On another forum that I frequently visit there was a post made this morning that said that the auditor had quit the job on NOV.2. I called Mike B. (auditor) and inquired. He would not talk directly with me(another investor also called and the same thing happened), he told the secretary to tell us that he was no longer the auditor for CTGLF as of NOV.2. In all liklihood this stock will go to the pink sheets unless they can get another auditor and get it completed in a big hurry.
I normally would not post a link to another site as this is a great site but to all who have invested or are interested you need to go here and view the past 70 messages.
