This company is in a hot sector building strong alliances. Recent contracts and revenue increase of 609% has sparked interest to investors. IMO, this stock will not be slowing down any time soon. Optimistic revenue projections are attracting a lot of buyers. Would not be surprised to see this stock touch $5-8, short term. There website has all recent news and info www.ghltechnologies.com

Excellent company, the information is blowing me away. Great solid pick, and this def has a lot more potential. I do not see this going lower anytime soon even though indicators RSI is sayin overbought, the best part is that this is a new IPO that has been trading for only 3weeks so there is not much chart to go by. this momo will keep it up! companies dont go IPO unless there something good to be put out about them imo...MACD is pointed in right direction, i really like this!

The opportunity is here to make some serious cash with a good company in a sector with huge growth in the near future. Typically newly trading tech stocks trade at PE multiples up to 500%...when GHLT gets to $4 (I have no doubt it will get there this upcoming week) it will only be at 50%!!! RSI is not a good indicator right now DMX and I would not call this stock overbought. It is very new and investors are slowly eating up the very small float which is just under 7 mil!!

The overall share structure:

Authorized: 50,000,000
Outstanding: 35,062,603
Float: 6,811,821

THis one is a no brainer for next week and the GPS/Telematics sector is going to explode. From a recent PR "global GPS and telematics sales are expected to exceed $16 billion by the end of this year." Even better, predicted global value of the GPS market in 2017 of $757 Billion!

The accumulation on this stock is a thing of beauty.....Nothing like a clean chart with little history! I am definatly going to be watching from the sidelines....Never seen one yet that can defy the laws of Gravity for ever, but this one just might keep right on going up from here..

....The best part is that this is a real company, with a real service that has no debts, and is increasing and growing in every way they can as quick as possible...not to mention that the CEO is more than qualified for the job! Great company + Great CEO = Great investment!!! UNDERVALUED big at this price imo...

You can not ignore the fact that the revenues have increased 1,192%, and Net income increased 609%!!!! You rarely will see this type of growth, and a company that CARES ABOUT THE SHAREHOLDERS!!! I think, actually I KNOW that we found a GEM that will get noticed really fast!!!

Mako ur right RSI = Not good indicator for a new IPO, that y i took off the chart above, just dont want to make people think this is Overbought when it is Undersold imo...this stock is TIGHTLY held, and only 6mil in float...MMs are desperate for shares!

this is a NEW stock that has only been trading since april 24th, whats that like almost 4 weeks? I can assure you that this stock is tightly held by many smart investors. I also feel that this stock is not just going to stay on the pinks, BB or nasdaq is more realistic to me. Imo, yes $3.50+ is likely to happen this week. Let me explain why... My estimate is that the PE is trading right now at about 33, if thats right at PE of 50 this should be at $4.00...but at a PE of 100 (which is not uncommon in tech stocks at all, usually 100-300 and ive seen higher) this should be trading at $8.00....lets do the math for you who dont know...take the current price $2.71 divide by projected EPS which is $.08 = 33PE

Hello fellas, this is my first time posting and I have a couple questions that might seem stupid. Well heres my story in a nutshell. I am a 22yr old college student who has become REAL interested in trading lately.. I have done some reseach on GHL and today saw it mentioned on here. I am thinking about investing fifteen thousand dollars (my life savings and savings from other stocks) on this stock GHL, monday morning. I realize that no one can tell me that they KNOW I will be safe and it will go up, but, can anyone tell me if they think my decision would be wise or somewhat retarded. I have reseached this stock myself and read a couple posts about it. Everything LOOKS great. Looks as if this stocks about to go through the roof.. Anyways, all in all I am worried that all the money I have will be gone after not knowing as much as possible before deciding to buy into this 3 week old stock.. Is this really as good as it looks? Any advice or opinions would be awesome. Thanks, Zach

1905, First ? Slow down! Never put all your money in one stock..'Specialy a Pink.

At your young age you will have plenty of time to build a Portfolio..

This is a stock pickers market with huge risk on the Horizon..

All bets are off if the Fed goes to 6.5%

Summer douldrums lay ahead...

Learn the Big Board stocks before you start Gambling in the Pennys,,these things can be hazardous to your financial well being!

I know you will think, " Ah old fuddy duddy "
But you have to understand this is a hype game and has nothing to do with investing..

The Odd's are around 100-1 against, one of these pennys of ever making it.

The vast majority of the Penys are in the buisness of selling stock, NOT product...

All the charting in the world can not forsee these characters [ genericly speaking] diluting any stock, and tearing your pre-verbial head-off.

you have to be kidding me if you're going to invest 15 grand on a pinkie. Remember, these are pinkies. They are hyped. You never know what's going to happen the next day. Only invest what you can lose.

Hi Zach,

I think this is still a great investment but Dustoff and MoMo have given you good advice about the pinks. If you have read all of the above links I have provided, looked at the company website and their partners websites, and anything else you can find, and still want to invest in the company then go for it. However, I also advise against putting all of your money into one stock.

"something is not right"

Glancing over numbers and projections, very
clear something is not right.

For 2006, a claim of,

revenue $3,745,000.00
net income $2,900,000.00

What will be the GHLT net profit percentage
of gross revenue? What is the remainder amount
to be used for cost of revenue; salary, material,
expenses and such?

There are no financial reports available although
GHLT, back on May 11, claims, "A detailed financial
report will be available on www.pinksheets.com in
a few days." Ten days later, no financial report.

"...reported total revenue of $606,253.31 and net
income of $37,060.77 for the year ended December
31, 2005."

That financial indicator does not support current
per share prices.

purl gurl,
i figured whats not right.. and its you.
Not only does your profile have awful pictures, but it also by your own admission describes you as a resident nut case.

You must be crazy or stupid to same something like this> u said "That financial indicator does not support current
per share prices."

What financial indicator are u refering to?

Based on the fact that company has no debt only 35 mil in the os, and only 6.8 in float based on projections of .08 eps.

The financial indicators suggest its grossly undervalued, you can try to bash the stock for you own agenda, but im going to be buying mon. With my 15 years experience in the markets, i would wager after doing all my home work we will see this in the 4-8 range short term. At 4 bucks it will be only be trading at a 50 pe, which is low for tech stocks. Google when it was a new issue traded over a 250 pe at one point, and now trades at near 65.

If this stock trades at a multiple of 100 we are looking at a 8 dollar value.

some examples of stocks and pe ratios
PMCS trading at over 200 pe, at these levels ghlt would be traded around 16 dollars using the .08 eps.

BIDU=270, at these levels ghlt would be traded around 21 dollars using the .08 eps.

What net percentage profit margin is being claimed?

First off the fact that a start up company on the pinks gives us any idea about their financials is huge. So I applaud GHLT for that. Predicted earnings per share is .08, $4 is 50 PE, that is nothing for a new tech stock. Trimble has a market cap of 2+ billion, sprint/nextel 76 billion. EVI has 13% of the people in the country who can install these units and have a locked contract with trimble (TRMB). I am not getting into a bickering with you, PG, but I will be sure to post when this stock hits $4+ very soon. It is a recent IPO...where it settles after more aquisitions are announced is my guess is as good as yours. GLTU

I hot wired my Texas Instrument LED calculator
to my 'Vette. Just about drained its battery!

GHLT is claiming, for 2006, a crystal ball
projection into the future, a seventy-seven (77)
percent net profit margin.

More exact,

77.4365821094793057409879839786382 percent.

My goodness! That is a stunning profit margin.

GHLT employees must work for free.

GHLT news, in part,

"According to financial statements, GHL Technologies
reported total revenue of $606,253.31 and net income
of $37,060.77 for the year ended December 31, 2005.
Achievement of the revised revenue and net income
targets would represent revenue growth in excess of
600 percent and net income growth of more than 7,000
percent for 2006."

What financial statements?

So, GHLT will increase net income seven-thousand
(7,000) times the 2005 net income.

What is 37,060.77 divided by 7,000 ???

5.29439571428571428571428571428571

Five bucks! (and not quite a cup of coffee)

GHLT is, indirectly, reporting a net income
of five bucks for 2005 yet report 37,060.77
as net income for 2005 year.

Oh my! There is a problem with GHLT numbers.

GHLT is looking very good, especially since GPS is becoming bigger in telecomuntications and for emergency response. You know if you are false, GHLT could file a lawsuit against you for placing false info for potentially hurting their company.

Wait! I am not done. I had to go back and
correct my misspelling of "seventy."

News, in part

"reported total revenue of $606,253.31 ...
revenue growth in excess of 600 percent"

Ok, what is six-hundred (600) times 606,253.31 ??

363751986

$363,751,986

GHLT is claiming they will increase revenue
way over three-hundred-sixty-million dollars
in one year!

SH!T HOWDY!

"Hew-Len also set forth a revenue target of $3,745,000.00 ..."

Well, well, Hew-Len is only off by, uhh, hmm,

about three-hundred-fifty-some-odd-million!

Maybe Hew-Len is calculating in Yen.
