I just spoke to Doug Hamby (775) 324-0775...
BIG NEWS will be coming out next week! He is very excited about this program/contract!
A big contact is being signed and he is expecting to receive it TODAY 7/25 from the atorney's!
I asked him about market cap and pps, and he felt that the pps should be .05 - .10! He expects to see a huge run on the pps! He is also in discussion with some hedge funds to invest in his company. Which will help to propel the pps to the levels he indicated.
I also asked again about dilution and he said emphatically NO! There has not been a single share sold since Nov last year when he issued restricted shares to an investment group, which he has until Dec 05 to buy back with NO interest! Yes you read that right NO interest! call him yourself and verify!
I am buying some more, cause this is going to be an explosion of a run...IMHO, it could even be bigger than PLNI's!

I spoke with Doug a few minutes ago. I wanted to ask him a question that I forgot to ask in our last phone converstaion!
I asked how many shares were restricted as a part of thier non-dilutive agreement!
He replied that the agreement was for 150 Million shares, and he has until Dec 2005 to buy them back with ZERO interest.
I then confirmed that the 150 Million was included in the 470 Million issued and again, he confirmed that this was true....
So, the bottom line is that the true float is 470 Mill minus the 150 Mill restricted... 320 Million FLOAT
This is great news. So, not including the restricted shares, the market cap is only $450,000! Considering their revenue is going to be about 10 times this amount, this stock is EXTREMEMLY UNDERVALUED!!!!!!

Here is some speculation on my part of some of the potential news items:
1) Visa issues resolved and agreement reached 2) New debit card program rolled out 3) New Website is up and running 4) Contract for product and 1st shipment delivered 5) Expected revenues to be $75K first month, $150K 2nd month, $300k 3rd month!

Very nice close today.....6th day out of the last 7 that we have closed up and it really hasn't even started!
I am very green on this, but am looking for an even larger return! This one is gonna sail, and I am anixous to hear what Dougy tells Fire tomorrow. I have called him 3 times already and don't want to distract him from what he is doing!
I believe that any shares purchased below .005 will be richly rewarded! There are a lot of people not in this one yet, but for those that got in last week @ 17, you are already up 25% or more! This baby just needs a little more attention and it will explode! The float is not that large and we have seen really good movement on 20-30 million volume! Imagine what the pps would do if we got to 100Mill volume! The daytraders would be all over this sending it skyhigh!
Anyway, I am excited for the news like everyone else and can't wait for my icmh payday!

Alright guys this is the most upto date infor on this stock posted by the ICMH boared on the other section of this site . This stock imop is goingto fly sky high i have a call into the ceo my self and spoke with him today breifly he was in a meeting and said he would call me back tommorow i have a list of questions i am going to ask him and when i find more out im going to let you guys know .. the charts on this stock for anyone who reads charts also looks great this stock may be another ssty easly after the PR this week good luck guys and do your own dd and if you find anything out please post it thanks.

I just got off the phone with the ceo and this is what he had to say
The outstanding shares of the company are 490,000,000 but only 370,000,000 are in the market the rest areresticted shares , The finnacing deal with the restricted shares is that there is 0% finnacing as long as they buy back the shares befour years end, When i asked when is is planning on buying them back he said for sure befour the years end to take advantage of this deal, I asked him what he thought about the companys price right now and he laughed he said the company is way undervauled and should be in the .08-.1 range when i asked him a time frame on this he said hopefully over the next year, I also told him when that i was looking to buy more andi asked him when i should get in the company for the best price he said asap , When i asked doug i said there was a rumer going around onthe internet that there was a huge Pr comming out this week and he confirmed that yes that there was a huge PR comming out this week though he would not give me an exact day , I asked him what what be in the PR again he couldent specify but he said he and the company was very excited to announce it . I asked him about Profits and revenues for the up comming year and he said that with a new product ( he would not say the product) he said they would have extrmely imprissive revenue for the future. I also asked him about the rumers of a hedge fund that was going to help him buy back the stock he said nothing has been signed yet but there is someone in mind and in the works . Then at the end of my conversation with him i asked him what makes him differant then other picksheet companys and what makes him speacial . Wow i dident know i could get a ceo so mad at me lol He literally started yelling saying that his company is nothing like other pink sheets he said he is no scam he has a real product with real potential and real deals comming , I dont know what to make out of that but i think he may have slipped something in his rage ( deals ) a key word but we will see what happens guys
I guesse deep down inside i am just glad to here him confirming that we will have a PR comming this week

I did some digging on the image page at ICM network .com and I found an agreement page that is for Sutton Bank and the logo of many other banks. I think that this will be some of the major players in this news coming out. Their logo’s are all over the image site!
There is another logo on the site that says Dinero Connection and has pesos on the cover of a visa card, which makes me think that this is going international.
Another logo is for a company called Secure Financial Solutions so I Googled it and its crazy good news. This site is just being developed and I would recommend every one to check it out. Just go to Go Secure Financial .com. It even has the same arrow logo as ICMH's website! The more I look into it the more confident I get about buying this stock. Secure Financial’s logo is on every debit card image.
Then on top of all that they had two different images with Cingular and AT&T prepaid information and how to pay with your card. This has not been on this thread so I thought every one should know.
If you don’t believe me check it out your self. Since doing this DD, I want to purchase more because I know that this is going to jump WHEN EVER this “news” comes out. I say that we get on the phone to Secure Financial and see what’s going on over there. I think then we’ll find what’s holding this stock up, the phone number is on the website if anyone wants to take a gander.

up 17% today without PR! Charts are perfect! I posted a poll to see how high everyone expected this to go. Weighted average pps was .0147!!! Still a long way to go, get in while it's cheap! GLTA!!
