I found this early this morning and I got in at .005, think I was the first order filled. Had my order in before open. Can't believe I actually got in at the low of the day. Yee haw! LOL

ACUP: Board Sees Best Interest to File for Chapter 7
On January 27, 2006, the Board of Directors of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary AccuPoll, Inc. (ACUP), a Delaware corporation, resolved that it is in the best interests of AccuPoll, Inc. to file a voluntary petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code. On January 27, 2006 Dennis Vadura was elected Chief Reorganization Officer and was authorized and directed to execute and deliver all documents necessary to perfect the filing of a voluntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy case on behalf of AccuPoll, Inc. The company's shares are currently trading lower by more than 50%.

happened on 01/31/06....that's why it fell..all week....chart says it's found it's bottom (the sellers have left) and now...it should bounce....we'll see Monday....

I'm not going to lie or pump this..any bankruptcy play is very risky...
The (chart as of now) says the selling has stopped....there may be reasons for this....perhaps it is because the company has assets....and contracts...speculation.....

probably a newby selling as a market order, seeing that the price was at 0.007 thought he would get that much and sold but ended up way lower.

So what happens now with this stock. It seems like it's an naked short, which I understand in theory but I'm not sure what will happen in reality. Am I totally screwed or what? Maybe I can use the stock for toilet paper if nothing else.
