RYQG Royal Quantum Group, Inc.: Press Release Market Wire - November 29, 2006 9:02 AM (EDT)
CALGARY, ALBERTA, Nov 29, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Royal Quantum Group, Inc. (OTCBB: RYQG) is pleased to provide shareholders with the following update on its wholly owned subsidiary, X-Treme Oilfield Communications Inc. (www.x-treme.ca)
Since the completion of the X-Treme Oilfield Communications Ltd. acquisition, the company has experienced a significant increase in demand for its telecommunication's product. "Aside from an unusually late start to the winter season, demand for the X-Treme services has been very high. Our crews are busy providing companies with rental and sales units to satisfy their communication needs. So far demand has been far greater than we expected. If this pace continues we will be looking to add additional crews in early 2007 to keep up with the orders," stated Ron Ruskowsky president and CEO of Royal Quantum Group.
The company has its sights set on two major project's in northern Alberta which would provide a year round revenue stream for the company. "Should we be successful in our bid for either one of these opportunities, our cash flow will increase significantly from current projections" comments Mr. Ruskowsky. "It was always our intention to target projects that would provide long term, yearly revenue. We did not expect the demand would be as strong as it is this early. It's a very positive development for the company."
Mr. Ruskowsky further stated: "We believe that Royal Quantum has been able to identify a niche market that previously has been underserved throughout the oil and gas industry, in which we have the management and expertise to become a significant participant within a relatively short time. We continue to aggressively market our remote communications services to this very rapidly expanding industry as well as market our services to other industries, which require the need for high-speed communications in remote locations. We remain committed to the acquisition and development of small to medium size businesses that demonstrate existing or near term cash flow opportunity."
Royal Quantum Group, Inc., through its 100% wholly owned subsidiary, X-Treme Oilfield Communications, Inc. provides high-speed satellite communications to the oil and gas sector. The X-Treme product line offers voice, fax and real time data transfers, using both wired and wireless technology with the capability to broadcast to multiple users on any specific location. X-Treme also provides Hot Spot Services and can configure phone/fax capabilities through VoIP and FoIP installations, making it simple and cost effective to communicate to anywhere in the world with no added long distance or airtime charges.

I wish they came out with some projected numbers. I would like to see this move north.

you don't need to see the numbers. they will most certainly beat the previous qtrs so that should not deter anyone from buying at these levels.

I see no problem, the reaction was very normal considering the market conditions. Traders scalp what they can and market makers try and drop the bid to scare/force trades. We will see results next year after the numbers come out.
Merry Christmas to everyone.

I'm holding but in no means buying more. There is no indication that this thing is going to more. I'm also having doubts that this will ever get to .30 or more. If we are at these levels after the fist quarter of 2007 than its a sell and move on.

I continue to buy at these prices. The next 10 report will only prove why I'm right and the company will continue to expand. I see <50¢ by July'07.

I'm still learning but the one stock I feel safe playing is this one. It played the same for the past year up to 10 or 12 then back to 05 or 06. It's actually the first penny stock I made any substantial money one. Just keep flipping it casviper. I sold on the last run at .08. I'll buy again Monday since it's back in the 6 cent range where in my opinion it has support. I'll sell again on the next rise.

Appears the company has some very good news coming as the volume and price continue to rise and form a base.

When you are clueless only then will you post such nonsense. D-traders play for pennies and the level II suckers play for a few dollars but those in the know hold & accumulate on dips. Speaking of "dips".

I'm still holding HOWEVER I'm very dissapointed that the company hasn't given an update in a while. The last few days have been good and I'm almost at breakeven. I was not surprised by the fall today but we can still breakeven today.

Still holding??? You did not buy a 100k at this last dip. How do you expect to make money with scared money. Either believe or leave-very simple. I've found that most posters who whine really don't have very much money either in the stock or in general.

a purchase of 88,500 shares didn't move the pps. I thought it would have moved it a little.
