DIGG is my speculative play for the rest of the year! (I own 2000 shares at .29 & will add when I can)

These numbers are current as of friday November 4th
From Sept 18th PR- To further maximize shareholder value by year-end 2005, Digital Gas is negotiating with investment advisors and banks to also sell one or more of its other subsidiaries for cash and securities in publicly traded companies. The management of Digital Gas has decided to distribute 90% of the cash and 100% of the securities it receives in these transactions as special cash and stock, or bond, dividends.
The Subsidiaries for sale our DIGG's 3 quarries which have a estimates on the sale price for $50-100 Million Dollars a piece. These sales should be annouced sometime this month!
The beauty of the play is the Management's motivation to issue this divy.
-Management owns 31 out of the 37 Million Shares Outstanding.
31 Million X $1.50 = $46,500,000 Pay Day for Insiders
6 Million X $1.50 = $9,000,000 to private share holders
So you can understand the motivation to give out this Divy!
