This could take a jump up tomorrow or in the New Year..closed down today but was up in aftermarket. 18 million shares outstanding, management buying back 2 million -- 11% of the company...might get a rise someone can play -- however they like to play it..

EXTON, Pa. (AP) -- Innovative Solutions and Support Inc. said Wednesday its board authorized a stock repurchase program for up to 2 million common shares.
Shares of the designer of flight information computers and flat-panel displays rose 38 cents, or 3.2 percent in electronic trading late Wednesday, after closing the regular Nasdaq session down 60 cents, or 4.8 percent.
The program will remain in effect until June 30. The company has about 18 million outstanding shares.
Innovative Solutions expects to fund its repurchase plan with available corporate funds, including cash on hand and future cash flow.
