CyberTel Capital Group Signs Merger Agreement With HBLN Services, Inc. Wednesday April 5, 9:00 am ET
SAN DIEGO, and ATLANTA, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CyberTel Capital Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CBCL - News) announced today that it has entered into to an agreement to merge with HBLN Services, Inc., an established provider of consulting services to government and commercial telecommunications providers. The agreement is subject to completion of financial and legal due diligence. HBLN Services, Inc. is the first acquisition by CyberTel marking the beginning of its renewed focus on voice-over-IP (VOIP) and wireless technology. ADVERTISEMENT
HBLN provides support for development of the people, processes and technology required to successfully deploy and operate networks of all kinds. In the past two years, HBLN has worked with system integrators and pre-WIMAX technology manufacturers to create more than a dozen municipal broadband wireless networks. These pre-WiMAX networks throughout rural America were funded through RUS initiatives and other means. These networks are used by residents, businesses and public safety officials to access the Internet and other services throughout the metropolitan area.
