AACS They have 3 divisions: IMW (International Machine and Welding), Chariot Manufacturing and a stake in American Fiber Green Products.
IMW: Major business is the retooling and rebuilding of heavy equipment, especially phosphate mining equipment. They have the capability to retool huge machinery on their specialized equipment. There are only a handful of companies in the U.S. that can do this. They have recently landed some major jobs for a Nuclear Power Plant in Florida and earned a bonus for quality of work and finishing the project on schedule in the middle of 3 hurricanes. IMW also remanufactures heavy equipment, such as bull dozers. There customer base is growing and they have a niche market that continues to grow. They were cash-flow positive the last quarter and look to turn profits real soon.
Chariot Manufacturing: Chariot is what everyone is excited about. Chariot manufactures and designs the best Fiberglass trailer in the world. Its reputation among Motorcycle owners is phenomenal. The testimonies of Chariot owners are unbelievable. It is the cream of the crop in motorcycle trailers and is venturing into many different avenues as well. They have the molds already in house to manufacture a bass boat called the Eagle II and also have business with a major auto manufacturer that customizes vans. Chariot has already started working with the van customizer and is making many custom parts for the company such as van tops, fender wells, mud guards...etc..... The potential of Chariot is unlimited because of its ability to make fiberglass parts (turnkey). The are working on many different avenues of business and will be rapidly expanding into other markets as they grow.
American Fiber Green Products: This is the new edition to the AACS family. AACS took a percentage stake in AFGP a couple of months ago. AFGP will be trading very soon on the OTCBB. AFGP owns patents to the manufacturing of a indestructable hybrid material using recycled fiberglass. This environmental friendly procedure has been recieved very well by many world governments and organizations that deal with environmental issues. The company mines landfills and removes buried fiberglass for a fee, then use the material to create an indestructible hybrid material. Products that they can use this material are: Railroad ties, park benches, sea walls, planks for contruction (artificial timber) and a long list of other applications. This company will be selling liscensing agreements to larger companies and governments as well as producing their own product line for resale. The industry AFGP has its foot in is a Multi-Billion Dollar untapped industry. The sky is the limit.

This could be the pick of the year! AACS American Commerce Solutions
AACS is a holding company based in Bartow, FL that has 3 different businesses in the manufacturing sector. IMW (International Machine and Welding), Chariot Manufacturing and American Fiber Green Products. AACS has solid revenues being generated by IMW, and Chariot Manufacturing is showing phenomenal potential with its state-of-the art streamline fiberglass trailers www.chariot-trailer.com . These trailers are very popular with harley owners and other motorcycle enthusiasts. Their product line is top of the line compared to other brands on the market. With the increase popularity in the motorcyle industry Chariot has positioned themselves to be one of the top manufacturers in that market. Chariot MFG. also has started the manufacturing of the EAGLE II fishing boat which has been touted very favorably with several professional fishermen. All of the different aspects of Chariot are beginning to come together. That is one reason we feel that AACS is set for a major move in price. The other reason is the recent announcement of AACS's stake in a fiberglass recycling company, American Fiber Green. AFG is entering into a multi-billion dollar industry with very positive footing. AFG owns patents to a very unique process in which fiberglass is recycled into a virtually indestructible product that has many different applications. www.americanfibergreenproducts.com AFG should soon be trading as a publicly held company on the otcbb. AACS owns a stake in this potential GIANT and this adds tremendous value to every share of AACS.
Financial Information- 2004 Revenues- 2.8 million Assets- 6.7 million
With this type of financial condition and share structure, AACS stands tall above 99% of all other OTC companies. We feel that this company is a tremendous bargain at its current level.

Called and talked to CEO. The new debt structure is using preferred shares that are locked up for two years. So, no dilution involved and a healthy balance sheet. Nice news today for shareholders.

Great deadcenter! i was reading in the news and wasn't sure. It's nice to bring the balance sheet up to par. I'm also hearing good things about chariot aswell- however they mostly have focused on IMW lately. i've done some investigations to find some interesting things growing behind this company chariot. this should be interesting to watch unfold.
