fed meeting coming up september 20. quarter point hike. but with high gas prices coming up, if inflation starts creeping up in the next few months,the feds might increase more than quarter point in the future. almost same senario as the early 80's due to iranian revolution, but this time due to hurricane katrina. remember rates went from 10% to 18% which caused the housing slow down. like i said 3 to 4 months ago. i think housing is going to start sliding by end of the year or early quarter next year

I told people in another chat room that the real estate bubble is goona bust. They laughed at me....it looks like it's gonna come apart in a short while

i told people in the 80's and they said i was crazy, but see what happened. i picked up a lot of steals when it crashed. i am mostly in the cash. sold off all my property except my house and business a few months ago.it is going to happen again. and we will get the last laugh
