Who's Your Daddy Announces Sellout of Entire Production of King of Energy Drink During Initial Rollout
SAN DIEGO, Aug. 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Who's Your Daddy Inc. (OTCBB:WYDY) announced immediately after its 8K filing on Friday, August 26, 2005, (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=WYDY.OB) that it sold out the entire production of its King of Energy Drink within the first five days of delivery to its San Diego warehouse facility.

The company's first order consisting of its trademarked and branded energy drink was sold within five days of the initial delivery to the San Diego facility. The drink was purchased by a local distributor for distribution to over 500 convenience store locations in Southern California.

In addition to the sellout of its initial production, the company has purchase orders on a bi-monthly basis for the original energy drink and its sugar free version, which will be begin production in September 2005.

The order was placed by a distributor in Michigan for distribution to more than 1,000 convenience stores in the Michigan area. The initial purchase order is for approximately $250,000 on a bi-monthly basis.

The energy drink revenues, along with revenues from sales of the company's hangover remedy, which it acquired as a part of its acquisition of Pharb (and which will be repackaged and sold as "Who's Your Daddy Hangover Remedy, by Pharb"), will be reflected in the company's next quarterly filing, as they were generated after the closing date for the 8K (please see: http://finance.yahoo.com/q/sec?s=WYDY.OB).

Edon Moyal, CEO of Who's Your Daddy, stated, "Who's Your Daddy will be going on a cross-country tour over the next six months promoting the Who's Your Daddy King of Energy Drink. In addition, Who's Your Daddy will be visiting nationwide distributors in order to introduce them to the new line of Who's Your Daddy products."

Mr. Moyal continued, "We are fortunate to have as a working partner Master P., who will be a key partner in promoting the energy drink in the urban market, which he is tapped into, and through which, he has become so successful."

"All in all, we have a great team; a unique product, tremendous marketing, and a household name that is everywhere. We intend to blow the doors off of the competition, and generate revenues that will eclipse anything that we have projected for annual sales, as reflected in the 8K. At this rate, we are way ahead of our projected revenues and way ahead of schedule. We are now on the move and are excited about the future of Who's Your Daddy."

That sounds alot like DCBI:

DC Brands International's New 16 oz. Cans Finally Hit the Shelves
Tuesday August 2, 4:05 pm ET

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 2, 2005--DC Brands International (OTC: DCBI - News) distributes its Dickens Energy Cider through an ever-growing network of distributors nationwide. At the close of business today, the company's president and CEO, Dick Pearce, announced that after several unforeseeable delays in transitioning the product from overseas production to domestic, the new bigger and better 16 oz. original formula cans are hitting the shelves this week and next; the Low Carb Sugar-free will hit next month.
"It hurt us for a little while, no doubt about that," says Mr. Pearce. "It is fair to say we underestimated the transition process and what it would take to keep the product's look and taste perfect while changing the companies, in fact, the continents we produce it in. We sold completely out of the old 8.4 oz. cans way back in April, and that is reflected in the current stock price. However, we believe the cure for that is now being delivered by the truckload. The demand for this new product is fantastic. We are shipping out some 20,000 cases just this week. We have trucks full of product going out to over eighteen locations consisting of our current distributors as well as some new ones we are very excited about."

Mr. Pearce continues: "We are now contracting with several well-established rep firms to expedite the process of getting into several potentially high-volume retailers such as Costco, Sam's Club, Target and all of the national and regional convenience store chains. As we said in our last press release, we are really pumped about the National Beer Wholesalers Association show we are doing in Vegas this September."

CORRECTING and REPLACING DC Brands International Now #1 At Major CA On-Premise Account
Monday August 29, 7:19 pm ET

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 29, 2005--In BW5796 issued Aug. 29, 2005: Second graph, fifth sentence of release should read: We are so pleased with the sales, we have added the product to our Web site at www.onthe-rocks.com." (sted We are so pleased with the sales, we have added the product to our Web site at www.ontherocks.com.")

The corrected release reads:

DC BRANDS INTERNATIONAL NOW #1 AT MAJOR CA ON-PREMISE ACCOUNT

DC Brands International (OTC: DCBI - News) distributes its Dickens Energy Cider through an ever-growing network of distributors nationwide. At the close of business today, the company's president and CEO, Dick Pearce, announced that they have become the number-one energy drink in a premier Fresno nightclub called On The Rocks. "They are a real hotspot for nightlife and huge with the college crowd," states Mr. Pearce. "We have only been in the area for a few weeks with our new product and already are out-selling any other brand."

Steve Bisla, owner of On The Rocks, said: "Our customers have made the switch, no doubt about that. It used to be we sold ten or more cases a week of Rock Star and a few of the others. However, since we put the Dickens product in, it has eclipsed everything. We do 4-5 cases a night already and customers ask for it by name, if not demand it in some cases. We are so pleased with the sales, we have added the product to our Web site at www.onthe-rocks.com."

Hector Vasquez, sales manager for DC Brands in California, said: "It is always great to hear you are number one, and On The Rocks is a premier account for us. The results are similar to what we are hearing everywhere we go. I just want to stay focused and keep moving one account at time with the same results."

Keithsan, reread the entire thread you sent me again. Then find to any chart and check how this stock has moved in the past three months. Next, tell me if you couldn't have made money.

I'm not recommending this stock to anyone. You have to do your own decision making in this game. But, I'm going to watch and if I like what I see I might be swinging on this baby for a long time. Watch Out Mister P [Eek!]

[Big Grin] Damn Keith you got me there. Nope, not <b>! But because of how this moves it appears ripe for swing plays. I can always admire a stock that swings 20% to 30% in a week. That's good money.

I guess <b> was interested in things I don't care about in OTB stocks. The people that responded maybe need to rethink their positions.

LOL, actually I just saw that news blurp this evening. Didn't know about the other thread. I'm not so sure about it being my stock. But that's OK too. I've enjoyed the give and take of this BB for awhile.

For about an hour I played with google and Bigcharts and Yahoo, etc. Bland chart, nothing spectacular but consistant in it's movement. MACD and RSI are again very telling of it's movement. I like predictable. And like you said: "You brought news!"

I kept coming back to the name. I looked at the history. The organization was already there when the Who's Your Daddy, Inc was born. More than one company has ridden a name home. That's when I brought it here. I didn't expect such a reception. [Razz]

Pagan, this is beginning to get interesting like GTE. As a swing play stock it's behaving very well. Keep watching folks WYDY looks like it can make money. I'm thinking $1.30 is when I should get in. Anyone else looking at this stock will have to decide if they can afford the risk.

Perhaps my Crystal Ball should be dusted every now and then. [Cool]

Who's Your Daddy, Inc. Announces National Chain Roll Out of its 'King of Energy' Drink to Circle K
Friday September 16, 10:00 am ET

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Who's Your Daddy, Inc. (OTC BB:WYDY.OB - News) announced that national chain giant Circle K will be making room for the ``King of Energy'' on its shelves in the coming weeks and will begin a cross marketing promotion to roll out in the southern states beginning with North and South Carolina.

The initial order from the national chain will be determined once the vendor and distributor agreements are in place. Current logistics for the distribution channel are being handled by McLane Distribution, which will facilitate the initial launch for Circle K. Early discussions reveal that a marketing and distribution plan will commence for 300 stores located throughout the southeast regions.

The Company has received hundreds of inquiries this week from distribution and retail outlets across the country who want to participate in ``King of Energy'' events and venues planned nationwide. Feedback from the marketplace describes the new beverage as a ``breath of fresh air'' to the energy drink market and is quoted from thousands of tasters as ``actually tasting good'' compared with others in the marketplace.

carlos6466, I wouldn't pump it like that. The energy drink is a hit. That's a good deal.

The clothing line is what's gonna knock the socks off the PPS.

Of course that's only my take on the situation. Regardless it looks like a winner.
