RRA

Was downgraded on 1/31 and the stock lost over $2 so far which is around 20% of its value. (Problem with lightly traded stocks tank with downgrades)

Now it is below $10 for the first time in over 2 years. Is this a buying opportunity?

I'd watch l2 for signs of a bounce and then buy....right now the chart looks like falling knives but it's due for a bounce...big gap to fill too...JMHO

Jan carloads up 6.9%. Earnings are Wed will be one to watch.
