not sure about the earnings, should be soon..
maybe New ventues knows more. heh
Im seeing a little panic/impatience again with this baby late today. I tried to get filled at .17 but was too late.
I'll triple down with .17 or below at this point.
THe 200 and 50 MDA = .20 -.22
is anyone else in on this still or did everyone bail?
IMO, this stock does better next week after it shakes itself a little. not worried
I would be though if I didnt get that avg DOWN.
here's some good news though about HVYW that I just found, dated 3 months ago
promising news that they are getting their finances in order to go NASDAQ at some point soon.
The nasdaq progress news may be coming soon since they were supposed to provide a progress report last month.
I can understand if HVYW wants to take their time to get it right with nasdaq, and be very quiet about it if they are soon to be accepted, considering tight SEC laws in that area. if they do go NASDAQ, .... WATCH OUT !!!
They also give a kick ass 2006 projection, 30 yr old company so its solid, IMO

HVYW is poised to become a significant player in the automotive and marine wax and polish industry. HVYW just had excellent news out in a press release before today’s opening bell announcing a progress report on its initiative to become listed on the OTC Bulletin Board Exchange! This could be great news for investors!

Tyreguard Gains U.S. Distribution Printer-friendly version
October 26, 2005 Category: International (Clacton, U.K./Tyres & Accessories) Cheshire-based Tyreguard systems will soon be selling its tyre sealent products on the other side of the Atlantic after striking a deal with Harvey Westbury Corp.
The agreement will see Harvey Westbury exclusively distribute Tyreguard’s new tyre safety system to the marine, RV and industrial tyre sectors in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Under terms of the agreement, Harvey Westbury will also be able to market Tyreguard to the automotive industry.
Harvey Westbury specialises in private label packaging of its products for both the automotive and marine industry. The company is projecting FY 2005 gross sales of approximately $700,000, and believes they will achieve organic top line growth of 250% for FY 2006, with revenues of $2 million and healthy 40% gross margins.
The Tyreguard tyre safety system is designed to prevent punctures and leaks before they happen, turning ordinary tyres into self-sealing tyres, the company said. Tyreguard is the only tyre sealant that has obtained a letter of approval from Dunlop Tyres (South Africa) a subsidiary of the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co.
“With Harvey Westbury’s connections in the marine, automotive and industrial industries we feel that a great product like Tyreguard will generate a lot of interest among both our existing customers and new prospects, as well,” Eugene Chiaramonte, president of Harvey Westbury Corp stated. “This product will also be an excellent fit for package delivery companies like United Parcel Service because of the downtime it can save by eliminating flat tyres. The same holds true for the rental car business. Companies such as Hertz and Dollar could also benefit from having no flat tyres on their fleet saving them millions of dollars over time.”

The Target price PR's is key in my mind because if HVYW put it out than they are themselves trying to create shareholder intrest and not just pumpers like the PR above states
So thats all I got for you CACTUS & yes I am still in as well (steaming like the rest of you) with an AVG of .23

ventures, I think that your gettin me wrong, i just mis-spelled your name because someone else did on another post from the other microboard and it looked funny. thats all I was referring to.
I have no ill will towards anyone but myself for gettin into HVYW.
Its great that you found that info, and called the CEO.. Id like to know whats really goin on.
It could of been worse if I didnt get my average down. Im feelin for anyone that got in real heavy and took a major hit..
of course this thing could still take a hit next week, who knows?
the avg of this baby should stay around .20 in the near-future at least, with a great chance of goin up.
It may dip down into the .14 range to really freeze out anyone left owning this stock that is borderline on panic, and selling
Im gonna hold right now..
hopefully the pr release was for real, to some degree.. maybe we'll no more later

Tried to contact HVYW, just to ask them about the recent price target news.
I didnt talk to the ceo, but got a email reply and talked to someone that worked somewhere in relations.
feeling much better now with HVYW
He related that the .90 cent target, in his opinion, was for real because the company is potentially very close to going beyond a PK. thats all he could say.
He said that he would send me an email to help explain why HVYW will take off in 2006.
here it is:
Dear >>>>>>>>>,
We are entering a new era of growth within Harvey Westbury. It promises to be unlike any period in the company's 37 year history and will undoubtedly see the company emerge as a leader in the global automotive and marine products markets.
In short: Business is robust and the drivers for growth are only getting stronger for our core automotive and marine products. We currently sell our product mix through several hundred retail locations across the U.S. as well as Latin America. Harvey Westbury's proprietary marine brands are distributed nationally through Boater's World and are also available through major retailers such as West Marine and its subsidiary, Boat U.S. (NASDAQ:WMAR) and our automotive brands are distributed internationally through such noted automotive retailers as Pep Boys (NYSE:PBY) in Puerto Rico as well as in Mexico and Latin America. We also have a significant "private label" business in which we manufacture anti-freeze and battery testers for CarQuest Auto Parts, a domestic automotive distributor with over 3000 stores in the U.S. and Canada.
With this foundation in place, we believe that FY 2006 will represent a breakthrough year for the company with respect to reaching our goal of developing a leadership position within our core markets. While we are projecting FY 2005 gross sales of approximately $700,000, we believe we will achieve organic top line growth of 250% for FY 2006, with revenues of $2,000,000 and healthy 40% gross margins. The execution strategy to attain this goal is simplistic enough: We will target strategic acquisition possibilities that will add to the company sales and profitability for both the FY 2006 and beyond. We will enter new markets regularly and build defensible positions through a national marketing campaign and the delivery of superior products. All the while, we will continue to focus on stealing market share in our existing product markets from the likes of rivals 3M (NYSE:MMM), Clorox (NYSE:CLX), DuPont (NYSE:DD), Honeywell (NYSE:HON) and ArvinMeritor (NYSE:ARM).
With respect to our public initiatives, we continue to make progress in becoming a fully reporting and transparent company through a listing on the OTC Bulletin Board. We have completed all of the listing requirements and are in the process of finalizing our audited financials for submission. We anticipate that after a round of comments we should have the process completed sometime in the next 90 days.
We will be releasing news in the coming weeks and months about the company's progress and major developments and we hope you will remain with Harvey Westbury to experience the company's evolution into a world renowned auto and marine products manufacturer and supplier. It is a journey that we hope will be both monetarily rewarding for the Company and its shareholders.
Sincerely,
Eugene Chriamonte, CEO
Harvey Westbury Corp., Inc.

Ok you guys may think its BS but I just got off the phone the Eugene Chriamonte and he sd he is working VERY hard behind the scenes and plans on releasing a statement within the next couple of weeks --- he sd their has not been any change in the share structure and IRA MILLER has sold off the 75,000 shares and he believes his PPS is undervalued ----- he also stated he had nothing to do with the "target PR's" that had been issued

well that was interesting this morning, what happened to Guru anyway?
I think that he was in shock after the HVYW emotional reaction he got, plus the full moon fever of the posts that followed.
Guru come back its OK..
I really did enjoy the "battling threads" for a little bit. as I checked out thread to thread and the posts it reminded me of the banjo part from the movie "deliverance", . It lasted as long as HVYW most recent run-up. Splendid
Twilight zone, full moon anyones guess..
you can almost here the banjo riffs in between each response
Don't have time to hunt for that. Didn't know there was an "original thread". Why start a new thread? Out of date? Then too, if the "origianl thread" is out of date, isn't what is on it out of date too?
THEN AGAIN VENTURES...
look up about 7 or 8 post ago
There is also a nice neat little button called SEARCH that you can use
THEN...
Yep....and a neat little trick we can use called not starting extra post so people can find things and don't have to run off searching. But thanks for you info.
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS STRANGE...... BANJO IN DUELING FORM...
from busted, I mean duuuuusted 101weak...
------------------------------------------------- WHY DIDN'T YOU POST THE ORIGINAL THREAD
If you have to yell, we can all do that.
can it get stranger? YES
from gee what....
How do we know which one is "the original"?
what a trip.. that was great.. ok KIDDIN ASIDE
on a serious note though,
sincre,THX,Ventures, or anyone sittin on this stock.
just curious how you will handle the next run up, if they are listed.. how high can HVYW go, best case scenario, and when is the right time to get out. Do you have any strategy on the next run?
