In Ohio the prices have already rose. They started rising about 11AM. Most places in Columbus have it at $3.10 for regular unleaded.

When will Dems allow the US to build more refineries here or or drill for oil in Alaska... we can't be so worried about the mating habits of the caribou anymore!

And honestly ... none of these political parties care about what people pay for a gallon of gas.
The people at the top of these corporations, they ain't paying JACK per gallon because they're selling it to you.
And yes, charger, they are drilling in Alaska ... you think that's gonna take the price down per gallon? HA HA!
Why would they take the price down? Once they've got you used to $3 a gallon, PLUS they're drilling for more?! Wouldn't it just make sense to keep the price at $3 so they can hang on to their surplus?
It's time to take off the partisan blinders, people.
This is about wealthy (not rich) but WEALTHY people screwing you. If there was a refinery on every corner of the US, they sky would be black, and gas would still be over $2.50/gallon ... because people will pay that much for it.
Why won't the Dems or the Repubs allow us to explore alternative energy sources? Oh, right, it would cost too much money to convert over, and why get into something that's free?

Where in the world did anybody manage to construe the lack of refineries to to the Democrats> My god, don't you remember when Enron was buying and shutting them down hand over fist. The roll call of Enron Bord of Directors and it's officers read like the Republican National Committee. Then they went about locking up natural gas supplies to rais the price of that in Califirnia and gouge the public there. Stop this attack on honesty with nonsense you get from the Party and Fat Rush the Doper.

He told us, Hell.....Fat Rush the Doper draft dodger may not be the listed mouthpiece of the Republican Party, but he's their real voice. And it is so much b--- s--- that the reason no refineries have been built is because of environmental restrictions! Wake up, you fools, they call it outsourcing now. What it really is is the oil companies moving out of the country to get tax free graft.

Idiots! There isn't enough oil undee Alaska to match the loss from bad (and unsafe) drivers not keeping sufficient air pressure in their tires for just one year.

Nice comment Blue, unfortunately Dem Sen Phil I. Buster stripped it from the energy bill. If they were to drill in Alaska the liberal press would be covering Petas' movements more closely then Sheehan. But i like the way Dems get it wrong about Alaska... so you attack Limbaugh instead. Its easy to see why you guys lose election after election...."wtf"
