Let's see what happens this week. Last week, it went from .0016 to .0021, then back to .0019 and held.

I am hoping to see it run to .0025 this week and hold at about .0023. More good news from Frank would also be welcome. :-)

We should know how many outstanding shares are out there by no later than mid-September hopefully, and that would be a huge step in completing the audit and getting this baby off the pinks.

I was reading again the article in the desert sun about Mayor Oden trying to get Q on TWC Nationwide. Could you imagine if this is something they release on Sept.5th.

Carol Hinnant, vice president of acquisitions for Q Television Network, said Tuesday, "We are still talking with Time Warner and hope for a positive resolution in the next couple of months."

Think about it,this was posted July 13th,and the next couple of months would be Sept 5th or so. Man that would be exciting!!!

Hey Treyda, what's been happening? I'm still heavily invested in QBID, just waiting for my shares to ripen to the old age of 1 year. Well, actually, for the first lots of my shares to reach that threshold. Then, whenever I do eventually sell them (could be quite some time), I'll only get hit with the long term capital gains rate of 20%, max.

I still maintain a 2-to-3 year horizon on holding the shares, because the company, like any business, will need time to grow. Everything is looking good on Q's production side.

The next major items I'm waiting on are:

1) Additional carriers
2) Audit results
3) Share count disclosure
4) Moving to an exchange

I picked up about 9.5 million additional shares a few weeks ago at 0.0015 and 0.0016. It was pretty easy. I'm not concerned about the current share price, because it will be corrected once things start to straighten out with some of the above-mentioned items.

My advice, buy now, be patient and wait, and reap the benefits of this opportunity.

Cheers,

G

I think your wrong, the gay community is starting to get involved with Q TV and since it supports what they stand for they will support it. There's just to much of a market for this to fail since there's little competition. Also the fact that VIACOM has starting their own gay network should tell you there's potential in gay programming. If you don't have any patients I wouldn't get into this stock, it's going to take a while before it really starts to pick up but when it does everyone who got in now will be sitting pretty.

#1 rule in trading.. never fall in love with a stock or have false hopes and dreams about one. especially a micro penny one... if Viacom and/or MTV are starting their own gay networks... what does that tell you? they have deep pockets to do such a thing and will get the majority suscribers in the U.S. ... leaving Qbid with breadcrumbs... also another thing about this stock.. it has so many shares that it will stay in penny land and pink sheets forever... your god Frank needs to buy back shares or do a reverse split ... the shares need to go down to a normal level which will give this stock the ability to get out of pennyland.. if not it will stay in pennyland till the end of time...

Machiavelli, agreed, but before there can be a buy back or reverse split, we need to know how many shares are outstanding. That is what is being done now. Honestly, you'd be foolish not to get in now whether you beleive in this stock or not because two things are certain. One, Olsen will not allow the stock to remain at .0018 and be content with it. Two, knowing this fact, you know he will make an agressive move and do something just as you describe, to get this off the pinks and trading at a reasonable level where market value it truly reflected, unlike now. You and I both know this stock is easily worth .5 cents in one year, easy.

Every CEO of a publicly traded company in the world can tell you within seconds of being asked, exactly what the A/S or O/S is of his company.
There is no investigation needed.
No audit needed.
Let's say just for argument's sake that Frank lost the napkin he wrote the share count on.
All he does is calls his transfer agent and within seconds they tell him.
There is no honest reason for Frank delaying the full disclosure all shareholders deserve.

poorman, that was posted a while ago however they do let you trade pennies, they do not advise it but they do allow you to buy and trade pennies you pay more and they hit you with a percentage of the principle. this thread is to share information about QBID not insult and knock people.

I hope you didnt buy this just because others have suggested it and are "pumping" it.. it doesn't move because it has so many outstanding shares.. and until if and when it moves you will be stuck in it for a long time.. unless u cut your losses and sell and find a better stock that will move...

Q Television -- Valued at Ten Times its Current Market Capitalization -- Issues Financials

PrimeZone via COMTEX

Aug 29, 2005 9:44:03 AM

PALM SPRINGS, Calif., Aug 29, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --

Q Television Network (Pink Sheets:QBID), the first 24/7 premium network for the gay and lesbian community, announced today that partial completion of the independent audit being held has begun to detail Q Television's financial status.

"We are pleased with our year over year growth, our revenues have grown more than one hundred percent since Q1, 2004, our subscriber base has grown by three hundred percent in twelve months, our sponsorship will grow a staggering fifteen hundred percent in eleven months and our carriage expansion and visibility has far outpaced the industry standard," said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and Founder of Q Television Network. "We, as a company, felt with Q Television's one-year anniversary upon us, we would detail our accomplishments and projections going forward to investors and the markets."

"We are confident the current market capitalization on our security should be trading more in line with the accomplishments highlighted throughout 2004-2005. Q Television's business model is being viewed as concrete by industry analysts, and our company is currently being courted by many large financial institutions on Wall Street seeking an ownership position in the company. Based upon the offers presented by these companies, Q Television's current value is two hundred million dollars, or ten times the market capitalization that the market has put on our trading stock, Triangle Multi-Media, the trading security for Q Television Network (a subsidiary of Triangle Multi-Media). Q Television's assets outweigh the total market value by seven times our stock price, and industry executives know this. We have been offered a low eight-figure deal for our company, and we refused. Our financial team is confident that Q Television will be worth one billion dollars in twenty-four months. Q Television has signed some of the largest cable carriers in the country, secured total broadcasting rights to the Gay Games VII, and owns and operates a multi-million dollar studio in California, to name a few of our accomplishments. The equity markets will not keep us at these levels for very long. We know that the outstanding share count has increased with some restricted stock coming due and selective purchases, but this stock was strictly used for tangible assets and was done in the best interest of the company. We will update the markets upon full completion of the audit," said Olsen.
