IMW: Major business is the retooling and rebuilding of heavy equipment, especially phosphate mining equipment. They have the capability to retool huge machinery on their specialized equipment. Called and talked to CEO. The new debt structure is using preferred shares that are locked up for two years. So, no dilution involved and a healthy balance sheet. Nice news today for shareholders.

Great deadcenter! i was reading in the news and wasn't sure. It's nice to bring the balance sheet up to par. I'm also hearing good things about chariot aswell- however they mostly have focused on IMW lately. i've done some investigations to find some interesting things growing behind this company chariot. this should be interesting to watch unfold.
