The Summary of the TNOG Situation

1) LONGS RULE TNOG
2) TNOG is debt free
3) TNOG is producing oil from two wells, and another is expected to go online soon
4) Production numbers of the two wells to be released soon (one likely this week)
5) Gas pipeline to be completed within two weeks
6) TNOG has not diluted the float
7) TNOG has 5000 shareholders
8) TNOG has 330 mil float held by longs
9) TNOG has over 100 million dollars in reserves
10) BIGGER PICTURE: 0.50 – 1

BIG TNOG news expected this week, which is the flow number from one of its major wells. The number will prove TNOG has oil, and will attract a substantial number of investors waiting on the sidelines. For the last 5 months, TNOG has gained a following that has been strengthening every day. TNOG's chart is also very pretty, showing an upward trend for the last five months:

BTW there has been strong accumulation near 0.055 for at least 5 days now. The retrace occurred last week. There is a lot of belief in this stock.

Hey explorer186, do you think there's a chance of another major dip?

Simply put no. TNOG has 5000 shareholders already, and most of them usually care about each other. TNOG has the right environment to be very stable. As I said before, we have been trading above the nickle mark for a while now, and we are due for another run any day now.

The Tnogger community hangs out on the RB board, but right now it's not so pleasant as the MM bashers have come out; at least six bashers if I may add, indicating someone feels TNOG shares are very valuable.

that's usually a good indication, when the bashers hit the boards hard! They don't hit this thread because there's surpisingly never much activity on this board with this stock.

Titan Oil and Gas, Inc.-Kosciusko #1 Well Initial Production Report
Thursday July 7, 3:05 pm ET

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 7, 2005--Titan Oil and Gas, Inc. (TNOG:OTC) is pleased to report on initial oil production from its Kosciusko #1 Well.
The well is averaging approx. 50 barrels of oil per day, and a truck is expected to arrive within the next two days to take our first load of oil to market.

Titan CEO Kent Jacobson reports: "We are very pleased with this initial production, as we had originally intended to drill approx. 300 feet in additional depth to our target zone, but decided to complete at this level due to extremely high pressures that were encountered. We will continue to monitor production from this zone, as we still intend to drill further to our original target zone once the oil at this level has been depleted."

Jacobson further comments: "Management made a recent trip to the Kosciusko and Stanley properties in Wilson County, and brought a professional crew to the sites in order to shoot several hours of video. This is now in the final stage of editing, and will be released in the near future for the benefit of our shareholders. Additionally, management undertook discussions regarding several joint venture opportunities, and we hope to be able to report these to our shareholders in the near future."

Yeah, it's blowing alright. Wondering if I should wait to see a dip into .03's for more shares.

Problem is, how do 'we' know what numbers are good and what numbers are bad?

I guess that explains it. Does that equal 1.1 mill a year? I do hope so, I've been in this a long time! Let's get rolling! I'm surprised they put out this PR so late in the trading day

Well, the consensus seems to be that 50 barrels is not good. Personally I thought one hundred was the low.
Now we must hope that Stanley 1 does better. I can tell you that the sells are picked up instantly.

I think we should see a major dip tomorrow. I cashed out and will try to buy back in. I think it's a good company, just those numbers were kinda dissappointing. Like I said, I been in this one a LONG time. Well way long for a penny. I was in under the old symbol as probably were some others lurking about

Yeah well it didn't move like I thought it would. We had a lot of sellers upon the PR. I expected due to the heavy accumulation above a nickel to easily go over 0.06. I took some shares in the dip today. I unexpectedly got filled easily, indicating a lot of sellers sold on the news. I'm okay with the sellers because the MM's need shares. Once the MM's have enough, they'll get off our back! Tomorrow, I'm expecting another green TNOG Friday.

Research says TNOG hit the mother load even with 50 BPD. Apparently the average output in the US is 10.5 BPD.

Very interesting stock.

I am new to the game and like everything trying to establish myself with a little extra capital and make a quick buck.

Do you recommend holding long term or I may be able to buy a decent amount of volume tomorrow and flip it right away?

Thanks

I say buy and hold. You determine the price at which you want to get, but it's a definite buy. The MM's are short on TNOG, so we might go back up very quickly once they have covered.

tnog is a bottom buster for next
week... be careful becasue the bottom of the
channel is .018 so it only fell to its
50 day average....

but it appears to have bounced off its 50 day average.

I left 2 voice mail messages with Clayton today. Although he didn't get back with me, I called a third time and got finally got him. The best info I got was that the 50 bpod is based on pure oil only after the water is removed (it comes out 30% water). He has heard that both the gas and oil is of good quality, but doesn't know the exact purity. Also, he knows that the valve is currently being choked (not fully opened). He speculates that when they get to target depth, add on a pump and open the valve more that 100bpod is very possible. The Midway pipeline 60 day contract deadline is from May 24th which puts it at the 19th of July, but will likely finish sooner. The only debt the company has is like a few $K in credit cards for spare parts, maintenance, gasoline, etc. and is paid off in full each month. He seemed especially excited about the joint venture with Valor which gives Titan better access to other new land leases. In his own words, he said that the traders of Wall street will be buying back at a much higher price soon. He said that Novak has 15 million shares that they sell tiny amounts to pay for office and clerical stuff, but they have no intentions of selling any major chunks until it gets to about .20. Overall, the conversation was reassuring and I recommend that anybody who doesn't believe me or thinks I'm just pumping to call him yourself - Clayton will be happy to talk to you and no, there is no pending bad news. Rebel_Yell I think we p'ed them too. Lots of people wanted to join the Tnogger family, and I think we just became too many. I'm sort of glad we had the big sell off today because we were getting too over crowded, and the incompetent MM's were playing TNOG all wrong. We would be over a dime right now if those rascal MM's played it right. My view is they became greedy, as usual, fearful, and vengeful. If we had enough upward pressure, we would have gone to 0.20 in a day, because they would have been forced to cover. However, a combination of misunderstood news and MM manipulation resulted in this dip. This dip gives us a higher platform to stand on, which we will use to jump up higher. All-in-all the outlook is good.

BTW by no means am I advocating dilution of the float. Right now 100K+ share trades are common, but once we reach a dime and above they will become rare. If the MM's play right, all of us will win. Now the company is making money, they should refrain as much as possible from diluting not only the float, but also the OS.

What do you think Eplorer, are we regrouping and inching our way back up or what? IMO the major sell off is over, but I guess we'll have to wait till Monday to see for sure.

Regrouping no. All of the float is still held by longs. Lot of shareholders are saying we continue up on Monday. I hope they are correct.

I suspect the MM's are still only 13.5 mil short, which could be easily covered in a single trading day considering the average daily volume is 30 mil. I'm encouraging profit taking at or up to 30% above the current ask and above the current day's open so that the MM's won't have to short to make fills and so that they can cover themselves, which in turn will allow us to reach new highs. There is a definite of an increase in the supply of TNOG shares in the market.
