You forgot to mention the deal will be announced during July, that means it should be announced tomorrow. Anyone think it won't go through?

They are paying off debt by offering stock options at .90 to a holder of 3,750,000. I should think this holder would be purchasing the stock at .33 and may do so in small increments. Then when the company is sold at .45 or .90 they will receive their monies by selling off or holding for a larger piece of the pie. Yesterday I put a price of $4.02 to pay back 1,517,750 shares to one creditor. Dale Paul paid $350,000 out of pocket to a creditor and they retired 750,000 in debt. I may not have this correct, but that's how I read the SEC forms. In essence, they are trying to swing this deal, hold their positions in the new company and come out smelling like a rose. These are just my deductions on the dealings, glad to hear any other opinions. I am sitting on a few $$ ready to purchase more at the right buy signal.....

i think getting .45 would be great luck. never good with these junk stocks when they don't mention who the buyer is. they just say "some company somewhere". they are up to their eyeballs in debt and expenses exceed revenues. why would anyone want to buy this thing? i hope someone does of course. haha

Me too. We're sitting about where we were before buy-out offer so the risk-reward ration should be in our favor. GL

I will also. I will set a sell at .28 on monday am, because I don't feel like losing it all.
Alot of Shares "Being" Sold today, not really the best of signs. When a buyout, shares should be being bought and price rising, unless insiders know the company is just a scam......

I like to share my thoughts and experience with penny stocks. First of all you can make money with penny stocks. Second, when a Co. says that they are being bought out at lets just say $1.00/share and their current price is .32 cents not 99% but, 100% of the time they will be full of crap. Why? you might ask because nobody is going to give you money for free.
I hope none of you lost alot of money on this scam but, the reason I know all this is because I was a sucker too of this type of hype and, that's why I wanted to share this with you .
GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Oh yeah baby! You can count on breaking .50 - but I really love it when a competitor ups the bid.

Yeah considering the deal is stated to be irrevokable. I think people are waiting for the details "in the coming days" or so.I'm not letting go of .20 more profit!
