This is definitely a cliff hanger folks. Could it just be end of year dilution like a lot of stocks tend to do?

If today we can get above .14 and hold there we may be spending quite a few days with RSI over 70 and PPS soaring. Resistance at .14 and clear beyond. Not only T/A but company posted a profit compared with a 4+million dollar loss on prior 20-f. Almost dead on with projections. Next projection is 2.1 million profit with next 20-f, March 31, 2005. Of course they probably won't file that until late this year is history repeats itself. All IMO

Been seeing this weekly chart of CTGLF and looks like good place to buy http://tinyurl.com/c2kkh

the volume in the last month of so has picked up and it has broken above its downtrend line so is now moving back up.

company year end is end of March and they in the past have done some PR during that time
