This run is nice, but some of us long termers have been here since the stock was CXIN. So unfortunatly after the RS some of us got screwed and now once we pass the RS price making money will be possible. How high can this stock go? Lets hope that NORD starts to promote this thing up and get people on board. Remember that the CEO jusr excersiced 20 million shares, so this homeboy will cash out when the time is right. You all better do it before he does because this stock will fall fast whenthose shares get sold.

OIL MOnger, where do you read that the CEO is cashing out 20 million shares.....When I read the filings I see they listed 20 million shares for employees. I don't read into that, that the CEO is gonna sell those on the open market for himself. Nord is making a profit on supplies and inventory.......is that what you read into this......and is it possible he can dump like that on the open market.....I thought he needed to report that. Why would he tank the price of the stock like that??? Doesn't make sense when the company has money.

I'm crunching some numbers, and if this is wrong, please let me know, but I see this well over $1 per share on a buy out offer.........
If you take it that the O/S is 236 million (adding the 20 m shares recently to the 216m), and then consider 48 million barrels times $20 per barrel (very conservaitve #s), that's 960 million dollars.......well 236 m shares at $1 per share is not even close to what it;s worth. So then, let's just take the proven barrels 15M and just 15M barrels of the 33m barrels of probable reserves, for 30M barrels at $20 per barrel, that's $600M......we're looking at 2.50 or more per share! Those are very conservative numbers, so you see where this is going???? YOU DO THE MATH $2.50 X 236M shares = $590 M
So if we get a buy out at $1 per share, that is an amazing deal for the buyers......
