I started doing some DD on this and I thought I would share with you what I have found. first off the list of the past press relaases with dates.
Notice after november the 11th they start mentioning names of the companies that they are dealing with. (I took two segmants of a write up I wrote on another post)

Just a little background,I noticed that when a pr came out that the names of the companies that they were doing business with was never listed. On the 9th of this month I sent First Pet life a e-mail letting them know that they needed to start listing the names of the companies they are dealing with to make investors ease their minds and I also let them know that I think they were a scam company I would turn them over to the internet fraud center and let them handle them. The 11th the next pr came out and what do ya know names have mentioned on every one since then and I have called to confirm the business relationship.
Ok folks here is the skinny.I just got off of the phone with the senior VP of Pet Partners inc. She did advise me that she is working and just started as of today doing business with First Pet life. She mentioned that First pet life brings them all of the leads so they can start offering insurance,but First Pet life IS NOT GETTING PAID YET. She mentioned that First Pet life can not take a dime untill their license comes through for them. She Noted that Some may think that pet insurance is not that big of an idea but in reallity its one of the heaviest protected and regulated types of insurance out there and that the owners didnt think it would be this hard to get certified,thats why she was contacted so they could start building a customer data base untill the paperwork is done. I mentioned the numbers he listed were mobile and she noted that they are He has a mobile and mobile fax number he keeps with him since he is on the road all of the time trying to get deals done. (I can relate to this myself as can alot of business people) She also noted that First Pet life is going to be one of the most advertised and merketed out there over the next months to come and alot of money has been spent to try and build a customer data base.
Ok some more DD is done today and im glad I sat down and made the phone calls. I just got off of the phone with bill at Launch pad pr ( http://www.launchpadpr.net/ ) Bill noted that the owner of First Pet life did sign on and commit to 1.2 million in advertising and pr with them and Success Direct Tv. Bill noted that he was a very very tanacious guy that was very eager to get the business up and running.Bill does work hand and foot with Success Diret Tv and knows for a fact that First Pet life is doing work with them as well to try and get this thing rolling.
