Hey Emich, what happens to the pink stock when it moves over to the nasdaq?
Is it a good idea to sell before that happens?

They should give all stockholders a Klegg mini for free too, not just the audience on Tony Danza. [Big Grin]

Finally Klge went up, and I am starting to recover from my losses. This will be a big weekend and big upcoming week. Klge is set to go up. Now all we need is store selling.

With so much positive news recently, why has this stock halved itself the past few days?

That's the question bothering most of us. The one thing I look at is that it only started trading through brokerages in early Jan. So it is very new.

Have they given us any exact dates about changing to Nasdaq or selling in stores? And are they gonna release any financials at some point?

Come on do some sort of research yourself. Some people ask some of the most basic questions. Are they selling in stores? Look for yourself. Look on Best Buy, Radioshack, Circuit City anything. If they actually announced they had struck a deal with a major retailer like Best Buy or C.City the stock would go through the roof. Hell they could announce that they are selling at Bob's discount electronics and it would rise. They are only selling off their website that I can see. Go to pricegrabber.com and let me know how many you see for sell there. Go to Ebay and let me know how many you see there. Pricegrabber has a whopping zero and Ebay has a combined total of one listing. Now do the same search for Ipod. Ebay came up with over 93,084. It will take alot for them to strike a deal with any major retailer.

I just saw on MSNBC that Apple just lowered the price on their Ipod's. Their shuffle 512 was lowered to $69 and their 1G was lowered to $99. Looks like the NANO's were lowered also.

So "The Contender" will be on Sunday, I think it is a safe bet that a lot of people will be buying in before the weekend. This is going to go up, way up, it is inevitable. I wouldn't be suprised to see a nice PR to help the PPS before the weekend either.

Also, with the coverage on the Danza show, and all the airtime it's ads will get on Sunday, I am sure more people will be buying in. Add to that that after the marketing on Sunday and Monday, I would be certain of some nice PR's, which means higher and higher PPS's.

I almost feel like a criminal for getting in at $.80... [Big Grin]

I would normally agree with you, but since you got in at .80 you weren't here when the mini klegg was on the view, fox news, and a few other shows and the price still dropped

Ya, I saw the list. That is why I threw Bob's Discount Electronics in there (I was kidding when I threw it in there). If you check into their main supplier The Good Guys you will find that all of it's 46 locations are closed. They said they are still supplying their inventory with Compusa. If you look on the CompUSA website you will find that they do not carry Klegg. Does anyone know if they carry any Klegg products in any of the local CompUSA stores?

"Attention All Good Guys Customers

All California Good Guys stores close, while home entertainment products and expertise expand within CompUSA locations.

In response to consumer buying preferences and demands, Good Guys is closing the doors to its 46 locations.

But don’t worry. The same home entertainment products and experienced staff you know and trust will soon be found exclusively inside California & Hawaii CompUSA stores.

Store closings mean huge savings!

These store closings mean huge savings for customers in Good Guys locations, where you’ll find the best in high-end entertainment products, including televisions, video, home audio, cameras and car stereos -- all available with steep discounts."

first of all the product has only been around for 2 months. secondly they sell more than just an mp3 player...listen to the interview with tradersnation. they plan on mass distribution I would think it is more important to have ou ducks in a row first don't you. i think they are doing well by promoting it this way....remember that this is all funded in house so they don't have an infinite budget nor are they looking to dilute the stock...

She is trying to move up... I think it is a safe bet that we won't be seeing the $.80's again anytime soon. Not really enough volume to push it up too much at the end of today. I am looking for higher volume tomm, and if we can break through $1.00 I think it will really start to take off.

I wonder if this has anything to do with the way this stock is trading. I find it very interesting that Dennis chose to release this info from Klegg instead of allowing it to filter through regular channels.

KLGE Reports SEC Approves NASD Request Requiring 5,600 Brokerage Firms to Disclose Monthly Total Short Interest Positions
Thursday February 9, 2:52 pm ET

New Requirement Will Allow Investors and OTC Companies Ability to Track Shorting

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 9, 2006 -- Klegg Electronics, Inc. (Other OTC:KLGE.PK - News) is pleased to announce the SEC News Digest reported approval of the NASD's request to require all NASD member firms to disclose Total Short Interest positions on OTCBB and PINKSHEET securities.
Source: Klegg Electronics, Inc.

As stated by **********, "On September 20, 2005 the NASD filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") a proposed rule change to amend Rule 3360 to expand short interest reporting requirements to over-the-counter equity securities. The term "OTC Equity Securities" shall mean any equity security that is not listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market or a national securities exchange. Each member firm shall maintain a record of total "short" positions in all customer and proprietary firm accounts and shall regularly report such information to the NASD as of the close of the settlement date designated by NASD. Reports shall be received by NASD no later than the second business day after the reporting settlement date. The term "Customer" also includes accounts of other broker-dealers held at each firm."

Dennis Gentles, President of Klegg Electronics, stated, "We welcome the evolution of the OTC Exchange. This new requirement by the NASD will allow OTC companies and investors the ability to track shorting and gain better insight towards preventing these activities. During 2005, endless investors have made huge gains and losses investing in the OTC market." Mr. Gentles further stated, "We are now approaching a new era where PinkSheets.com, SEC and NASD are all working to make OTC investing information friendly and potentially more profitable as well."

After the promo period, KLGE Management (Dennis) will PR that he has filed for a higher exchange. That in itself should bring a truck-load of new money into this.
