I had a limit order in to sell *.115 as it was dropping. could not find Mhpt so called Scottrade. SQMG opened * .15 so trade should of gone through instead open order to sell was cancelled. It seems my stock is in "limbo" until they get it straightend out ie; the ticker symble change. My account doesn't register change. I was told I should'nt sell as I might be selling stock I don't own.

It always confuses me when company change tickers. Nasdaq.com says that neither MHPT nor SQMG are valid or are unknown. Yahoo says that SQMG is Medical home products and up .005 at .085 Am. bulls.com says SQMG is SEQUOIA ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP INC I searched news on market wire dot com and it didn't find anything on either symbol. SEQUOIA ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP INC. Ended at .085 up .005 just like yahoo reports. So, I am thinkingMedical Home Products changed to SEQUOIA ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP INC. But for some reason I can't find any news about the change happening. I guess we'll have to wait and see. Last time RCOV changed to GNLM, it took Scottrade about a week to show the change, whereas I could sell it if I wanted to.

As I am new to stocks I am wondering how the stock will trade once all shareholders of MHPT get control back of their stock again as SQMG. I wanted to get out but maybe the stock will go up once this change gets anounced? Scttrade person told me shareholders will all get control of the "changed" stock at the same time. 2 companies merging into one gotta be worth more $$$ I think the only volume right now is new buyers buying into SQMG. but then what do I know.

Volume was 436,601 It did spike once to .28, not sure why some stocks do that.
I only have experience once with a stock changing names. RCOV changed to GNLM, after a few days the stock went from .48 to 1.08 then back down and settled around .80 Luckily I sold at 1.06 I hope this one does the same thing. I bought in at .14 so with it being at .085, I have a ways to go.
This company showed a profit for January, great for a pink sheet. I believe this went from OTCBB to Pink sheet with the change.
I bought one of their products and received it in the mail today. Taking the cholesterol test as I type this. $18.00 with shipping is a lot beter than a doctor's office visit and test there. I like what the company does and they seem to be doing everything right.

Closed at .10 Hope you waited recoverym. I couldn't get a buy in at .07 this afternoon with my BlackBerry. Dang Scottrade says no last price or bid or buy. I wanted more at that price.
Up .015 (17.65%) on volume of 313,795 Opened at .05 If this gets good news again, it's gonna fly!

I'm gonna hang in there and see what happens. I'll get out if I see bad news, otherwise I'm in for the long haul. I am leary about buying anymore at this stage without knowing anything about this new stock ticker change with other company.
