Novastar Financial-Am I missing something or is this too good to be true? Ex-dividend date is 11/04/05

Volume is ok, Dividend looks good for sudden increase/the actual payment. I don't like their overall performance over the years though. They tend to grow real big then drop half their price. But around now to a few weeks down the road sounds like a good buy-op. They're low, the economy is getting ready to go back up, and the divy is on its way.

Earnings call on November 7. I think it will be good since the company has made progress in cutting down expenses. Stock price is pretty close to a 52-week low.

I think if you added the quarterly dividends together it does come out to be at least 19% . Amazing!
