, and provides a new regulatory framework governing short selling of securities. It was designed with the objective of simplifying and modernizing short sale regulation and providing controls where they are most needed. At the conclusion of each settlement day, data is provided on securities in which: 1) there are at least 10,000 shares in aggregate failed deliveries for the security for five consecutive settlement days, and 2) these failures constitute at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding. SEC Regulation SHO, under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, mandates that, if a clearing agent has had a fail-to-deliver position for 13 consecutive settlement days, that clearing agent, and the broker/dealer it clears for, must purchase securities to close out its fail to deliver position.

About Cal-Bay International, Inc.

As of December 31, 2005, the company had interests in Aspen Cove, Utah that consisted of a 45 acre lakefront package of development land and an operational 14 room lakefront lodge; distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada; and a single family 2500 square feet residence on Valley Drive in Las Vegas. As of the above date, the company also had interests in a parcel of land comprising approximately 290 acres in west Palm Beach, Florida; southern California residential property; warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cal-Bay International is based in Carlsbad, California.

About **********

WWW.********** is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. ********** has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.

********** has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 800,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005 and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005 because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like ********** to access the data.

The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, ********** provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money and a short squeeze can begin.

Plus there are more PR's coming, including the unveiling of their software program.
