Dustoff, you are a trouble maker. Beaucoup Dinki-Dau.
News:
Dennis Gentles, Chief Executive Officer of Klegg Electronics, Inc. said, "As we advance in becoming a recognized leader in innovative home electronic technology, we are pleased to have formed a strategic alliance with UTEK. We believe this relationship will allow us to accelerate the release of exciting products utilizing cutting-edge technologies."
Purl Gurl:
This is the same equipment imported from China and Taiwan by K-Mart and Walmart.
Cutting edge technologies?
News:
Through its strategic alliance agreements, UTEK assists companies in enhancing their new product pipeline with the acquisition of proprietary intellectual capital from universities and laboratory research centers.
Purl Gurl:
This is so funny! The part I really want to point out,
"proprietary intellectual capital"
How many of you have ever heard that one? !!!
That phrase cracks me up!!
As if universities and laboratories are about to donate _money_ to a company which is a wholesale distributor of cheap imported Chinese stereos and televisions!
***
This news is a prime example of fluff, flitter pump & dump crapola.
Surprisingly, there are tens of thousands of people out there who actually believe this type of news, "Oh Wow! Gonna be a big run!" These are the people whose money you take, fair and square, no tricks. The company fools them, you go along for the ride and profit. However, there will be no worthwhile run.
Those new to stock markets are urged to stop, look and think, before you leap.
This is company which you could buy with a personal check. Klegg has no money, no assets, not much of anything. This company comes across as developing "cutting edge" equipment, yet has no research nor development facilities. Klegg is simply a low level wholesaler.
"...Clifford M. Gross, Ph.D., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UTEK Corporation...."
How much luck will this go-between have talking universities and laboratories into donating money to Klegg for research and development?
This is so insulting. Klegg has, in effect, sent a message,
Great posts, I am pretty new and appreciate your information, Have also seen many of your NDOL posts and you have hit it right so far. Just hope NDOL rebounds as I have shares bought at .21

Well I personally have a different view of the situation...
Company's history: Klegg electronics was incorporated in July of 2005. Before then it was Vault Fiancial Services and GLobal Surveillance. There has been a change in control as of July 2005 (good thing). The reverse split occurred before Klegg electornics was incorporated. The forward split occured in September. Forward slpits are usually positive for a growing company like Klegg. As far as I'm concerned I could care less what the company did before it became Klegg, show me a penny without a troubled past and several changes of business operations and ticker symbols, many have still become very successful.
Operations: Klegg is not in growth stages and are currently operating as a working business. They are a distributor of several electronics products, including mp3 players, and home auio equipment. They license the brand name of "Klegg". After 6 months of payments (probably paid off by now) they will have obtained the exclusive rights to it. They have a warehouse in Nevada where they ship orders from their website to retailers and directly to customers.
Purl Gurl:
They do have a unique product as they have the "worlds smallest color MP3 player".
Please elaborate on your claim that the same products they sell are sold in Kmart, Walmart, ETC. I do not know where this claim came from. It seems to me that their primary supplier is Klegg Audio UK, which is a United Kingdom company that manufactures the mp3 player and home audio equipment that they sell. They also import priducts from several companies in Asia. Can you tell me what electronics are not manufactured in China, Japan, ETC?
You claim their products are cheap...Have you ever held one of their products in your hand? I don't think claims like that should be made when you havent used or seen the product (I'm assuming you havent). I have seen and held the Klegg product and I can assure you the quality is fine.
You post one negative review from PC magazine. Nice, I will post you tons of negative reviews about iPods, and Sony equipment. Looks a little deeper and read some other reviews. I will admit none of them are stellar but some of them are pretty good. I am not going to bother to post them, you can dig them up yourself.
Their management team is more than qualified IMO
Douglas Gentiles, CEO, has a lot of business experience, and has worked for some successful companies, and is experienced in IT. Their marketing director has worked for Fox, and their Technology director has worked for Best Buy. It is also significant that Douglas Gentiles owns a 75% stake in the company, I have a feeling he wants his company to be successful.
They DO have unique products and they ARE doing a great job promoting it. They have landed several celeb endorsements, and are signing new dealers every month. They are also looking to sign a huge dealer like Best Buy (Hmmm one of their directors worked for them). They are in a 40 Billion dollar industry and although it is highly competetive and dominated by a few companies, if they can just snag a piece of the market it will be huge for their PPS. It looks like they are doing that to me. They have already experienced tremendous growth, and have not even been incorporated for one year. Seriously, take a look at what they have done in ONE year. Its crazy when you compare them to some pennies out there. They are also planning on moving to the OTC very soon. This stock is at rock bottom due to MM shorting and is ready to breakout.
Purl Gurl, I appreciate your DD but I think it was a little biased, based on your guilty until proven innocent approach, and faulty assumptions.
