Just received an email back from Mr Parkin, VP of legal afairs.....I got mad at him,a s you can tell by the email below..........

De : WB [mailto:weatherbill*comcast.net]
Envoyé : 16 février, 2006 23:12
À : Gérald Parkin
Objet : Why would you tell us investors a Nord PR is coming out this week???

Why did you tell me a Nord PR is coming out this week??? Nord hasn't given any PR.......How can I have any confidence in what you tell me if you and Nord do not follow thru???? I guess I'll stop emailing you and get rid of my Nord shares, since this has happened more than once.......I am a very disappointed investor..........and so are many others.

We apologize for the delay—the news has to be relayed to Russia for approval. You will definitely receive news at the beginning of the week.

Good things happen to those who wait, oh ye of little faith. I'm still holding on to my shares and in due time will reap the rewards. All that's necessary is another problem in the Mid-east and oil will jump and so will NORD.

Oh, if your out of NORD, maybe you should check out China National Petroleum (symbol: CKKHF) It's more pricey, about .28 cents a share, but I believe it's going to break out and keep going up. But check it out for yourself.

Its not that I dont have faith. I believe that NORD will go up eventually. Im here to make money, and when I can make money elsewhere, like USXP I will do so. I dont love NORD enough to bear through their lack of pr's like they promised. So I turned my 60% loss in NORD into 1200% in USXP. Now Im onto the next in JPHC. Keep your eye on it. It will break through very soon. In for 4 mil * 0003. Then I will look back at NORD again and probably be happy with my decision once again. Good luck, I hope your patience pays off soon!

In it to make money....just like AXIGE...at
.0022 went to .095

Unbelievable amounts of cash made on that one.
Wish they came every day like that.

I have seen nothing about this company to suggest that its not a scam. Anyone can buy already drilled oil and then buy/lease some land that has oil underneath it. (almost all land has oil under it in some way or other). And what is worse is that they named their oil company after an already established Russian oil company (www.nord.ru). I'll hold till end of 2006 thouugh and see what happens.

Set it and forget it. It is hard to beleive these guys. They have changed their business line a couple of times now. Someone please answer this question.
How did NORD go from btsi selling bio-tracking to NDOL selling russian oil?
It is the hardest thing to understand. This company's lack of PR is insulting to say the least. I agree with Zenith. The lack of information and the relation to NORD.ru is kind of concerning. We all want to make money but we should learn from JOELGA. Keep our eyes open for a true stock out there to make money. I really do hope that months from now this stock goes up, but I have been saying that for the last year. it is that " this stock will go us soon " mentality. Its just like how I keep beleving that I will one day marry Cameron Diaz.

Russian Oil Industry Hits New Highs: Nord Oil Propelled
09:31 a.m. 02/23/2006 Provided By Market Wire
MONTREAL, Feb 23, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Nord Oil International Inc. (NDOL) is receiving tremendous positive impact from increase demand of Russian Oil as well as the government's new open policies.
As previously released by the Deputy Director of Russian Ministry of Industrial and Production Energy, Mr. I. Materov at a recent conference, "Volume of export of crude oil from Russia to Europe has grown 77% in 2005, from 144 million tons to 256 million tons."
"The conference on Energy dialog, Russia-European Union has truly enable new partnerships as well as strengthen existing ones, which will enable our company to not only be noticed internationally but most of all enable our continued growth," said Mr. Viatchelav Makarov, President of Nord Oil.
The company recently announced its quarterly financial results, where revenues for the quarter were $5.8 million USD and the six months revenues of $10.6M USD, a 20% sales increase compared to the last quarter, which clearly demonstrate the growth of the company.
"For the current fiscal year end, we are well on target to reach revenues of $25 million from our oil storage, transport and trading operations and could greatly exceed this target by 2 or even 3 folds with the start of our production," said Mr. Makarov, President of Nord Oil.
The company is well advanced in its discussion with several financial and strategic investors as well as operating partners for a stake in its lucrative oil reserves under license by Nord Oil. The company had previously released its production schedule and expects to begin production no later than the 3rd quarter of 2006 and expects the first year of production to yield 2.3 million barrels.

Wow. I am impressed. It has been a long time coming but finally an update. It is great to see some positive news. Hopfully NORD can build some momentum with this and continue letting us know their progress instead od waiting until May for the next update.

2.3 million barrels x the current market price per barrel is a big chunk of change. [Wink]

I can't beleive you guys....so impatient and bashing with your impatience..........some stocks do not need to release PR every two weeks....just know that developing things are happening.....I too was a bit impatinet , but I held my tongue for the most part , while staying busy with other plays......just throw this to the back of your minds till June or September to cash in if you're long on Nord, otherwise, you'll be growing carrots out of your head.

Waether. All I really ask of NORD is to at least get back to the RS price of 24 cents. At least then it won't be as painfull to sell.

Joelga- Nice call on USXP. I wanted to get in but it took Scottrade 3 freaking days to get my new funds ready and I missed the triple this week. You called this one.

Nord at these prices is a great buy.....7-9 cents is ideal......with their announcement that they are in advanced negotiations with backers, once PR on backing is released (give it 1-2 months), this will fly off the hook and be an easy 2-3 bagger, but patience and holding long is required here.

Give it some time? 1-2 months? You have been saying that for a year now and still this stock just keeps on dipping down. I just wish that NORD can do something soon. Those rumours about being on the Frankfurt exchange in Jan, fizzled out. Those rumours of the NOI backing NORD fizzled out. This stock seems to be stuck at being a sub 10 cent stock for a long long time.

JOELGA hinted to all of us to buy into USXP when it was at .004 and in one week went up to .04. It is down again but we all could have made 10X profit on that one.

Why can't NORD do the same?
