I just noticed this, of course it's a little late but maybe not, what do you guys think? Was .15 end of Aug, jumped and is now at .54 (bid .53)

Joint venture partners Aduddell Roofing, Inc. and Carothers Construction, Inc. have received a modification by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to increase the capacity of the task order from $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 for the Mississippi counties of Pearl River, Hancock, Harrison and Jackson to provide temporary roof repairs.
