L3 Communications GSI Signs Teaming Agreement with Strategy X for U.S. Marine Forces Central Command Southwest Asia Support Contract Proposal

With a total value of more than $7,000,000, each of the contracts calls for system engineering, modeling & simulation, cost analysis, and proposal support. As the Government fiscal year end draws closer, Strategy X, Inc. has made formal presentations to two of the towns and is scheduled to make a presentation to the third early next week.

HARRISON, Maine, Sep 29, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- STRATEGY X, Inc., (Pink Sheets: SRGX), America's Homeland Security Specialists is pleased to announce today announced the retaining of the O'Neal Law Firm to file the Company's Form 10-SB Registration, making the Company fully reporting with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). The O'Neal Law Firm concentrates in the areas of the representing public companies and specializes in regulatory compliance with agencies, such as the SEC. Strategy X, Inc is currently trading on the Pink Sheets, under the symbol SRGX. Upon the effective date of the Form 10-SB filing, the Company will attain Section 12 (g) reporting status with the SEC, under the Exchange Act of 1934, which will allow for broader market participation in the Company's shares by institutional investors.

HARRISON, Maine, Sep 30, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- STRATEGY X, Inc., (Pink Sheets:SRGX), America's Homeland Security Specialists is pleased to announce its fast track growth plan is ahead of schedule as it confirms its contract positions and operational structure. Currently, the Company has signed for over $8 million in Homeland Security work. Strategy X has deployed teams on several sites with some of these assignments being highly classified and not cleared for public disclosure.

As well, the Company has announced over $350,000,000 in ongoing negotiations with several Primary Department of Defense and Civilian Homeland Security Prime contract holders and Private industry for Homeland Security work. SRGX: Effects Based Security Assessments (EBSA) is our main business model. Essentially we test the vulnerability of any security system in place, guarding anything. We use high-tech software as well as real world military experience; we began performing these types of assessments on nuclear missile sites and then moved into performing these assessments on virtually every Air Force Base worldwide.
EDS: Could you give us some examples of the types of threats your services are designed to prevent?

SRGX: All types or Terrorist attacks, including but not limited to; car bomb, sniper, anthrax, gas, arson, and other such deviant acts of violence. As well as the Department of Energy (DoE) such as the current National Labs negotiations. These types of contracts are won by Prime Contractors and once the contract is awarded the Prime may sub-contract the work to Government authorized sub-contractors.
2. Civil Government, which generally includes public facilities such as, Hospitals, Airports, Train Stations, Ports, Bridges, Parks and other such public use facilities. Each State has its own Homeland Security budget for the protection of these facilities and Strategy X has the ability to negotiate with each State individually.
3. Private Industry, which generally includes Office Towers, Residential Properties, Coliseums, Malls, Banks, Warehouses, Factories, Refineries, Manufacturing Plants and other such private or publicly owned facilities. Strategy X has the ability to negotiate and plan Homeland Security protocols for all of these facilities using the highest security systems available.


EDS: Which industry do you believe is your biggest source of revenue, government or private sectors?

SRGX: They are all very large industry Sectors however the Private Sector has not been tapped into so it becomes an opportunity for us to become an instant industry leader. Most people simply don’t realize that 85 percent of this nations’ critical infrastructure is owned and operated by private industry.

EDS: What government agencies are you currently working with?

SRGX: Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Energy (DoE)

EDS: Could you tell us you’re currently awarded contracts?

SRGX: $8,500,000 3-year sub-contract with Radian Inc.

EDS: Are there any new contracts that should be coming into play in the near future?

SRGX: We have announced over $350,000,000 in contract negotiations, we feel very confident there will be some positive contract announcements coming shortly.

EDS: Have you teamed up with any larger companies who are already well known in the field?

SRGX: $8,500,000 3-year sub-contract with Radian Inc.

EDS: Can you give us a breakdown on how you do security audits?

SRGX: This is a highly classified topic, the main security analysis is done through our EBSA software then we perform our internal audit and show you your vulnerabilities.

EDS: How do you go about hiring new employees for your projects, also how do you train them?

SRGX: We keep an updated list of future employees that are trained and experienced in all our fields.

EDS: What kind of revenues do you expect SRGX to generate for the end 2005 and through 2006?

SRGX: That is a very difficult question to answer, as we have no idea what contracts we will win or how much the scope will increase on our existing contracts. However, Even if we only win 10 percent of what we’re negotiating for that would be a tremendous year for any company.

EDS: How many shares are authorized and outstanding?

SRGX: Approximately 70M

EDS: What is your estimated public float?

SRGX: Estimated at 15M

EDS: How are you going to finance the Company with respect to current and future contracts?

SRGX: Private placement funding large and small.

SRGX: We are hoping for it to be completed before the year-end.

Strategy X Signs Civil Homeland Security Contract With Bullock County, Alabama; Townsend Economic Development (TED) To Develop A Comprehensive Airport Security Assessment Study and Security Action Plan

(Pink Sheets:SRGX), homeland security specialists, is pleased to announce an agreement with Townsend Economic Development (TED) in developing a study and comprehensive security plan for the airport in Bullock County, Alabama. The contract term and dollar amounts are undisclosed at this point. This plan will conform to Department of Homeland Security guidelines.
