Pinnacle Group Unlimited Inc.(PGPU.PK terminates prior conditional agreements. Announced that prior conditional agreements with S-Charger Corporation and Bioplus Pharmaceuticals have been terminated. Pinnacle Group will now pursue a new acquisition that is currently under negotiation. Further information will be posted as it becomes available.
