Yes it would appear so, the market has told us where the bototm is. See 5yr chart now upside limited downside , not only e coming off when they report but also posting profit versus yr ago loss, marking turnaround.

They had a problem with the auditor(s), but they have found another. In a reply from an email they stated. Well here I will just copy and paste.
Dear Investors, Thank you for writing us. We have found a new accounting firm and been working hard with the auditors. We will try all the best to complete the auditing before the deadline.

yep... a huge negative for any company is when the auditor or accountant or transfer agent drops the company. Company usually tries to spin it to sound better... but it never is

I would agree with the last two replies normally. But in this case we are dealing with a foreign company. A foreign company where there is somewhat of a language barrier. I doubt very seriously the company is trying to put out false numbers. There is also a shareholder who has been hired by the company to help them get things squared away. Not an ordinary shareholder, a shareholder with great experience in matters such as this.

Lol the last replies are probably for the same bunch of shorts who started false rumor that caused recent double bottom. Simply put theres gonna be a huge short covering coming up.
The market has told u were the bottom is, this is a 5 year quad bottom, the floor is in. Now you can enter as the rewards far outweigh any risks.

So foreign companies must be ruled by way different regs, apparently...here, being hired by the company would change shareholder status to "insider," no?

Yes, that is correct. He is now an insider. I am not sure how this affects his holding if it becomes restricted or what.
Foreign companies are pretty much treated the same as far as audits are concerned. They have had trouble filing on time in the past but have always done it after filing nt20f. They have said that they finally expect to report a profit of around 150,000 as opposed to a 4 mill. loss last audit. We shall wait and see.

be good to know, the regs on "transition" from shareholder to insider. Have considered that role myself. But as I sometimes flirt with the regs on "daytrader" classification, and seeing as how one good buddy and good poster got bounced from Scottie over his "types of trades," I ain't exactly willing to push it...

This thing looks due for a bounce. Nice find and great looking chart. For all I can see this is at or near the bottom. GLTA in this I am going to try to pick some up tomorrow.

This one has a firm bottom and should be a big bounce as e comes. Im hearing rummors that good news will be out this week, we'll see. 5 yr. bottom can't be ignored. It has ran up from low levels before and if it's doing it again, right now is it. Earnings out soon and these guys are usually right...

Wit hteh E coming off this week, this stock is heading to 0.3+ easily. It is coming off 5 year lows. This company will be reporting a profit this year too..

Agree. The chart looks good. Also higher highs. As I heard financials are very good and loose the E. That's a great play. Add more at these levels.

If you take a look at the chart, you will realize that this is ripe for a huge pop. It has a strong resistance at 0.8 and it has been doing extremely well. With the E coming off this week and the company reporting profits, you can expect this to go to 0.35+ easily.

There is the proof we have waited for. The company is going to a bigger board in the future. Profits will continue to increase if projections from comapny presentation to investors are relatively accurate as they have been so far. I dont think its possible for amex this year but next year is a definite possibility. With technicals looking very volatile lately the price may rocket upwards to OK I WONT GUESS but you get my drift.
