IMO no it isn't over. There are still many factors that need to be covered. Radio touched on a few. We don't know the cost and we don't know the expansion time frames and we are still trying to play a stock that is dealing with Nigeria. The oven is hot. the momo is still there. you have to do your own DD and measure your own risk. go back over the thread, anything to do with nigeria can be called a scam so easily. I could add to the scam building even more...just check this info out...

This looks like a classic front run by the m.m's. The samething Knight paid the SEC millions fore.
Quick review, Let say Knight's institutional trading desk cuts a deal for a clint purchase * say .09, based on the current trading price say .11. The deal is inked, but not entered yet. The desk informs the M.M stuck on Penny duty, to "Knock it down". The shake is on, the needed shares are collected, and Block is entered. Usally after hours where Less people will see.

Listen, Bubba, this is a cut throat business and you have no friends in the markets. You expect others to pat you on your head, take you by the hand and walk you through this?
Grow up, already!

you must be proud of yourself.
If a company is bad and there's facts to back up a statement like "it's going to go down", then that's not "bashing" in my book, but this answer you just gave is sickening.

I have noted your careful avoidance of a "quality control" issue.
So, testing a Western population of well educated affluent peoples will not yield as quality of results as testing millions who are tragically stuck in poverty and illiteracy, usually with no means to acquire test medications.
Is that it? Quality Control will be better in Nigeria?
Might there be an issue positive results will come out of Nigeria, regardless of the true nature of the results?
Can the SEC and our American courts reach into Nigeria to motivate honest behavior? Why Nigeria rather than South Africa or Zimbabwe, both of which enjoy good medical institutes and large populations of those with Sickle Cell?
Purl Gurl
That is the best you can come up with?
I suggest you also may want to talk with the FDA. It is very difficult to get any new drug approved here, not because of the "rigorous" testing requirements, but more precisely, the red tape. The payoffs that have to be made. The so called "independent" testing that must be done.....and paid for.
Just a quick question, do you even know what happens when you have an outbreak of sickle cell anemia?

Egg, you got to admit, she never said she wasn't a biotch. I think her means of teaching you a lesson are a lot like a drunken dad who thinks he's a good father. You always walk away learning something and it's usually not what they wanted you to learn. A bit arrogant and very demeaning. So don't bait her and you'll be alright. Like that drunken dad, you want to lurk around the corner and keep up with him, you just don't want him to see or hear you. Some people have zero people skills. That aside, who says we need to be friends here? It's always good to have a core group of people to chat with, but the end game is who walks away with cash. That is the only reason we're here. Some of us are a little more respectful of others in the process. Purl obviously isn't one of them. She is teaching you the tough, kickass game of trading. Consider her your instructor, you know, the one that sucks and should never be a teacher, but you still walk away learning something! Let it go and move on. They don't get that we have already made money on this thing and will make more as we get burned here and there.

and don't forget. you don't beat a pharmecutical giant as a scam company:

My guess is that XKEM will be a gapper tomorrow. Today was panic sellers set off by MM manipulation. The MMs weren't expecting news since it didn't come out at it's usual 6:30 am and they didn't want the stock to run today because they hadn't collected enough shares.
Many people hadn't had a chance to even see the news of NAFDAC approval until after the bell. There will be so many buy orders tomorrow the MMs won't know what to do.

No, no! Market Makers do not operate that way nor are Market Makers ever taken by surprise.
Market Makers do not care about fundamentals nor care about news, usually do not even bother looking at charts. Market Makers play the trend coming across their desks, least for pennies.
This is their game.
Market Makers (MM) are privy to customer orders before, during and after market. MM take note of which way share prices are trending. Per a trend, MM will either sit on low bids or sit on high bids; those bids are not executed.
Using today's market action in this stock as an example. MM receive a number of high bid orders. They sit on them. Average and low bids / asks are executed, either sells to the public or MM buying low asks. During a day, MM will buy up lower asks.
Later in the day, often late day, MM will begin executing high bids selling MM bought stock and from public sellers to create a perspective prices are going up. This creates a buying frenzy amongst the gullible, further driving prices upward.
At an estimated high of the day, MM will begin dumping into high bids, for profit, creating a dip which creates a perspective of a good buying chance; another minor buying frenzy.
Finally, which public trading begins driving prices downward, MM will dump like crazy while chasing prices downward. This creates a small crash as you witnessed late today.
This has nothing to do with fundamentals nor news. This is not manipulation. This is common everyday MM trading behavior; almost legal.
Some Market Makers, really sharp ones, will research some stocks with potential for profit, upward or shorting. When this happens, share price swings are dramatic and are effected over days, over weeks. This is a case of swings of twenty-five cents to fifty-cents or more, as this applies to penny stocks.
No manipulation by Market Makers today. What happened is normal business, nothing more.
Do keep in mind, talented traders are in on this. Those traders know a pump and dump. You will not read those traders on message boards; they are the silent professional players, usually taking your money.
If you are to be a winner, you must do exactly as the Market Makers are doing. You must play along, even help them during their game.
