its not contradicting the last one. looks like they haven't contacted Global and haven't made any SEC filings but plan to do so. not a total buy out either, only 51%. intersting to see what happens. kind of a funky deal with the convertible.

Def. looks interesting. Anyone know anything about DLTI's PERC's? I'm going to try to find out more about this. Main thing though, I understand DLTI trading down, but why would GBCS be down so much?
